Amazing customer service. They have been patient and answered all my questions and if they don’t have the answers they take the time to find them. Wife and I won’t take our vehicles anywhere else.

Hopefully it was just a bad day at Quick Lane, but... 1) if they are busy, they should have more employees working. 2) I'm they should not spend 20 minutes on the phone with a line of 6 customers waiting in the lobby; have someone else answer the phone. 3) they should have the customer's paperwork ready when they are there to pick up their vehicle and not have to produce it at pick up time. 4) they should really call the customer like they say they will when the vehicle is done; another customer waiting in line said she had dropped her vehicle off 4 hrs prior and was still on property waiting for a phone call which she never got.

Very, very bad. 7:45am arrival with 1 customer in front of me. 8:45 my car goes on the rack. I specifically stated I wanted an oil change and nothing else. Two employees stood around jaw-jacking and shaking my tires. More talking, still shaking THE SAME TIRE. More talking, no work. It was like they were on social hour. The manager and floor supervisor backed the employees when I brought it up. The clown tech was laughing about it. I told them to take my car off the rack and I left. I went to Jiffy Lube and was in and out in 15 minutes with perfect customer service and courtesy.

My Daughter brought her car to this shop with a check engine light and a code thrown for a emissions system issue. They told her it was a simple issue and then it became over a 1K issue, with the mechanic being so kind as to offer to purchase her low mileage car for less than the estimate for the work. She then asked for her car back and discovered that she mysteriously couldn't put fuel in it. She then took it to Import Masters, a highly reputable shop, and was told that somehow, miraculously or mysteriously, a bolt had been inserted in the vent hose to the recently replaced filter. I'll let your decide who was the honest shop. Quick Lane now ignores her calls. Next stop, the BAR. To their great credit, the folks at Import Masters charged her nothing to repair what was done at Quick Lick... I would give them a -0 if I could.

A long time ago I have given up hope in finding a honest, reliable repair shop that actually gets the work done in the time is should and at the price it should be. but I am In shock that this place is even better then that. Brian and Ricardo know how to get s*** done! Not to mention the patients I’ve witnessed them have with ignorant, irate customers. I believe Brian is the new manager and he’s there changing the whole system so for any customers that may have had a bad experience in the past give them another try, they are rocking it right now.

I had an amazing experience at Quick Lane here in Vacaville. I went in on a Saturday afternoon to have my breaks checked and oil changed but I ended up having my whole car checked out and got all my problems solved in one day! I had a stellar customer service experience here, the manger on duty went above and beyond to make sure all of my car issues were fixed in one day. He even went to out of his way to go get all the parts I needed from the auto parts store. They even stayed overtime by three hours to fix my car personally. I highly recommend this Auto Center to any of my friends in need of auto repair!

We go to change a tire and this location was anything but QUICK. Wanted to replace one tire and it took an hour and a half for them to come up and share they couldn't change just one. So we decided to replace 4 since they price match. We asked if we should pay first but the worker said after. After? Okay...so after ANOTHER 1.5 hrs when we think our car is getting worked on, the sketchy manager Freddy comes up and says you should just patch the tire. So this whole time after 3 hours the car hasn't even been worked on and mind you we had kids with us there thinking this would be a simple job. We agree to patch the tire just to move on with our day especially since the manager was adamant on just patching. So the manager says it should just be about 15 minutes. NOPE. Took 1 hour to just patch the tire. In the end it seems like the manager didn't want to price match the 4 tires we were going to purchase which is fine, but then don't have a sign saying you'll price match and don't make customers wait hours for a relatively simple fix. Also the manager said he'd email an estimate for the 4 tires after we left - that didn't happen either. Honestly the workers besides the manger over there were friendly and nice, but when a business is ran by such a scummy manager, the business is bound to be sub-par.

They have not been able to make appointments online yet but when you call in they are quick tip accommodate you and get the appointment you need. I've always had my car returned in a decent time frame. One of the best waiting rooms I have been in with Wi-Fi access plugins and coffee outside of the pandemic situation. Easy location to walk to a nearby restaurant if you felt like it. They have lots to choose from on their maintenance menus and windows overlooking the mechanic bays are fun to watch with all the cars being worked on!

I had a real good service expierience at the Quick Change service center. Needed to get tires on the work vehicle and was well taken care of at this establishment. Nicki was friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. Vehicle had the service performed as needed, in a timely and efficient manner. Product was ordered ahead and was waiting, and once installed I'm good for the winter months ahead without worries. They offer a full service of services for your vehicle needs. They were honest and forthright, and treated all patrons in the same manner. If you are in the area and have a vehicle service need, oil change, tires, alignment etc... give them a try to service your vehicle. I will definitely return to them for all my future oil changes, tire rotations and needs personally. Until next time take care and stay safe.

Nikki and her team are friendly, professional and - true to their name - very quick. Their prices are shockingly low, especially with the overhead and recycling fees mandated by state law. The clean shop is fully visible thru a huge picture window dividing it from the sales floor and office, so you can keep tabs on your car during the whole service. This was my first visit, but definitely not my last! 10🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟's and 2 👍

Although the home pick up and drop off was amazing, whoever changed my air filter broke off the piece of the hose attached and just sent the car back to me. I would never have known this happened if my husband had not opened my hood the next day. They didn't unhook the hose before replacing the filter and it broke clean off.

Attention busy moms !!!!!!!!!!!! Did you know that if you take your car in for service they will give you a shuttle ride home! you don't have to waste your day waiting for your car to be done . My service person was amazing it's like he knew my life is extremely busy. I have a few kids at home and they took it upon themselves to deliver my car back to my house when it was finished. Anybody that has kids knows how extremely hard it is to remove multiple car seats and swap over to another vehicle. You can't put into words the value I received when I brought my car in for service today. Thank you so much to my service person and the shuttle driver .

