Have been waiting over an hour to receive a pickup order they said was ready, and I’m not the only one. Last time I’ll be doing this. I’m still waiting typing this review.

Don’t buy skirt steak at Sam’s!! Imagine my extreme disappointment when I bought 2.22 pounds of skirt steak only to turn it over and find huge swaths of thick fat! I had to trim over 3/4 of a pound that I paid for. Bad form Sam’s. Do better!!

Wow Sam's Club, does anyone in management care anymore? Removing the cafe register and forcing people to find another way to order is going to cost you a lot of business. It has already cost you mine. I know your pop dispenser have been hit or miss for many years. Try cleaning them more. I am tempted to take a picture because the seating is 50% employees 25% people eating and 25% people waiting while a spouse or the like is shopping. Looks like Costco won and in Tennessee, BJ's is number two.

I placed an order today around 10:30am for a sandwich tray (pick up time is 4:00-5:00pm). The order was confirmed and I was notified that I would be contacted when my order was ready. Around 3:00pm I received a text that my order was cancelled. I called the store immediately because I was concerned due to my event being the same day. I called and spoke with a member and was told that my order was cancelled due to “science hill’s homecoming and running out of materials to make the tray”. Understanding this, I asked if I could place an alternative order that could be fulfilled since my event was in about 3 hours. The deli worker told me that I would not be able to place the order after 3:00pm as the ordering system automatically shuts down (at this point it’s about 3:02). Essentially, my order was cancelled at the time that I could no longer place another order. I believe this is extremely wrong, and I hope the deli doesn’t regularly operate like this. Obviously, I am frustrated because the Deli could’ve told me hours ago that they could not fulfill my order knowing the high demand. This was a ridiculous situation that could’ve been avoided—if I could give 0 stars I would.

I like to go to the Sam's club because there is an opportunity to buy at a bargain price. And the most convenient thing is that you can pay for everything online "scan and go". Thanks to this application, you don't have to stand in lines and waste your time. Love it.👍

I was at curbside pickup and a driver got mad due to everything not being able to fit in the trunk so he cussed me and threw it in the back seat then went on to slam my door. I went inside to talk to the manager his name was Ernie and I told what had happened he didn’t want my information or any information of the employee he just told all I could do was call the cops he was no help at all I would not recommend shopping here.

Terrible experience on the phone today with a person that answered the phone in the tire department. We recently purchased new tires through Sam's and had them install them. On the way home I noticed a noise that sounded like a rubbing noise. I forgot about it because we only occasionally use this vehicle but when I ran some errands this week in the vehicle I noticed it seemed to get worse. We called today and the person that answered simply said " hello". We said hello back and they finally said hello this is the tire center. We explained what happened and that we thought maybe it was a brake dust shield or something minor because it didn't affect driveability. He said well you can bring it by but I'm not sure what we can do. I explained that it wasn't making any sound untill after the tires were installed and that again it sounds like a dust shield or something that maybe got bent during the new tire installation. He asked what the noise sounded like and I told him yet again that it was a rubbing metal sound like that of a bent dust shield but wasn't sure? He informed me that it sounded like brakes and I told him that wasn't the case because my brakes aren't very old, we don't drive the vehicle often and zero sounds were coming from the vehicle before the tires were installed. 1) Hello? Is not the way to answer a business phone. 2) The person should have stated, " I hate to hear that, please bring it in so we can see what's going on? 3) Don't diagnose the customers vehicle over the phone. Again, " I hate that there's an issue but bring it by and we'll see what's going on? 4) How about, " we appreciate your business. Do you need us to make an appointment or when would it be convenient for you to come in? The icing on the cake for me was that right after I told him it wasn't brakes and that it wasn't doing this before, he said to bring it in but not today unless it was before 4. I told him it wouldn't be today that it would be the first of the week. He said bring it in and tell us what it's doing we'll look at it but not sure what we can do? I was floored. I'd just explained exactly what was going on because I wanted to make someone there aware. Now he's telling me to bring it in, rehash the whole story AND that he's not sure what we can do?!? How about take care of your customers? This exchange was some of the worst customer service that I've received in awhile. You'd expect way better service from a membership club that you spend money with monthly. Full disclosure: I've owned over 30 vehicles in my life and worked for years in car service and sales. I know it isn't brakes! Honestly I feel like whatever it is, they're not going to be of help and claim that it wasn't their fault. Very disappointed with this experience. I give this location two stars because the rest of the store is fine.

