Lately the car wash is broken about half the time when we visit, leading to long waits or no wash at all. The young people who work here are very nice and hard working. Owners/management must address maintenance issues with their equipment.

My favorite car wash in the area. I will pass up others to specially come here! The wash is always in working order and they do a good job to spray down your car before you go in. Base wash is $11 and works great. It still does tire shine for that price too! The wash bristles are the new rubber style so i feel like they are less abrasive on your car. You can tell the tunnel is taken care of. The vacuums here always have strong suction and they have the smaller nozzle which i like using. They have the usage of free towels and window cleaner which is great. Always have had great experiences at RainDancer!!

Came here directly after going to another car wash place in the area. I had explicitly asked the other place to vacuum up a small amount of dog hair in my back seat and they completely ignored it. I looked for other car wash places in the area, found Raindancer, and when I went and explained my situation (that I didn't need a wash just a vacuum which is not what they normally do) and they were accommodating and understanding. Great customer service and I will always come here for my car wash.

Avoid avoid my car was perfectly fine I went to this car wash early this afternoon and now I’m having to buy a new tire for my jeep this place put nice slice in my tires . Definitely want my money back and if I have to I will be following up with a lawsuit

I've been looking for a good carwash in the area and I think I've finally found it! They do have a touchless option BUT it's really only good for light cleaning if you very regularly get a wash. The brushes are different than most places though and seem less likely to scratch than traditional brushes (fingers crossed). So not knowing the above I did a touchless wash and it wasn't as perfect as if hoped but the employee I spoke to explained how it works and was happy to run me back thru with the brushes and my car looks excellent! Vacuums were great too, clean facility, and reasonable prices.

I have been going here for years and the last two trips I had this gunk on my rims. Wasn't upset at first cleaned right off, but then assistant manager Felix told me repeatedly that my car has this gunk on it every time I go through the car wash, he said he guaranteed that I have it on my rims every time. This is not true pure and simple! And when I wouldn't agree with him accused me of yelling and being disrespectful. Didn't yell (there were witnesses) and I will not agree to something that isn't true. To bad I used to like this place I'll have to find a new place now!

This is the best car wash in Winter Park. I have never seen automatically applied tire shine look so uniform. They don’t advertise the fact that they use Lustra chemical products (I have been in the industry for a very long time, I can tell by scent—their triple foam smells so good), it is very good stuff that makes my Volvo sparkle!!!

This place has no insurance for damage done to vehicles. Took our car through and a large chunk of paint was taken out of the drivers side door. Went to the attendant and he agreed it was not there before the wash. He called his manager and the manger told him there is “nothing they can do”. They could pay for the damage of course if they held proper insurance but now we have a damaged car and the paint fee is over 600 dollars. Odd a place like this holds no insurance for damage done to vehicles.

Good touchless carwash. There was still places it was dirty and also 80 percent dry. At the price it is not totally worth it but then there are not many touchless carwash available. Car did shine after wash but it was dry 80 percent only. Vaccume was powerfull and the area was also cleaned.

the best touch-less car wash in winter park ! as i’ve tried others they still touch my car and ruin the paint , but rain dancer car wash is amazing, they’re so friendly ! and they have the small vacuums to get into the cracks of the car i love it ! i got every spot cleaned ! ( the car wash guy drew a flower on my window it made my day ) definitely recommend rain dancer car wash !

This car wash is great. It’s gentle enough to not scratch my Blazer, but got all of the grime and dirt off from the last month. The vacuums are also the best around town that I’ve seen, which makes cleaning the mats and carpet easy.

This is honestly one of the best car washes I have been to! They start by pressure washing your car to get anything off and then you go in the wash. The wash takes its time with dripping the soap and make sure every inch of the car gets it. The vacuums are super strong. I’m genuinely impressed. This blows mister car wash out of the water 100 times. Will definitely be back here.

Can you spot the difference? Let’s just say the left side of my car is always wetter than the right side. This plastic piece has been slowly splitting for over a year, probably about 2 years now. Needs to be fixed! Update 7/18/25: Hours are arbitrary. Arrived at 6:50 and they were closed. Cancelling membership. Equipment failing and employees don’t care. Find another car wash!

Love this car wash. We go weekly with both cars. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the line is always very quick. I can be in and out in under five minutes if I need to be. But other times if I need to do a deep clean on the car they provide washcloths and spray which is so helpful. Price is really great too. Wacky Wednesday keeps it under 10$ for a basic wash.

WARNING: THIS CAR WASH WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR!!! I took my car through this car wash and it cracked my driver's side door skirt. I reported the damage to the manager and he had me fill out a damage claim form. However, the owner will not take care of having the damage repaired. So, now I must pay to have it repaired!!! I highly recommend that you DO NOT use this car wash!!!

Paid $25 and went thru the car wash and my car was still dirty… waste of money in my opinion a lot of other better car washes in the area. The only reason why it’s two stars is because they have free vacuums.
