I kept hearing about how great this place is. But I'm very disappointed. I plainly explained I needed the interior cleaned esp for mildew. Our car got wet from one of the many floods we've had lately. So it was smelling musty and mildewy. I was promised they could take care of that. They offered a whole car cleaning. But again I said I'd have to break up the cleaning into interior and exterior later because of cost and urgency. I was scheduled in pretty quickly. But when I go pick up the car, the whole car had been cleaned. I was not expecting that nor was I prepared for that cost. The interior was even still damp. He assured me it would dry. I paid even though I said I told him repeatedly I could only afford the interior at the time. I did pay because the service had been done. But after the weekend, the musty smell was still lingering I was still upset. I spoke with the person who cleaned the car and pointed out that I said clean only the interior. He said there was nothing he could do. I get that. He can't unclean the car. He said he would talk to the manager. 2-3 days later I still haven't heard anything. I'm very unsatisfied and cannot recommend going here UPDATE! They immediately contacted me after I posted this review. They reached to make it right. So they offered to redo the interior. I was able to take the car back to them and I'm very SATISFIED. THE SEATS WERE DRY & THE MUSTY SMELL WAS GONE. I really appreciate them talking outside in their work and fixing the issue right away. If I need another detailing I will be using their services again. Thank you Glanz 👍

Took my truck to get ceramic coated, and cleaned. They did an amazing job on it. Water beads and slides right off! They know how to take care of your vehicle and take their time to leave it as perfect as possible. I highly recommend to take your vehicle here to get washed.

I took my newly purchased BMW R18 to the guys over at Glanz Auto Salon to get a ceramic coat and they literally went above and beyond. They even sent progress videos to keep me updated and was finished a day earlier than expected. Phenomenal! I will definitely be referring everyone I know to Glanz. Great communication, (you can text them for updates and scheduling if you’re busy), friendly service, and most importantly: they do an excellent job. I had my interior detailed and they completely got a coffee stain out of my light grey colored seat that I for sure thought would be a little permanent. I would definitely recommend and I will be back when the time comes.

By far the best ceramic coating company I've seen and so glad I used them for my truck coating. It is so easy to wash and keep shining! And the service is exceptional. I had scratches from a car wash that I didn't even see and they fixed all that before putting the coating on. Informed me every step of the way. I definitely tell everyone to go to Glanz!!! This was my first experience with a detailer, had only learned from YouTube videos. The entire crew put their nose to the grindstone, trod through the (mostly downs) of this behemoth. Big shout out, to: Steve, Eddie & Jonathan. Who slogged on, and accomplished a small miracle. I suspect this may have been their biggest job of this type in Beaumont for a long time, the car had sat for a number of years prior to my purchasing it. Glanz performed magic. The ceramic coating was good, but now for some reason the clear coat is coming off different areas of the finish. Saving for new paint job.

I paid approximately $145+ for a decontamination (clay bar) service. I’ve had the service done at least 3 other times, in Houston, and my car was flawless. When I picked up my vehicle, not only was my rear view mirror damaged (in which the owner reluctantly took responsibility for), there was still bug residue on the front of the car and side mirrors, water streaks throughout, and prints on glass. I was so wrapped up in my mirror being damaged I didn’t get to inspect the actually clay bar service until I got home. Even basic car wash places get the bug residue off : / Not sure if they’ve paid people to leave these reviews, but stay away.

On August 9th, 2024, Glanz Auto Salon provided an outstanding maintenance wash and steam cleaning, both interior and exterior, for my vehicle. The meticulous attention to detail left my car feeling rejuvenated, and I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism of the team. I am definitely considering returning for future services. There were two white spots on both sides of the front doors that weren’t fully wiped down during the wash, but the owner, who clearly takes pride in their work, personally invited me to return for a touch-up. Though I was busy the next day, they followed up, and on August 15th, I dropped off my car. Steven, the employee, was very friendly and handled the touch-up. This level of care and commitment to customer satisfaction is truly commendable and is a major factor in my decision to continue patronizing Glanz Auto Salon. Businesses that genuinely care for their customers earn loyal, repeat clients like myself. I highly respect both the owner and the employee, and this level of professionalism motivates me to support local businesses like Glanz Auto Salon. Additionally, on May 16th, 2024, they performed ceramic coating, windshield glass coating, wheel face coating, and paint correction on my BMW X2 M35i. Even after five months, the ceramic coating is still providing exceptional protection and maintaining the car's shine. I couldn’t be happier with the long-lasting results. Today, September 24th, 2024, I picked up my 2019 Jeep Compass after receiving the 'signature interior detail' and 'ozone treatment' to eliminate the residual cigarette smell left by a former coworker. I am delighted with the cleanliness of the Jeep, as the smoke odor has been completely eradicated. The interior looks as good as new, and the professional demeanor of Steven further enhanced the experience. I cannot give these guys enough praise! Their work is amazing! I received Ceramic Coating, Paint Correction, Rock Chip/Touch Up Repair & Headlight Restoration!