Horrible Serta mattress experience. Took literally weeks and a great deal of wasted time to finally cancel an order when they could not meet THEIR delivery commitment! Saving a few bucks is not worth the aggravation. Go elsewhere!

I always find everything I need there. I love their cheese cakes, if you never tried them you definitely should give them a try. Also the produce selection is very good as well as meat and fish. They always have good discounts on stuff.

I'm unsure the man's name of who I spoke to for online/in store pick up but I had accidentally ordered the wrong size jacket and missed my edit order time frame. This fella went and exchanged the jacket for the correct size. I am so appreciative. He went above and beyond. Wonderful customer service!!

Wow I love this store! It has amazing deals and big boxes of stuff! Great paper product deals and food deals! I also looked at Levi’s jeans and clothes. Ill be going here often and whats cool is you can scan all your items and pay on your phone through the app and skip the checkout line! So cool and much faster.

Always has the shelves full. Which in itself is impressive since so many people shop here. The ladies in the bakery are amazing! The bakers and cake decorators work so hard to keep the store stocked.

I was charged $273 for a express grocery delivery that never arrived. I have emailed (they asked for my number and never called), called customer service (next in line, 50+ minutes wait), attempted chat (disconnected multiple times when it timed out due to no associate), Facebook messaged … and the only answer that they can provide is that it should have been delivered yesterday. Customer service says they can’t even get the store to answer the phone. She wanted me to just hang up and wait for someone to contact me. I noticed a similar review last week. Buyer beware! Update: I did a next day order, which was delivered today. My refrigerated items were between 61-63 degrees. Tossing those!

Big Box shopping and stocking supplies for your pantry needs. I could list everything I do buy..... Let's start with what you should steer clear from is beef and red meats from here. If it is a holiday you need to get there early for croissants THEY RUN OUT every year. Most staff are ok, they really need to be trained more to greet folks and say good morning, most are face planted in phones and not paying attention to where they are walking.

The cashier was rushing me and I didn’t notice my clearance items (that I doubled checked were on clearance) rang up FULL PRICE. I live an hour away and didn’t notice until I got home. The customer service has been terrible. I feel really let down, disappointed and taken advantage of.. lied to. Like dang. Won’t be back to this store. It’s bad enough when I do pickup orders, they are always missing something and they throw it in the back, crushing everything and my hatch doesn’t close when there’s plenty of room. The employees are rude, unprofessional and seem so unhappy at this store. Just bad all around. Pay for things they don’t give you and mark items as clearance then make you pay full price. Really horrible store.

I was double charged for an item and it took me calling corporate to get it sorted out because the club refused to refund me without me driving an HOUR back to them to do it in person. After the store was contacted by corporate, they were magically able to refund me over the phone. On another visit, a rude employee named Elaine cut line to yell her order at the cafe employees. Cafe employees stopped getting my order ready to serve her, despite the line of people behind us, and the employee on break kept bumping into me and reaching over my food to point in the café.

Sam’s club is good, I’m not really a fan of their brand, “Makers Mark” when it comes to laundry soap or their nuts/ trail mix. Otherwise it’s the closest thing to Costco in the area. They do offer a whole rotisserie chicken for $5 & their fast food deli offers pizza, hot dogs and frozen yogurt. Their fountain sodas at the deli are often sold out. They have the best price on ground beef of anywhere around and the quality is good. Good prices on veggies as well. Bakery is good and usually well stocked. They make fresh sushi in house every day & it’s good as well.

I've visited Sam's Club for years and regularly bought hot dogs from the Café for family dinners—simple, quick, and reliable. Today's visit was infuriating due to unannounced policy changes that made the experience unnecessarily difficult and disappointing. First, the old Café counter cash register is gone—no more walking up to order. Instead, I was told to join the regular checkout line or use self-checkout just to buy food. That's already a hassle for a quick grab. Then, I learned you can no longer purchase individual hot dogs. They're forcing the combo with a drink, even if you don't want or need one. I reluctantly paid for unwanted drinks just to get the hot dogs. Finally, when the order was ready, the employee handed me six hot dogs slapped on paper plates—no bag, no box, nothing for a to-go order. I had to carry them awkwardly through the store like that. These changes were not posted with any clear signage at the former Café area or elsewhere. No warning, no explanation—just frustration for long-time customers. This feels like a deliberate downgrade of a once-convenient service. If these are permanent policies, Sam's Club needs prominent signs and better accommodations for takeout. Very disappointed—I'll think twice before returning for Café items.
