KENNETH JAQUAN JATYRIN BRANDON ALL ARE OUTSTANDING MEN, they were all gentlemen knowledgeable and work hard as a team their customer service was excellent it was my first experience of many to come because of Kenneth went above and beyond he offered me water and he was the one sweating from hardworking he explained to me everything thing that was happening step by step they respected my business and made me feel like family in such a small amount of time they all deserve a raise and free lunch if I could give 10⭐️ I definitely would because they all deserve it for a job well done. Ps Marie was very sweet and kind 10/10 i recommend

Dante and another young man were the technicians that assisted me. The young men notified me of the wait time and offered me a cold water. They were very elaborative on the process the entire time and the communication and service was impeccable! Manager, OT always has outstanding employees at the Beaumont location.

They are quite slow at getting the oil service done, & the cost was not so desirable for a basic oil change with very over priced Mobile One oil @ 27.99 a quart, (10 to 12 dollars a quart in most automotive stores) the advertised service price only covers 5 quarts, which these days most vehicles take 6 to 8 quarts, which begs to say that its false advertising & bloating customer cost, since they dont tell you the service only covers 5 quarts until they've already done the service & hand you the bill for said service! Personally I would consider doing my oil change myself with a better oil for less money!

WOW What a different a location makes. Went to Orange TX location and was not al all satisfied so I did not get my oil changed. Have been to this location before and always had good service. It took a little longer than expected, however they made sure it was correct. Not sure if it was the time I went noon but they could use more people. Gave them a horn toot when leaving. Thank you crew.

The service here is the worst I have ever seen. Waited 1.5 hours in line multiple vehicles after me while the vehicle in front of me was getting some type of flush. No one moved me to a line that was moving. Then when I finally get in for my turn I had to sit a wait again with no one attempting to do any service. When a worker finally came to start I had to exit the vehicle to open my own hood. Then I told them what oil I wanted (same as on file from my many previous visits) I was told that there was no oil of my choice. I left received no service and went to Strickland brothers oil change for the best experience of my life. You lost my business all 4 vehicles.

Service was fine. However, as a woman, if I have made it clear that it’s my vehicle and i’m in the drivers seat, then speak to me. It was incredibly rude to bypass me to speak to my husband in the passenger seat.

I recently received an oil change and coolant flush? I think haha, from this facility. The manager on duty was very nice and understanding to me. (I have no knowledge in vehicles) The service was done in a very timely manner.

Melvin was amazing. He was friendly, attentive, very thorough and extremely professional. Leonard had everyone shouting out each stage of the oil change process and they showed me the oil level on the dip stick in the final stage..I was in and out in 15 minutes and sat in my vehicle the entire time. I was extremely satisfied and will never go anywhere else for my oil change.

I went to the Take 5 on Folsom in Beaumont, Tx. An oil change is an oil change. I went there specifically because I had a coupon. Guess what?! Their coupon machine was down. Down?! Type it in then! Needless to say, I was upset. I called corporate and was told that the franchise owner would contact me. That was Friday, it’s Sunday, so we’ll see this week. I probably won’t go back to a Take 5 to be honest. Like I said, I only went because I had a coupon

I thought it was priced high, but I realized that synthetic oil just costs more and since the vehicle is considered high mileage it costs more. They also said they checked the tires and I didn’t see them doing that. Maybe I didn’t notice because I was bummed about how much it costs. The cost of things isn’t the employee’s fault. I didn’t feel like I was being treated as a customer, felt more like a burden to the employees. They did change the oil, not their fault about the price. When I was given the window sticker, it was blank. When I pointed this out, it was acknowledged but nothing was done. I figured out myself what to write on the sticker. Probably won’t go back.

I was quoted a price, then they recommended coolant and quoted a price $50 above the cost of oil change. (Since then, I learned coolant only costs $10 🙄) They gave me a receipt which was for another lady and a completely different vehicle. I wasn't upset, accidents happen. But they explained the service was the same, charged me an additional $17 and never gave me a proper receipt. They also never gave a sticker on my window. I was already super uncomfortable and taking too long, so I hurried out of there. I felt deceived at this location on Folsom and downed in Beaumont and won't be returning. My previous experiences at other locations were much better.

First time customer. Went because I had a $25 off coupon. Didn’t like the drive through service. Attendants were hard to understand (spoke very softly). Other workers standing nearby smoking. Didn’t even notice the pricing until it was too late (they were already draining my oil). Even with the coupon, the cost was $40 MORE than my normal place. They told me I needed differential fluid change which I declined. Went to my normal place afterwards and asked them and was told I didn’t need it.

That will be my one and only visit to Take5. The technician was very kind and respectful but the constant upselling was unbearable. I could not ask one question that wasn’t met with an upsell, the price was almost double what I typically pay for the exact same service and then at the end when they asked me to start my car it would not start and they had to jump start my car. When u drive in there was absolutely nothing wrong with my vehicle and. I don’t k ow what they did to it. Never again

Was quite upset at the fact I went there specifically to use a $25 coupon I had been holding onto, only to be told their scanner didn’t work after they already started working on my car. I ended up paying $117 total for an oil change, when I could have gone elsewhere to pay $69.99. The employee told me there was nothing he could do to discount my price. They couldn’t manually change the price, manually put the coupon in, or anything apparently. Take 5 in FL would have adjusted this. The workers were nice though and got some quickly.

Very fast and friendly service! OT the manager has good communication with his team and his name must stand for overtime, as they all work like they're getting paid overtime. Most mechanic/oil change places have very unhappy employees who take their time doing their jobs. This location was not that experience at all! You can also use coupons on the back of Kroger receipts!

My wife & I have had our 2017 Honda Pilot for many years & I’ve been to multiple oil change facilities throughout those years & none of them have EVER checked my air & cabin filter. Take 5 did!!! And upon doing so they found that ours had NEVER been changed & it was absolutely riddled with what appeared to be rat / mouse poop & urine. From that day on I’ve been a devoted customer & I haven’t taken my car anywhere else for the type of services they provide. Not only bc the crew is 1st class & they showcase the utmost professionalism in their interactions but they are just all around down to Earth good people. Their energy is always upbeat, they’re honest & they’ll do anything to help you out to ensure your experience is to your liking. I love the guys at my local Take 5.
