I stopped by to grab a soda and the lady said she could not sell me the soda because her register wasn’t working! Didn’t even try and fix it just said oh well!!! What a shame! Management should train the employees to figure something out not just turn customers away!!!

Very poorly managed. Nothing ever works at this location, the pumps are always down or out of order. Whoever is running this place should be fired and someone who knows how to keep maintenance should replace them.

Listed hours are wrong. I tried to get gas last night, and the pumps were already closed at 10:15 PM.

Not 24hrs I wished they atleast opened at 5am I couldn't tell you when they open. Maybe whenever the key holder feels like waking up

Beware they LIE about gas price. I paid them 35 dollars in cash so I was suppose to get the cash price at 3.39 a gallon. Instead they charged me the credit price at 3.59 a gallon. And after I told them they acted like they dont no anything and took my number so manager can call me to try to resolve it, still waiting.............

Easy place to fuel up but watch for debit card scimmers there! Used my card there at night only time of the day I used it and someone ran through south San Fran at the atm's taking money out.

Cheaper price advertised but when you pull up you read the fine print that the .20 cheaper price is not if you pay cash but only if you get a car wash, which I can not get in a truck and trailer. Be upfront with your prices Shell.

Unfortunately not 24 hours and pumps were closed randomly at 9:45 pm. Went to Chevron across the street without any issue. 👍🏽

Got there at 9:36pm. Employee comes out of bathroom as I walk up informs me the bathrooms locked now and since they close in 24mins I couldn't possible use.it. As I returned to car mystified by this, the employee, came back and opened the bathroom for someone else.

An employee will ask you several times if you want your items before scanning. I asked how much a smoke product was and he didn't know. Didn't want to scan to check. He only wanted to scan the item if it was a definite I wanted to buy it smh. I never been thru that and felt disrespected so I chose not to give this business my money.

Refused to allow a 9yr old to use the bathroom! My son was about to pee his pants and because I haven't got out of the car to purchase gas he refused services. My husband got out to fill up, and we decided not to when my mom returned stating "I don't see her getting out of the car". Very rude and disrespectful. Will not do service we'll spend $60+ on gas elsewhere

Great location to gas up on way back to the Bay Area! Has Car Wash and small convenience store. Only 1 problem and this is systemic for most all of the Shell Stations I go too. Nasty bathroom's! Actually I know why there not cleaned up! Does Shell Corp. Know or they don't care?

Terrible customer service and a complete waste of money. I purchased the Ultimate car wash at one Shell location, and the system failed TWICE. The attendant printed me a receipt and assured me I could use the code at any Shell station. When I tried to redeem it today at a different location, the code didn't work. The cashier refused to help and told me I had to drive back to the original station to sort it out. So now I'm out the money for the most expensive car wash AND my time driving around trying to get what I already paid for. If Shell can't honor their own receipts across locations, they shouldn't tell customers they can. Absolutely unacceptable service.
