When I dropped off the van to be detailed I specifically told the guy to be careful with the mudguards because last time they damaged them, his first response was is the first time that he heard that and he can not be responsible for that, that maybe was loose or alredy damaged, witch I told him no, it was in perfect conditions. I told him I have used a similar car wash without any issues. I decided to give them a second chance with my bad luck that they damaged the mudgard again, and when I approached him, he tried to fix the mudgard that is torn. He didn't take any responsibility. DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS CAR WASH AT ALL Response to the owner: Your team didn't do anything to fix my problem. Now I have to spend almost $200 to get it fix. The problem should it be resolved with solutions and not with an attitude and take responsibility when there is a mistake. AGAIN, I WILL NOT RECOMMEND YOU AT ALL.

This is the worst car wash in the USA, they forgot to close the window when they washed my new truck left smudges everywhere tange I had to drive in a wet seat, they didn’t even refund me for the wash and didn’t offer compensation this is the worst terrible service and attitude towards the client.

I’ve been taking my cars/trucks here for years. Always friendly and willing to quickly touch up an area if you see something that got missed. This trip I noticed a long wide scrape where someone must have traded paint with me earlier in the week. I was sure I’d have to take it to a body shop because it was pretty nasty looking…but I pointed it out to the ‘Super Clean’ tech and he got to work and sent me back inside to wait in the AC. Another 10 min and after some solvents, rubbing compound, wax and orbital buffer he called me back out. The entire area is now like new! No abrasion marks, scratches or even hazing from all the chemicals. Like it never happened! I was amazed and went back in and added another $10.00 to his tip! Great work!!

I've been to Magic Suds for a full detail wash 3 times and none were a good experience. I kept hoping it would improve but no. The main issue is that everyone that works there, from managers to workers has a really rude and bad attitude. They all act bothered that you're there and like they wish you would go away. I actually had a manager tell me that in so many words. I should have just left but I needed the car washed and didn't want to bother finding another place so I had them do it anyway. On each of the 3 occasions, they were all rude from beginning to end and the full interior and exterior detail was only marginal at best. I tipped them every time although they really didn't deserve it. I'll never go back. I gave them 3 chances and they totally struck out. Save your money and your tips for someplace that deserves it and get your car washed someplace else. There are many, much better places that do a better job with a WAY better and WAY friendlier attitude.

brand new. Their detailing work is next level — they pay attention to every corner, and I always drive away feeling like I just bought a new car. The waiting area is a total bonus: super clean, comfy recliners, a big TV, and complimentary coffee that actually tastes good! They make the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend them if you care about quality and want your car treated with love.

New review!!!!! After I wasn’t really happy with the service, they call me back so they can take care of me so I did Go back and they took care of it. Very happy. owner really cares about his business. I really appreciate the help. OLD REVIEW!!! Service I supposedly got. CLAY, BUFF/POLISH & WAX – $99.99 & UP It end up at 149.99 I had some overspray paint in my car that I could remove with my nail but I said why Not have somebody to Clay and polish my whole car. After 3 hours and 149.99 dollars later!!!!!!! They didn’t do nothing but a car wash and not a good one! They didn’t even wipe the interior of the car that’s crazy I ended up, buffing the overspray out myself in-front of them they didn’t care the manager that was there didn’t try to fix the problem or anything this place is a sham scam artists that’s a lot of money for just wash the car STAY AWAY DROM HERE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY LOOK AT THE SCORE THEY HAVE IS BAD!!!!!!! I wonder if I can get my money back or have it redone or something! Service I supposedly got. 5 star service every time!! This place never disappoints! We take our 2020 Honda Pilot here all the time. For the price they charge and the quality work they do, it’s far worth it for me to bring it here than to do it myself. And yes, they wax the roof, unlike some other places or mobile detailers! It’s hard to find a car wash that will wash your car forget about clean the interior. But magic Suds Car Wash on Aloma near the intersection of Forsyth offers both and more! Milton the owner is from the East Coast and offers just a wash or if you like he will clean the interior also under 40 minutes. They did a fantastic job and I would definitely recommend them . My go to car wash from now on

I’m very disappointed with the “Ultimate Interior” service I received yesterday. I paid for a premium detailing package expecting a thorough cleaning, but my car was returned with visible debris on the floor and stains left on the seats. For the amount charged, this level of service is unacceptable and does not reflect what was advertised. Unfortunately, I now feel like I could have done a better job on my own. I hope management addresses quality control so future customers receive the level of service they pay for.
