Paid $20 for a “custom” wash which was supposed to include a tire polish. I actually went through twice because the first time I could tell they didn’t do anything to the tires. Even after that, the tires and rims were still dirty (see photos). Staff didn’t seem to know much so I just gave up after that.

First I'm surprised with the low stat reviews with the customer service and cancelation aspect. I can't inform you on any of that so my review is based solely on the car wash aspect. I was originally a Mr Car wash mostly subscriber, but decided to switch to Caliber because it is closer to where I live. I will tell you the three upsides to Mr Car Wash and that is their multiple locations, two different types of vacuum nozzles and slightly lower price. Knowing all this Caliber is definitely better in so many ways. First the scan in process I believe is quicker as it goes by your license plate and not a little sticker on the front of your window. Second they have towels, glass spray, and interior spray. I love these amenities and never knew I needed them until I had them. Third there is a matt cleaner machine for your car. You put the matt in and it comes out vacuumed. You might need to put it in a few times. Fourth there is an air pump for your tires. All these extras for only a few dollars more than the price of the Mr Car Wash! While I do miss the long thin rectangle nozzle that Mr Car Wash provides for the heard to reach spots, it is easily forgetting with all the extras Caliber provides. Oh they also have an air gun as well. And lastly the air blower at the end of the car wash is sooo strong it lifts my front windshield wiper up every time! Add the thin nozzle vacuume and it would be 5 star! Mote like a 4.8 till then lol

I love this car wash, it is clean and always well stocked. The employees are helpful especially AJ, he’s a very nice young man who works hard. I always see him there helping out never resting. Give that man a raise!!

I used the drive through car wash service. As I was moving through the dryer area, I heard a loud noise on my roof and then a pop sound. As I exited I immediately pulled over and my antenna (low profile) cover was missing. I went and found a staff person. The manager came out and took an incident report. They also stopped the car wash and recovered my cover. It was in two pieces. I was told I would receive a call within the week. No one ever called. I have called and left several messages to no avail. I had wanted to request video of the wash to see what hit my roof (presumably the dryer vent) and knocked off my antenna cover. There was NO follow up. Even if they weren’t going to admit liability, a response would have been expected.

Great car wash. Free vacuums. The spray guy at the opening of the cxterior wash drew a smile face through sudds on my driver's side window as I entered. I found that to be a very nice touch. It left me feeling happy. 😃

Came up from Miami to visit the parks. Everyone knows how bad the bugs can get on the Pike, but this car wash was a pleasant surprise—reminds me of the quality we have down south. They offer memberships with unlimited washes at a great price, but since I’m not local, I just went with a single wash. It was reasonably priced, and the crew went above and beyond to get all the bugs off the front of the car. Tons of amenities . Really awesome team—highly recommend!

Not satisfied at all. I have a brand new car and I just paid $19 for a car wash that left my car with grime, bubbles, and didn’t even dry my car. This is major bs. What a waste of money and time

This car wash is only decent due to the fact that they provide towels and cleaning products. BUT, their member only lane is ALWAYS CLOSED. ALWAYS. I’ve been a member for about a year and I’ve only used the member lane a handful of times. The workers never know when it’s coming back. It’s incredibly inconvenient during busy times going through only one working lane. They also have been cheaping out after they stopped providing the one free air freshener per visit, in addition to increasing their membership prices (which they didn’t allow current clients to grandfather into the old prices)… they only gave us the option to cancel if we weren’t happy with the increase. I’m so sick of giving this car wash my money… it’s incredibly unfortunate that this area of Orlando has barely any car washes… if it wasn’t for that, they’d never see me.

This is definitely my new favorite car wash spot! One wash is $20 but their auto wash is longer and the cleanest I've ever seen my car after. Also the amount of cleaning materials they provide for self detailing is clutch! It honestly feels like an affordable, do it yourself detail.

Good car wash, I enjoy the unlimited monthly package! I haven’t used the cleaning bays yet but they seem to be stocked with everything to pamper your vehicle. If you are good about taking care of your car, this is a phenomenal deal to assist with that! The best part is, this is a newer facility with newer equipment. I will continue to use this in between my detailing schedule for sure!

Membership for over a year. No complaints on the wash, SUV comes out shiny! A bit more wet out the gate than preferred, but luckily they have plenty of towels available. Staff is usually available if you need something.

Edited-1/20/2026 I'm going to leave my 5 star review for now, but today marks the 2nd time in @10 days that the back washers aren't working AT ALL! I spoke with Ricky today and there is no estimated time to have them fixed...I'm not the first to complain. Please fix this 🤞 (I'm tired of switching car washes because these things matter and don't get addressed) I believe in a world today where less than 20% of businesses truly center around customer satisfaction, the ones that do, deserve to be promoted my the consumer (me!) Caliber Car Wash is by far the best car wash company I've used to date. After nearly 6 months with the place on Econ & 50, I finally canceled as not only did their car wash leave dirt, grime, and bird poop on my vehicle, but their employees failed to do their job practically every single wash! Not only does Caliber Car Wash leave my new car squeaky clean, but their employees greet you with a smile, and accrual actually put those brushes at the entrance to good use! That said, I want to especially recognize the 3 guys I see everytime who are ALWAYS ON-POINT: Bryan & Johnathan and the manager Rick are assets here! Kudos Caliber Car Wash for phenomenal service!!!