I want to start by saying that I very rarely write reviews; this is, in fact, the fourth review I have ever written in my life, and it is well deserved. To start with, the technicians at QuickLane in Vacaville do excellent and thorough work. However, the management is detrimental to the customer at this location. Today marked the third strike, and I will never bring my business there again. I took the day off work to have one of my nine owned vehicles (both personal and company) serviced, including the installation of customer-provided tires, an alignment, and replacement of the parking brake shoes. This morning (started great), I got a call from one of the service advisors stating that their tire balance machine was not working. I asked if I could get the tires installed across the street at America’s Tire and then bring the truck over for the rest of the service. Tony said that was not an issue. I get the tires installed at America’s Tire and drive across the street to QuickLane. This is where I was told by the service advisor behind the counter that they no longer had time to do the alignment, and that Tony should have called me, but did not. None of these things would have been an issue if they had communicated this with me before my arrival. To reiterate, this is the third and most recent communication failure, and the third consecutive time that the back-end service has been abysmal. If this were the first or second time an issue happened, I would not be writing this. This is not the first or second… this is the third. I am completely fine with rescheduling, service taking longer than quoted, or an estimate being inaccurate, as long as the business communicates effectively, does good work, and respects my time. This service center is a wound on the Ron Dupratt Ford name.

We brought our 2021 F250 platinum here for service and have been extremely pleased. Friendly staff, always quick to get you in and out. Chris Lewis is fantastic to deal with and always friendly, you won’t be disappointed by bringing your vehicle here.

Where do I start, the last 3 times I’ve taken my truck here I’ve had a bad experience. They haven’t rotated my tires or done a proper inspection on my vehicle. I set one of my tires at 31psi and the other 3 at 35psi before I took my vehicle in. When I got my truck back all my tires were the same as when I brought them in. They wrote that my windshield wipers were in good shape but they are not, I know I needed to replace them as the blades are coming apart. It makes me wonder if the rest of the inspection was even done. This place has lost a customer for life. I will never use there services again. Please avoid as they do not do the services you pay for.

My car broke down right outside this shop... The mechanics and managers were very helpful... I didn't use their services but if I needed to I'm sure it would be top quality.

If you’re in the market of getting ur money taken then this is the place for you I called for a quote on oil change and fluid change on my vehicle didn’t get a chance to finish giving all the information on the vehicle when I already had a full quote on pricing that was well over $600 bucks no information on what type of fluids nor type of filters were being used nothing didn’t get any specifications i think usually shops go based on make model to know if the vehicle takes a specific type of oil and also how many quarts it would take.

About three weeks ago, I went to get the 100,000 mile service of my F-150. You know the most critical service for the life of your vehicle. I was rubbed wrong with Antonio Gonzales. He quoted me a price for the service. His demeanor was an off-putting because his reaction to my shock of the cost. I cancelled my appointment with quicklane. I quickly called Fairfield Ford, where I had my truck serviced and left with a smile. Two weeks later, my wife took her 2019 Ford Expedition in for the 100,000 mile service. She had her engine oil changed two weeks earlier. So, that part of the service was not needed. I ride my bike to the quick lane because it’s local and on the way get a nail in my bike tire. I walked my bike to quicklane go inside to check out. I asked the nice young man at the desk if they offer military discount given I’m a retired veteran. Antonio Gonzales who is not checking me out says, “that would require me to redo all the paperwork for what 5%, next tell us before you drop it off.” I was shocked 😳 and responded, well I’m sorry for the inconvenience. I explained to the kid at the desk that some people just don’t know how to talk to people. I paid the full price, just to get away from Antonio Gonzales. This is my second negative interaction with him. And, solely because of him Quicklane Vacaville lost my business of $1500 for my truck service and I will never have my wife’s to have her vehicle serviced at this location.

If I can give negative 1star I would. From the get go I came in and was given an appointment of the following Tuesday. Robert their advisor makes the appointment. Come in at the scheduled time and now Robert proceeds to say I scheduled you for yesterday.... that would be fine if you told me, so that I could adjust my schedule.... Schedules don't work if you don't tell the other person. So they take it in at 8:30am (this is a 1 hour fix at the very most.) I don't hear anything at 11:30 I call them... "We couldn't locate the problem, so they took it out of the bay". *But you Didn't call me. So you had it for 3 hours and didn't feel like you should call the customer... I showed them my 30 alerts on my phone. I told them the truck is telling me it's the left back sensor.... Curtis their advisor manager says we can check it again. What did they find? It's the back sensor, which they have to order. So I reschedule for the following day and they have my truck from 8:15 to 12:30 PM To replace A tire TPS and Program it. At 11:30 AM I called them because I have not heard anything. Robert tell tells me they took it on a test drive. It's now been one hour with no communication. Mine, I've had no vehicle all Morning, not even a loaner car.!I had to call them To ask him where my truck is.... Oh, we have to write up the paperwork, then give it to the manager Curtis to OK it, then to deliver it. This place is getting worse and worse for customer service. If you don't need to go here, I would advise not to go there find another place. So just talked with Kurt the fleet service manager and explained the negative experience from Quick Lube Vacaville It was a pleasure talking with him from one owner to a manager and I've been a loyal customer since 2018. Kurt will be my new service advisor for my trucks from here on out... If you have a negative experience with Ron Dupprat Quick lube Vacaville come see Kurt Heath. He will change your mind about Ron Dupprat.
