Stay away from 5 Star in Vacaville! There’s a reason this detail shop has horrible reviews. The costumer service is so bad (I was harassed by the manager). The name calling was very unprofessional and disrespectful. Additionally, the manager said it’s $240 for a HR-V to get detailed (which goes against their website quotes). Several friends have called this shop and gotten a cheaper quote for the same car. The service itself was awful, they left my car smelling really really bad. Go to Madd Wraps instead, or literally anywhere else but this place.

I got the 5 star package with the Ceramic coating. You get what you pay for, and its all complete in 20-30 minutes so dont expect it to actually be a 5 star job. I opened the trunk like they said to have it vaccumed, but the only spot that needed vacuuming was missed. I stayed with my car to watch them and noticed them skimming around the car with the same 2 microfiber towels that was used for the entire wipe down/cleaning of the car's Windows, door jams and interior. Would not recommend this package if you have a car that you want actually taken care of. Many water spots were left all around my car after they hand dried it, and the glass between the steering wheel and the speedometer was scratched a bit. Overall, it wasnt a bad job for such a short period of time. I'll be sticking to the full interior detail from now on to avoid these little mishaps. The customer service is FANTASTIC, I felt very welcomed and got to see the entire process.

Honestly, I wasn’t satisfied with the service. The vacuuming wasn’t done properly, and I expected better results especially for the price I paid. They really need to take more time and pay attention to the interior cleaning.

Very dissatisfied in detailing. The interior was left dusty. The vents dash/glove box, and vents did not seem to be wiped down. The tire cleaning was only partially applied. For price paid for a 4 Star wash, it was not worth the price. I keep trying to give them my business but this seems to be how they do the job. Disappointed

Drove my truck over to 5 star to get it washed and as they’re finishing the detail, one of the workers come over and notify me that there is a piece of metal in the tire and it is flat. My tires have sensors and no sensor came on while I was driving the car there however, the size of the metal that was wedged in my tire was too big to sustain any air in the tire. I called to speak to the manager and they informed me that they aren’t responsible for anything involving the tires. So I brought me car to get cleaned and cost me $2k in tires because it’s all wheel drive and not fixable

I don't normally write reviews, but each time I go to 5 star car wash I am ignored while waiting in line to check in. It only happens with the older guy. He act like I am not sitting there, he waits on the people who are behind me in the same line and on side of me who arrived after me. This is not a one off it has happened several times. I previously mentioned the issue to the manager, he dismissed it stating "he has his own way of doing things", so in my mind you approve of what he's doing. When it happened again today, I decided to write a review. Today, there were only two cars ahead of me, one was already checked in, and me and the other car pulled up next to the vacuum hoses. He immediately checked in the other car which is fine since he was there first, I should have been next, but nooo, three other cars had pulled up behind me and the other car he had just checked in. He looked me in my face and preceded to check them in first while I'm still sitting in the car waiting, so I am now feeling some type of way about the service for me. I am a long time customer and have the 3 and 4 star unlimited plan, and on top of that service is not all that great. When they say they are done with the car it's still dirty, I have to make them go over it again every single time. I am beginning to think they don't want or need my 4 car business. Does anyone have any recommendations for a place who value their customers? I am definitely not going to continue to give my money to a company that continues to disrespect me.

What’s the point of paying extra for the “4 stars” if nothing is going to be cleaned ? I brought my car here to be cleaned and paid the extra price so I didn’t have to do it myself, but I guess I should have stayed home and gotten a better service for free ! Only giving the 2nd star bc the workers inside were very nice. Wish it was better service

Outside wash was okay, but I’m thoroughly disappointed in the interior. Lack of vacuuming, lack of wiping the door jams ( still caked with dirt), didn’t touch my center cupholders or the door pockets ( I emptied everything out so they could clean them) and was told they don’t wipe down rubber mats when my boyfriend and friends have gotten that service with the same price I paid. Why pay for the most expensive detailing when I could have done it for free myself- the point is that I do not have time to do it myself that’s why I want to bring my car in and get it “professionally” done. Will save my money and take it elsewhere

Leo is hands down the best automotive detailer I’ve ever used. His attention to detail is unreal — every inch of my car looked brand new, inside and out. He’s professional, punctual, and clearly takes a ton of pride in his work. You can tell this isn’t just a job for him, it’s a craft. He took the time to explain what he was doing, used high quality products, and went above and beyond what I expected. If you want your car looking better than the day you bought it, Leo is your guy. I wouldn’t trust my vehicle with anyone else. Highly, highly recommend.

I arrived at the car wash at 10:05am and I was the only customer present in the vacuum area. After my vehicle came out of the car wash machine a young man started wiping it as usual. When he got to the rear of the vehicle, he noticed the bottom half of the rear was covered in dirt. He got into the car and drove it back to the vacuum area to run it through the car wash once again. I explained to the gentleman that I did not have much time because I had an appointment. He stared at me and moved the car back to the pickup area. I saw him spray and wipe the bottom rear of the car. He then proceeded to go wipe down and complete 3 other vehicles instead of finishing mine. Another gentleman asked him if my car was done, he said no. No one touched my car. There was a pickup truck that came behind me, that gentleman’s truck was wiped and clean and he was able to leave before me. The lady at the register that took my payment comes out to her car, puts on a blue worker shirt and proceeded to wipe down my car. They finished my car at 10:47am. I voiced my concern to a young Caucasian girl who I assumed was a manager because I’ve seen her in that office plenty of times. She simply stared at me with a blank face with no response. We have been going to both Fairfield and Vacaville locations since 2018. I have 3 vehicles that I get washed 3 times per month. $35-$40 per car. I really enjoyed the service there, and supporting local businesses. I own one myself. I have never felt so discriminated against by this place until yesterday. It felt so intentional for whatever reason.

I’m very pleased with the friendly service, results and pricing. I’m treated like family every time I show up. The manager, Leo, remembers me by name and always greets me with a smile and a bro hug. I can name at least 5 employees who recognize me and my truck and 4Runner every time I drive up. Service is impeccable! I refer 5 star to all my family and friends! I am a monthly customer and trust my friends at the Vacaville location. 🤙
