Don’t trust them! They caused $650 worth of damage to a man’s truck by not latching the air filter back in, and gave him the wildest goose chase to get any answers! They wanted to investigate themselves to see if they did any wrong doing, refused to pay the claim because the man had the car fixed after it broke down on the side of the road claiming because he didn’t call them to dispatch one of their mechanics to diagnose it they couldn’t pay it. Another mechanic found the issue and wrote in the report what caused it, but since it was not their mechanic it didn’t count? The mangers were impossible to get ahold of, claimed they called and got no answer but they never actually called in the first place. Save your money and go somewhere that treats people with honor after they make a mistake, not blame you.

Whenever I go to my local Valvoline, I am always greeted with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. They are always very quick and helpful, explaining things in a very clear manner so that I understand. They don’t push me to purchase things when I don’t need to, but they do encourage and inform me when I need to change something, like my battery. I’m always highly satisfied when I go to get an oil change, along with other car services.

I arrived at 10:30am. There's a sign outside that says 15 minutes. A car was in the bay and 2 cars were ahead of me. By my liberal calculation, I should have been out by 11:30, yet at 11:45 I was still waiting and was told that a maintenance guy was working on the bay and his schedule was different than the store. They could pull me into the bay but it would be a bit before they started. I protested and was finally allowed in, got the oil change, a $10 discount, missed lunch, and was late for work. I had to decline every upsell they tried because of my time crunch. Scheduling maintenance in a time that inconveniences customers is the opposite of customer service.

The manager or guy that greeted me and set up my service was extremely friendly and thorough. He offered me options in servicing and didn't suggest things I didn't need or try to upsell me anything. This was my first experience using a Valvoline Instant Oil Change. I stopped in on a whim - my car has been alerting me it needed the oil changed for 29 days, and I was mostly sick of the notification. Everyone was so nice & helpful. They explained every step of what they were doing. They did not try to push unnecessary products on me to buy. They did a thorough inspection of my car. They even topped off my wiper fluid! I was happily surprised by my experience today. The best part was finding a $15 coupon on the app to apply to my bill. You have earned a customer for life!

I can’t say enough positive things about the customer service and all around amazing job this place does. I have a 2021 Subaru STI and have gotten all of my oil changes (no offense but I bring my own oil and filter, not saying Valvoline isn’t great!) differential, and other small maintenance items done here. They are always fast, professional and are great to chat with while getting your vehicle serviced. On a side note: Zach and Logan are usually the ones who help me and they have some of the best customer service I’ve ever encountered. You guys have earned a customer for life, and thank you for all you do!!

Me and my girlfriend both regularly get our oil changed here and it takes the 30 minutes per car somehow. They do a good job though and aren’t too pushy on their up charges, so I appreciate that.
