Been waiting over 30 minutes for my ONLINE ORDER since checking in, watched 2 or 3 people came after me, get theirs and leave..... definitely gonna cancel this service, and stick with safeway, over 30 minutes is UN-ACCEPTABLE ..

If I could give zero star to this store, just because of one of their customer services associate, Lydia. She is extremely rude and argumentative. I recently moved to vacaville and bought my all appliances from Walmart. Everytime, I need to return something, I will change my mind as soon as i see her working.to avoid being lectured. She always gave me hard time for absolute no reason. I decided to go to the fairfield Walmart in future to not face her unacceptable bbehavior.

Was told by Front end lead John that “This is how we do it here at this store.” Attached are photos of Walmarts return policy. I travel for work and my company sends me materials and supply. I have extra stuff and return it to Walmart for gift cards to use for food while I’m on the road. Vacaville Walmart is apparently their own entity and doesn’t have to abide by the companywide Walmart policy on returns. John was terrible and rude sticking with “You can go back to the other Walmart that has aloud you to do it, this is how we do it here.” Super unprofessional!

SAM the manager at pickup is the absolute worst! I waited for over 30minutes for him to tell me he doesn’t have my order. They suck here soooo bad ! Came all the way from eldorada hills and they played in my face. Terrible terrible customer service. Just terrible.

I like shopping here, and getting my oil changes here and my TIRES TOO!!! The Guys in the garage seem to do a good job each time? I wish they had more Organic stuff.. but it'll probably cost too much?

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE @ the customer service center. The woman named Lydia was behond rude, unhelpful and dismissive. She wouldn't explain how the process works( I never received money here before). Had me do step after steps with such reluctancy everytime I had a question about the process just to say at the end.....Your address cant be a PO BOX. She saw my CDL multiple times. Any proper CSR would've made it clear immediately that it wasn't going to work due to my CDL address. No one has time for this type of service. I will not be back.

I went to Walmart with my dad. We went to the electrics department, I saw a female and a male and asked them where is the replacement remote control. I went back and saw the guy and I asked him if I can get assistance and he nodded at me . He looked high. My dad went to ask for assistance and the guy said alright buddy and then he said I don't work here. But he helped another customer. You guys shouldn't hire people with that nasty attitude.

So I was at the super center last night, and a few days before I wrote a not nice walmart review, BUT LAST NIGHT SHIRLEY, SHE REMINDED ME THAT THERE ARE STILL KIND PEOPLE.. I WISH I HAD THE ABILITY TO BLESS THAT WOMAN SHIRLEY BECAUSE SHE DESERVES TO BE BLESSED IN SO MANY WAYS. SO IF YOU KNOW HER OR WANT TO MAKE A KINDNESS OUTBREAK IN OUR LITTLE TOWN I ASK ANYBODY MOVED MY GOOD PEOPLE JUST BEING GOOD TO GO BLESS THAT WOMAN SHIRLEY SO SHE CAN KEEP ON CHANGING PEOPLES DAYS IN POSITIVE WAYS BECAUSE SHES A BEAUTIFUL SOUL. It's Walmart. Need I say more? I was there to pick up some USBC cables because home Depot is charging $25 each for them. They were eight bucks here. So while you can save some money you sacrifice a lot. For example we had to tolerate them testing their fire alarms while we were in the store. Yay. What is the matter with these people?

This is a normal Walmart. Do with that as you will. I've been going to this Walmart since the 90s. It used to be a good place to shop, but so were all the stores in Vacaville at that time. Now, I only go to this store if I absolutely need to. And even then, I only need to go there because I don't like shopping online. Like all the stores in this area, dog owners can't seem to get by without bringing their animals to the store. There are usually a lot of people in the store, but the lines don't tend to build up. They seem to have that worked out pretty well. The atmosphere is the typical Bay Area Walmart atmosphere, but like the diet version.

What does aca law say about does in your store? You also might want to check if there allowed in the shopping cart. Check your cameras. There were at least 50 employees today not one person commented on the dog in the store. Step it up, there service dog walks. No pets.

Don’t print photos if you’re unsure of the size. They won’t adjust them or notify you that it doesn’t fit. They just take your money and hand you a cut off photo. And this is only after waiting for 15 mins while the only employee tells me it’s going to be awhile because he can’t step away from the lady scanning a ziplock bag full of photos just to hand me my one.

I wish I knew the name of the Customer Service representative from today’s visit. Three women in front of me were treated very poorly. One had receipts that were swapped not match her return merchandise. Instead of helping by scanning one receipt and matching the boxes to the transaction, the staff made the women leave the line to check their receipts and organize them with the correct items. I thought to myself, “Oh, I’m fine, I have one item and my receipt,” but then I stepped up. The employee saw my receipt, flicked it at me, and said, “Nope, we’re not accepting returns for this. It’s a manager’s decision, and they can do whatever they want because they are the manager.” Then she said, “I don’t care what she wants to do, but you can take it to her and argue.” I only shop here for one thing, and this is exactly why: Walmart is becoming increasingly rude to customers, especially those who aren’t looking for confrontation or problems. Just a simple return with the correct receipt and merchandise.

This Walmart has a variety of interesting products. I was actually shocked during my latest visit. Their security system is so ridiculous that I even stopped to see what is shown on their monitors. No, it’s not live tv folks. They must have the “good stuff.”The electronics department was particularly useful. It inspired me to find my own security system.

Fairly easy to find what we needed and get through the store, lines weren't too long and greeters were friendly. I didn't need to ask anyone on the floor for help and had no need for an associate while at the self checkout, so I don't know how helpful or friendly any of them were.

I had never come to this Walmart before and was unaware of locations of multiple items. I was in the cosmetic department and Michelle was very unfriendly. I noticed she treated other customers a little different than me (smiling, offering help voluntarily, etc.). In the end Michelle walked by without saying, excuse me and bumping into me. On the other hand, Detroy was a very kind and helpful. He was extremely friendly. It is because of his excellent customer service my review is not a 1.

This is my first time going in a long time and it was very busy due to the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday. The staff were friendly and it was easy to move around. Even though it was a lot of people. The bathrooms are easy to find and I waited in the electronics which was great because I love all the gadgets. The lines were not that long because they had a lot of cash registers open so it didn't take long to go through. We were able to find what we needed. Ended up buying more than what we came in for and overall the experience was very satisfying.

Overall, I had a good experience at Walmart. The front staff were super nice and helpful, and checkout went smoothly. They definitely made the visit pleasant. But as I was leaving, I saw something that didn’t sit right with me. A manager called an associate into the office in a pretty angry tone. The associate told him she didn’t like the way he was speaking to her, and he responded saying he didn’t care what she liked or didn’t like. It was just disappointing to witness, especially after such good service from the rest of the team. I hope management can work on communicating more respectfully with their staff.
