I shop there often it is good. However the deli not so good. We have ordered several times but the food is warm at best. The last time we ordered, nothing except the macaroni and cheese was warm. Turn up the temperature on the holding bar.please.

Bad to not have sale items available, like items that are Friday and Saturday sale only even if you go early. They had smoked ribs recently on sale went early for cooked food around 1030 they said they wouldn't be out for 2 hours. Came back at 1245 to be told it'll be another hour before they have them. It's like that on lots of their door buster sale items.

Very happy with the food and service provided through the catering department for our wedding last weekend. Food was delivered and set up on time and everything was fresh! There was such a variety of food trays to choose from to meet our needs for cocktail hour. It was such a pleasure working with Cassondra. We would highly recommend Food City Catering for your next event.

Stopped here for Starbucks. Looking for the Tennessee Been There Mug and they don't have it. The apple cake looks delicious!

I went in here to get some groceries and thought I would treat myself to some Starbucks. But when I went over to said Starbucks the barista was on her phone she looked up and rolled her eyes at me and gave me attitude during the whole transaction her name tag said Alaska. And also I can’t believe how dirty the counters were I don’t think I will be returning!

Food city is a good grocery store to shop at but they do need to improve with their produce section, deli section, meat section within the store to have better quality and not have food that’s rotting on the shelves. Also the stock people need to look at the dates on the grocery items so they are properly rotated. Last but not the least they need to have somebody check the restrooms throughout the day.

Don't go on your lunch break and try to get something real fast. It doesn't ring up right at the register. It takes too long to get anything done about it. Then to get it refunded you have to go to another counter in waste more time

I said good afternoon to the stockman Jacob, he just stares at me. My toddler almost runs into him and I say excuse me and looks at me pissed and looks back down. I let a manager know at the checkout and there response was, yeah he’s just like that.. when did we normalize being a rude.

I wish I could go to a different one in the area but unfortunately this specific one is the closest and most convenient. They rapidly switch prices on their shelves every other week then instead of being polite about it they just treat you like you're poor and stupid. A perfect example of this is a specific wine I've been getting for almost a year that was priced at $7.99 on sale from $13.99 it went up to $10.99 then a couple months later it went up to $13.99 saying it was on sale from $17.99 and recently after I tried to purchase a bottle that was in the cooler that said it was on sale for $13.99 it ran up as $17.99 and when I tried to ask about it to the man watching the self checkouts he just shrugged and said he "didn't know anything that's probably the price it's always been I must have just been looking at the wrong tag" which is absurdly rude to completely just say that I must be wrong after he showed he was obviously to incompetent to answer a simple question. He then called over a lady in a red shirt and explained that he again "didn't know anything at all" so she went over to the wine aisle took a picture of the updated tag price that read $17.99 she then shoved the phone in my face and said "see you just read the wrong tag" and I said "but I grabbed it out of the cooler did you see the yellow tag on the cooler and not the white one on the aisle?" She then said "there is no yellow tag look it says $17.99 like it always has" and then proceeded to keep putting the phone in my face so I said "fine then I won't buy anything" then turned and left. There has not been one time that I have felt welcomed and nicely greeted when I have entered this food City. From all the caddy and snobby men and women that make up the managers to the mean and vile employees this is the one and only awful food City that you definitely want to dodge.

I know this probably doesn’t seem like a big deal, but the way it was handled was pretty sad. I went in there yesterday and took an item to the front to pay for it. Before I rang it up I ask if the Easter things were on sale and she said yes. I rang it up and it came up regular price. She called the manger and he said that’s not Easter, it is spring. I said so you are telling me it’s not Easter even though the tag says Easter on it..he said yes. Wow…such great customer service. I said I will pass, even though it clearly says Easter!

Why would you raise your price on Pokémon cards from $4.99, reasonable price, to $7.99?! So greedy, Food City. Either keep them the right price at $4.99 (a little above MSRP) or serious collectors will stop buying cards there. You are ripping people off and it’s kind of gross.

We live 6 miles from the FC in Jonesboro Tn. In the last 6 months or so we have been driving to this store. Even though it's a 24 mile round trip. At first the on Forest drive was clean and well stocked. No More. We eat a lot of grapes this store has fresh produce And the grapes are always stacked neatly not piled up. I always eat one B4 buying them.I bought a bag in Jonesboro once didn't try them untill I got home. They' were as sour as a lemon. Thanks for caring about the customer.

We were honestly worried that moving from Texas meant we’d miss H-E-B… but this place showed up strong. Great selection, solid prices, and everything we needed without the sticker shock. Most importantly—the wife approved, which officially means the move to the area is validated. We’ll be shopping here a lot.
