Came here for a simple state inspection typically takes 5 min only one car ahead of me took a hour of my life I will never get back. Would have left and gone elsewhere, but paid after I arrived. Do not come here for anything...

After using this location for years while Johnsons owned it, I won't go back. I pulled in to get an oil change and sat for 5 mins while the attendant sat on a bucket in the corner looking at his phone. After the last few times of declining service, we tried one last time. No hard feelings but I guess I will go down to Havoline who is a little more money but much better service.

Actually I'm very dissatisfied with the whole experience in general. My wife has used this shop prior to us getting married but this is the second time we have used it together on this particular vehicle which is a 2017. The first oil change that we took it to them for the car was at around 37,000 mi so not a high mileage vehicle I was not with her so I told her to put what is supposed to go in the vehicle. This is the message she relayed to them they proceeded to put the most expensive oil they had in it which brought the basic oil change to almost $80. this vehicle does not recommend nor needed a full synthetic oil change at best it only needed a synthetic blend but because my wife didn't know any better she went with what they told her they also did not check the tires they did not air up to the proper specs which are in the door the only thing they did was put windshield wiper fluid and at the time we needed new windshield wipers because they were dried out and no longer clearing the windshield well. I just left from there and said get the same thing she's done previously not knowing what she had previously purchased upon checkout which by the way is when I found out what oil and how much it was going to cost they did another synthetic oil change they also did not air up the tires to the proper specs but on the paperwork it says 35 PSI which two of them were at 32 one was at 33 and the other 34 but it calls for 39 so they never even looked at it. they advertise as car Wash is included with every oil change but I see they charged for the car wash and towel dry which I did not ask for overall I feel this place is a scam and unprofessional and I will not be using them ever again I have been a mechanic for 20 plus years so doing my own work is not a problem I only took it here for convenience since I was in Beaumont but never again, almost $80 for a less than $30 service ridiculous!!!!!!!

Used to love this place. Never coming back. Service has gone so far downhill. Was made to feel unwelcome and intimidated by the workers. Waited for a long time patiently only to be sneakily charged extra for oil and filters I did not ask for and that were not approved. Unethical and poor service. Also they ignored my tire pressure when doing my inspection. Beaumont deserves better

The service was amazing and Zack was so friendly, helpful, and out going. My bumper guard was hanging and he fixed it for me. we need more people like him in the world. His engery was so postive. The new GM William was also very friendly and help. I been getting my oil changed here for years and today's service was the best service I ever had 150% keep up the amazing work guys

Polite people, but they’re not on top of their game. They don’t do a full service check. Had to go back to get a reminder sticker. They want you to print out mobile coupons. And they spilled oil all over my engine.

Never have I ever spent more than $80 for an oil change. Went to this place only for convenience but paid $150. Anyways, y’all got oil stains all over my car, I really should’ve got a discount because of that itself smh. Will never be coming to this place ever again but y’all sure know how to make your money 🙂

This has by far been the most worst experience I have ever had dealing with an automotive oil change company. The whole staff was rude and disrespectful and honestly they came off racist. So on the sign it says free wash with 42.99 oil change. I have a 1500 ram hemi 5.7 and I understand my I may use up extra quarts of oil no problem. After the service is done a technician comes and tell me do I want to change out my cabin filter for $40 more dollars I say yes no problem. Where I’m from in orange when they say free wash it’s inside and out. When I went to go get my truck it barely looks like it’s been cleaned I open the truck door and nothing has been cleaned on the inside and barely touched on the outside. Now get this my bill was 130 bucks I went in and I asked the staff if they cleaned and they said yes I let them know that it didn’t look very clean at all and the inside wasn’t done. Them people got so rude to me for asking them if they can clean the inside and they started cussing and more. Paul the area manager made it much worse. This was a horrible experience I ever I spent my hard earned money with these folks and they couldn’t even vacuum the inside of my truck after spending 130 bucks with them. I don’t recommend nobody of color to patronize this business at all
