Don't even waste money on the touchless wash. It's horrible. I don't think I've been to worse. There was still a film on my car, and it can't even wash off bird droppings! I used the ultimate wash, and at $20, my 4 or old nephew would have done a better job. There is a touchless in Apex that does a better job.

Great place to wash your car on your own. Everything is in good working condition and if you’re lucky enough to pull into a stall that has an air vacuum you will be amazed at how much fun it is to use and how well it blows away the wetness from the car. Not all the stalls have one. My car always looks squeaky clean when I leave. Love it!

This is a decent spot for self washing your car. The automatic wash seems a little over priced and under effective. It feels like the timers in the self wash and vacuums go pretty fast and you have to keep feeding quarters. The wash is clean and well maintained and there’s rarely a wait. There’s nothing here you can’t get at any other self service wash but nothing particularly displeasing either. A very average wash all around.

Poorly maintained, the hose lines were frozen solid and I never received a refund when one of the bays didn't work. I also left them a voicemail on there 1800 number. No call back, no customer service internally.

All the bays were out of soap and not functioning. No signs up to make anyone aware. No answer and mail box was full for the number to call if you had problems.

Twice I’ve been and spent $20 on a car wash that has NO SOAP. I’ve attempted to contact the manager or owner via the phone number on the door at the car wash. The call goes straight to voicemail, which is full. Will never return and do not recommend.

Drove into the 2nd bay (2nd from end on right) this evening because the end unit had a cone in front of it. Paid my money & took out the wash wand…to find out it was broken. Of course, no staff on site so I had paid for nothing but water to drip on my truck from the ceiling. Walked out of the bay & noticed a 2nd cone at the lip of the entrance to the end unit - obviously someone had moved it, so I put it back in the middle of my bay so no one else would lose their money.😡

Well, the maintenance of a place like that is important. So this one here is a good example for failure of ownership. Its not enough to empty the coin boxes and put black tape over what ever don't work! I was just there and I found the trash cans overflowing, the brushes didn't work and the card slots, at the two boxes I tried, dysfunctional. Since most things deserve a second chance... tried it again today, I regret it! Nothing changed for the better

I used to really like this place. Last time I came, I swiped and the nozzle had no soap. I cam back again and no soap in the one I chose again. Decided to try another bay and no soap in that one either. That's $15 wasted. They need way better upkeep, will not be returning after being burned 3 times

No soap at self wash stalls, no attendant, voicemail box is full, complaint box is full, site is not being managed at all. Clear signs of lack of maintenance, save your money and go somewhere else. This place needs to be shut down.

Well maintained, but a bit expensive. I washed a full sized sedan and I paid approximately 20 bucks(vaccume excluded). The initial 5 bucks that's starts the wash gets you 5mins of wash is a total waste of money, it runs out by the time you finish up with your tires and rims and have to keep paying a dollar for each minute through out the wash. Only good side, it is less crowded even on the weekend.

High prices for lousy crap! No soap came out when trying to wash tried calling the number listed on door but of course no one answered and the voicemail was full so couldn’t leave a message! Wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you want to get ripped off wish I could leave no stars but had to leave at least one to be able to write the review! Should have read the reviews before wasting time and money at this joke of a car wash

Many types of pure water and detergents were available to wash my car very nicely. The price is also very reasonable. It was very helpful that they accept both credit cards and cash. They also have a vacuum cleaner and air freshener sprayer. I recommend this place. It would be great if they installed one faucet, even for a fee.

No soap, seems like an option or two on the settings where taped over. I love a touch less car wash but pre soak and high pressure soap are the main reason I go there. I don't have my pressure here. (Recent move) So I always try to find a good car wash. This one isn't it. I didn't immediately see a number to reach out to.

This used to be one of my favorite spots to wash my car. The last two times I went things haven’t been working. When you select soap only water comes out….then no soap came out the bubble brush either. I wanted to use the vacuum but it was 5 bucks and I only had 3 tokens left so figured I’d get an air freshener and it got stuck in the machine smh….ill give it 3 stars but they should get those things fixed if possible

I should have read reviews before coming here. No attendant in sight. Their machines take your money without anyone being able to help. And their 5mins vacuum time is about 2 mins. And to top it off, I called the local number on their door- when I expressed my concerns, the ‘owner’ or whoever answered the phone laughs at me ans told me I got it all wrong. I have also attached text messages from the owner. Way to run a business.

The foam brush does not have foam, the presoap does not have soap, wash soap does not have soap, so how it is even possible?!?! I was here at 2.15.26 late evening Feels like payed for nothing, 2 star only because it is clean and accepting cards
