Ever since they got new owners, the wash has been out of everything (no tire cleaner, no clear coat protecter, no wax). The wax setting just spits out soap and every other setting gives you nothing but water. This wash is absolute garbage. Other reviews that speak on “customer service” are clearly fake reviews.

I was charged twice on the same day for a single car wash, and no one is answering the phone or responding to messages to resolve the issue. This is very disappointing and unprofessional. I would appreciate someone getting back to me as soon as possible to fix this.

Wow. What an utterly disgraceful place this is. I rolled up there this morning to wash my car. I should’ve known by the state of the control panel that this was going to be bad but I was there and thought what the heck. I swiped my card and it just eye rolled at me like a teenager in an airport Starbucks and said “coins only”. So I procured some coins from the dodgy looking change machine and fed the coin slot. It grudgingly took it while spitting out a few at me just for spite. I turned the dial to pre-wash and the hose sadly coughed itself awake and half heartedly spat some pre wash onto my car. I switched it to shampoo and after about 30 seconds of encouragement it finally woke up and gave full pressure. I’m 2 minutes in by this time so I hurriedly coated the car as best I could and switched to rinse. Took a good 20 seconds for the shampoo to turn off. I hurriedly rinsed the car and frantically turned the dial to spot free rinse. It coughed out some white liquid and then quit. I was out of coins at this point and unwilling to give this place another dime. So I thought I’d take advantage of the free vacuum. Tried two that didn’t work. The third one was the residence of a massive spider. After a brief conversation with “Boris” to politely ask him to move, I pulled the hose to my car and pushed the button. It politely coughed and breathed in a couple of grains of sand but then stared at the remaining sand on the floor as though it was glued down (it wasn’t). As I drove home ashamed that I’d been such an idiot to think a car wash could actually clean my car, a white spotty film appeared all over the car. It was now dirtier than when I got there. If I could grant this place zero stars I would. DON’T DO IT. IT’S TOO LATE FOR ME. SAVE YOURSELF.

So mad with them , they charge me $39 for suppose be complete wash with shining tires etc , all BS I’ll will never come back
