Customer service is never the greatest. unfortunately a lot of the employees don't speak English and unfortunately I don't speak other languages so kind of hard to get help when there's a language barrier. And then the ones that do speak English not very nice roll their eyes Don't want to do their job but hey who am I to judge... Apparently Walmart doesn't really care That's why they're turnover is so high

Don’t waste your time. Go somewhere else! Even if you schedule a service, when you arrive they tell you it’s cancelled. No message, no notice, no information at all. Just like that. Zero respect! And there’s not even an option in the appointment system to report that this happened.

Support Walmart? Never. Spending money is the capitalist way of voting. So shopping at Walmart says you never want a middle class again, you never want family own places to prosper, you like your community to look like trash, and you have Terrible taste in every way.

This is our second time coming to Rochester and using the grocery pickup. We pickup frequently in other locations all around New Hampshire, Connecticut, and Florida and have never experienced the slowness and lack of customer service as we have both times in NY. After almost a half hour of waiting, we tried calling the # after checking in on the app didn't do anything, got a voicemail, then finally went in to ask someone who then grabbed our order. So many cars came and went while we waited patiently. Someone needs to reevaluate their system here.

Supposed to have an order delivered from store. App said out for delivery. Tracking said it was 1 stop away. Then driver turned around with my order and drove 16 miles back to store and now status says "delivery attempted". There is no way to talk to anyone online and the store doesn't answer phone.

Been a grocery customer here for years. Last week half my order was missing. Yesterday, it just never came. Henrietta Walmart 2 days in a row drivers refused to deliver even with a tip. Walmart isn't even trying to keep customers anymore. Instacart is SO much better. Don't ever get food delivered from Walmart cancel your membership.

Called Walmart s/w agent in auto dept, given a price and size for battery. Went in person and was given price and battery for new battery for 2019 Nissan Sentra. Spent 209.00 for a wrong battery. Called to take battery back about 20 x and no answer, called operator in store, no answer. Very poor services at this location. Will never do Business with Auto team again. Rated POORLY CX SERVICE.

Sketchy place. Bathrooms were filthy and females should be ashamed for being so disgusting. I only went because I needed some Quest chips, I won't forget my lunch again if this is what this area has to offer.

I absolutely love Walmart! I went here just before they closed for the night. I had quite a bit of things I needed to purchase in various locations of the store. Multiple employees were able to show me where certain items were and were very kind and helpful. I was able to get all of my groceries and still had time to spare.

I don't know if I'm unlucky but everytime I'm here it feels like there are only two registers open. I feel like I end up waiting for longer than it takes me to find what I need. Place is clean and has everything you want, but it might be a wait.

Today, 8 days before Thanksgiving, I wanted to donate 50 turkeys to the St Andrew's food cupboard. Miguel was awesome to work with. The cupboard will pick them up tomorrow morning. I chose this Walmart because they donate excess food weekly to this cupboard. Thanks Walmart for being there for the community. I know from experience that you're always doing things for your communities without fanfare. YOU ARE APPRECIATED.

Honestly one of the worse auto experiences of my entire life. Never again will I go to Walmart of any kind for auto services. I waited THREE HOURS. When I was told ONE. For an oil change and to put my winter tires on. Was quoted $116 and the ended up paying $183 for JUST THE TIRE SWAP. Asked why it was so much and he said "it's the size of your tires" when the quote I did asked my tire size and car make and model. Then after waiting THREE HOURS I get half way home and realize THEY DIDNT EVEN PUT MY SUMMER TIRES IN MY DAMN CAR!!!! So I have to drive all the way back and grab my damn tires and they couldn't even have the respect to put them in my car for me like they were supposed to do they made me do it myself. So I just paid nearly $300 and waited three hours to get my tires changed over and get my oil done. NEVER AGAIN. I normally go with Valvoline but it said that Walmart was cheaper so I decided to go with them. I will be sticking with Valvoline. This was absolutely ridiculous. They would've had me in and out in 30 minutes.

Mixed results. Organized shelved. Unusual layout. Many items mislabeled on pricing. Scanning was different than what was on the labels. Thankfully it was in our favor. Police cruisers at either end of the building and a couple of officers inside coupled with some bodily fluid warning stickers on the floor (which is the right thing to do) were enough to not make this a long trip. Wouldn’t come back.

This Walmart has the worst pickup experience I've ever been through. We had a timeslot pickup, but after checking in, the app glitched and removed the order from the queue and they didn't catch it for 2 1/2 hours. After which there was no apology and we were placed at the bottom of the check-in list. An hour and a half later they still hadn't gotten to it and finally after confronting them again they prioritized it and got it out, with no apology or understanding. It should not take 4 hours to get a pickup order out no matter the circumstances.

Went to get a friend a blow-up mattress, arrived at the store at 10:50pm when they close at 11:00pm and some large female employee wouldn’t let me just go in and get a mattress. As if it wouldn’t have taken 5 minutes. I guess walmart employees need to feel a sense of power every so often.

ZERO STARS!! !! Tire department is UNPROFESSIONAL and INCOMPETENT. I had an appointment for Monday the 29th. They canceled my appointment when I got to the store without notifying me prior. The employee I spoke to was supposed to reschedule my appointment for 9 AM the next day and failed to do so. I spent the next day trying to speak to a manager from the tire department. But they ignored all of my phone calls, transferring me department to department. Today on Wednesday the 31st I get to the tire department, and the manager, Kevin/Kelvin said he has no clue about my problem. Meaning the associate never told the manager about my problem and just lied to me on the phone. I get the store manager Jay who acts as if a free tire installation will get him fired from his job, a $60 installation, just a straight lie. He gave us a $25 gift card which took 20mins to receive because the worker doesn't know how to load a gift card. He also did not know how to issue a refund. Not sure what training walmart is giving their employees. We spent damn near 2hours in Walmart just for Walmart to tell us they couldn't get the tire off. Went to Mavis and they and they got it off perfectly fine. The Mechanic told me Walmart was most likely being lazy. There was ONE employee who was helpful back there and she deserves a raise. Her name was sunjay something like that. The only one with professionalism and understanding. That whole department needs retraining

This is the WORST walmart I’ve ever been to. You walk in there it stinks & you feel low energy. The employees are obnoxious, lazy, some of them smell like marijuana & especially mostly all of them are HELPLESS. Today I wanted to get a deodorant that was locked, I asked for help 6 times & I waited for almost 30 mins. After, I wanted to buy a watch & I went through the same problem. I had to wait for someone to open the shelves for me but nobody showed up after asking for help at costumer service FOUR TIMES. Irondequiot people, DO NOT go to this walmart. Go to the one at Webster. Its a 13 min drive & you wont regret.

So I've picked up my sister she said had to walmart to grab a couple of things and told me to do the same if I'd needed anything and yes as we walked stuff started to come to mind got everything we then cashed out showed are receipt to the door man and left so grateful for my blessing 🤗
