This is the second time I have came into the store and have had a supervisor and lead make me feel like I am a criminal. I have never in my life felt so disrespected at a store. I have also witnessed these two girls do the same thing to my daughter and neighbor. I’m assuming they just work evenings because this is the only time I have seen them working. When I asked them if there was a problem they stated we are just doing our job. I work retail and this is NOT how to treat paying customers that frequently shops at your store. Train your employees better on how to interact with customers. There attitude needs to go.

If you are the person who avoids going to Walmart like me.. well this is actually going to be my first time at Walmart Neighborhood Market. I must say I was shocked how clean and shop able. I love being able to use the self check out without the fees that a normal Walmart would have that’s been implemented.

I was in a rush and my shopping list consisted of my husband telling me what we needed over the phone. Two team members directed me to where I needed to go and walked me over. Very clean store and well stocked. This is our closest store and so glad to shop here.

Horrible experience at self checkout, felt as though my mother and I were singled out the whole time we were there. The employee who was at self checkout kept harassing my mother and I, the employee who was keeping a close eye on us had us cancel our transaction to double check that we scanned this one item she couldn’t find on her phone and to her surprise it was the first item on the list. We saw other customers scan and go freely with out being harassed, but not my mother and I.

Neighborhood Walmart in Alamo Plaza, Vacaville is a convenient and reliable spot for quick shopping. It’s right off the freeway and not far from nearby homes, making it an easy stop whether you’re running errands or grabbing last-minute groceries. The store is clean, well-organized, and usually stocked with all the basics you’d expect. The layout makes it easy to get in and out without much hassle. Service is decent overall. It’s not instant, but the staff is helpful when you ask. If you need assistance from a locked case, you’ll need to press a button, which adds a little wait time and a bit of anticipation before someone shows up. For a smaller, neighborhood-style store, it delivers exactly what it should, accessibility, convenience, and a quicker alternative to the larger Walmart locations. Follow me and friend me for more honest reviews that help you shop smarter and know what to expect.

Just bought tonight. Green beans the same. Threw half the bag away after picking thru and cutting off bad parts on the other half.

Good place for a quick shopping visit, they actually had more varieties of pasta sauce than the bigger Walmart in Vacaville and their makeup wasn't locked up either so I didn't have to wait for 5 minutes to get 1 product. We went by about 7 employees on the floor and they didn't smile or ask us if we needed help, but we were able to find everything we needed and the self checkout was fast.

This store is a Walmart grocery store, not a big box Walmart. I shop here regularly. Most of the time, I find what I'm looking for. The staff is usually available to help when needed, but they stay out of your way otherwise. I can't say the same for the non-human staff. There have been a few times when the robot was roaming the aisles, and I had to get out of its way. The busy days are Sunday afternoon and about 3 pm on weekdays. Judging by the customers outfits It seems like people tend to shop after school and church. I don't see it as much as I had been, but customers sometimes bring their dogs into the store. They don't walk them most of the time, but they put them in the shopping carts on little pads. I have two family members who are allergic to animal dander, so this is a huge problem for us. Besides that, it's against the law to bring non-service animals into a grocery store. California law states you cannot take your pet into a food facility, including stores that prepare, package, serve, vend, or otherwise provide foods for human consumption — with few exceptions.

l'm not a local. I was in the neighborhood and stopped in to buy some snacks and drinks. It was on a late weekend morning. The store was super clean and organized. Items were easy to find and reasonably priced. Staff were helpful. Overall the vibes were good. I have to mention that the women's restroom was poorly constructed. The toilet roll holder was just hooked on rather than anchored. As I was pulling the roll, the entire industrial dispenser fell off the stall wall. I caught that heavy sucker in my arms. I saw that it's only hooked on. Same with the paper towel dispenser. I yanked that off the wall as I pulled a sheet. I too caught that sucker before it hit the ground, and hooked it back in place. Then hightailed it out of there before something else fell off the wall.

My wife tried to cash a Money Order check here not that long ago. She said the associate who helped her was Michele. She was very rude to my wife, when my wife clarified she was trying to get cash, Michele was very rude and responded, "Yeah, I'm going to cash your check, and you're going to get cash" in a extremely rude a demeaning tone, acting like my wife was stupid. Then, after we came back after realizing we didn't fill out the whole check, Michele then continued to discourage us from trying, saying "It's not going to work." or "I suggest you take it back to the place you bought it from." Just extremely rude customer service.

I will be taking this To HR because this was extremely unprofessional and illegal, I came to cash my western union check, I had passed my check to Michele and she started to cash it and it said on the screen to swipe my card, I was just making sure she cashed my check instead of trying to transfer it to a card, and she rudely said it’s obviously going to be cashed if I’m cashing ur check, I said that I didn’t know cause the screen was blinking swipe, then she just ran the check and immediately said she can’t cash it, didn’t keep the check because it could be fraud, didn’t explain why, just handed it back, my husband and I filled out the check the proper way and went on google it says that Walmart accepts that type of check, as I go back in she condescendingly asked if I cashed my check? Oh! So it could be cashed, I get to her desk and she kept negging me and pushing back that the check could not be cashed as she was putting in my information, taking her sweet time, purposefully being rude, just for my check to actually go through…. Her little side kick with the long black hair that works the front who looks like she’s native also rudely said she can’t cash the check and ignored me when I asked her why? is this what ur team does? Just brushes people off because of a misunderstanding, if she felt I was saying she wasn’t cashing the check right she needs to learn customer service and just smile. I was just trying to get my money…. Michele needs some serious attention and her little pet too.

I enjoy shopping here -the employees are nice and helpful and they are clean and have a wide veriety of fresh fruits and vegetables and keep their shelves stocked-parking is great, also they're electric riding carts are charged and ready to use! That is a big one for me as I seldom have pain in my legs making it difficult to walk. Hands down I love this location also it is right off the freeway and convenient-
