On 7th June evening 7:15pm, a lady till operator was very rude and saying us it's a minimum common sense and shouting at us with angry facial expressions. I felt like shouting back the same way but I don't want to spoil her day. Hope the higher management and the team must train her basic customer assistance support and training if any. A v.v. poor service and I don't recommend to visit during her working hours.

Do not use the carwash! Let me tell you my experience. First, I had to wait 20 minutes to get in. Two cars ahead of me were waiting. I thought that would be a short wait. Apparently not. This machine is very slow. Second, the car directly ahead of me had to reverse and go forward twice to get the machine to activate. I didn't think too much of it at the time but when I got in the machine refused to tell me to stop and did not activate. I tried several times to backup and go forward as the woman in front of me had done. No luck. Since there were four other cars waiting at this point I decided to give up and just pull out and get a refund. I went inside to talk to the clerk and let her know that the machine appeared to be broken. See then explained to me that I clearly had done something wrong because the car wash never breaks down... I disagreed but just asked for a refund. She said that wasn't possible! She said I could come back and try again over the next two weeks instead -- something I have no intention of ever doing again. That made me angry and once that happened I suddenly got my refund after all. Terrible service. You need to wait until you infuriate your customers before they get their money back for a service that failed? On the way out the clerk said "Your welcome" as a sarcastic jab.

This store is THE BEST! amazing customer service! The employees are so friendly and honored my T-Mobile free coffee! I had a code and the Circle k employees worked around it and made my day! Unlike the circle k down the street 4019 Davis Dr. Which I won’t go to anymore. 3610 Davis Dr, Morrisville, NC 27560/facility 36900 Employees were amazing and I thank them!!

I used to get my gas here, but haven't for a long time. The pumps would never print receipts. So I now get my gas at Sheetz. The station is cleaner and more efficient.

Convenient location, but if your car has GDI engine, their gas is NOT Top-Tier gas and is not good for cars with GDI engine. Even though they say they add cleaning additives, they are not good enough and could cause costly repair like replacing fuel injectors and etc. I had to on my car only at 25K miles and all I've ever put was their gas 99% of times. Drive extra few miles and get the Top-Tier gas to avoid hitting fuel system related issues.

Great customer service. Just about the entire staff is very knowledgeable. I say just about the entire staff because they do train new employees and the new employees may not be aware of everything, but the experienced staff definitely does. Their Sip-N-Save deal is an excellent money saver, especially if you enjoy cold fountain soda or cappuccino/hot cocoa. Staff will help make sure that you have the best possible deals for your items. They even remember they repeat customers and their "usual" orders.

This gas station dilutes their gas with water!! My car was rendered inoperable, the fuel pump was destroyed and needed to be replaced, and they refused to take any responsibility or make it right in any way. Management is awful and will do anything to save money and deceive their customers. Whether it’s lying about the price of everything in the store, or not using the AC in the summer forcing employees to work in 80 degree heat. If you absolutely must go to a Circle K there is literally another one down the road about half a mile that’s is so much better. Avoid this place at all costs you have so many other options.

I am usually here for gas. Often I go inside to get some food and soda as I like the gas station convenience. The place was awesome before as very friendly staff specially in evenings and nights. However recently the staff is not friendly at all. The rudeness makes you want to go somewhere else. The manager in the mornings is very professional though hence the good rating The automated checkout system in circle k is almost a joke. Lot of stuff dosent get scanned and when the staff helps , you guessed it , ready for some rudeness. It’s worth it to go nearby Sheetz, their scanning system is much simpler and it ‘works’. In any case if you end up going inside, it’s better to skip the automated scanning and go straight to a manual counter

You don't go to a gas station just to use the bathroom unless you're on a long trip. Nobody is lining up to use what we know is typically dirty however this important message needs to be conveyed. Regional or District Management needs to be contacted and things need to be fixed. I have worked in this area doing contractual construction work on and off for the past 3 weeks. And for the past 3 weeks this restroom has had no working soap dispenser. These employees are preparing hot dogs and it is a clear healthcode violation to handle food without washing hands. Look at the pictures yourself. There has been fecal matter in the mens bathroom corner for 3 weeks now. NO CLEANING IS TAKING PLACE HERE! I will report an update after contacting corporate to ensure better cleaning is done.

The two behind the counter right now should be fired. Stopped here for lunch and didn’t even ask for hot food. I’m taking my lunch at 1pm and they’re running their mouth nodding their heads. Talking about I’m not making no hot food for them. Mind you their jobs are in the air conditioning all day. I’m out here landscaping. My day doubles their shifts. I can’t stop what I’m doing in landscaping to make sure I come for the lunch rush. My two co- workers were heating their food and buying chips. While I was purchasing gas, and they’re talking about us like we’re an inconvenience. I work for a million dollar corporation and always purchase diesel for my work rigs here. But to be talked about when I wasn’t even asking for anything like I’m an inconvenience cause he burnt himself at lunch on a machine that does the work for you is nonsense. Just highly unprofessional. I will let my higher management know. They didn’t wanna be bothered and even when I just asked for cigarettes I felt belittled by not using the self pay so they I.d me like I didn’t have it. And when I did I got a hmm. They honestly aren’t earning their dollar.

This store would be fine if the restrooms were properly maintained. The women’s restroom was horrible! The clerk was VERY RUDE! She barely spoke and ignored me when I was trying to ask a question! I will never go back to this place again, especially if I am lost!!

Poor service from cashier Kassie who refused to break roll of quarters so I could get change to use air machine. So basically no desire to help customer. Don’t understand how people like this can keep their jobs. BTW hotdog for $4.00 was good.

Shout out to the staff on duty on Saturday Sept 6 at 601pm. I was freaking out as I thought I'd lost the key fob to my rental. The staff did their best to help me look even though it wasn't their job. Thankfully I found it

I got gas here at this Circle K on Davis Dr in Morrisville . I didn’t get my receipt at the pump so I went inside to get it . I was taken aback by the response from the cashier . She said “You actually came inside for that? It’s gas, not a tax audit.” This statement was delivered with what I can only describe as a sneer , she left me feeling disrespected . The insinuation me wanting my receipt was somehow frivolous was not only unwarranted but deeply unprofessional .

I do not expect hospitality or five star service from a circle K employee. However, what I do expect is a level of human decency - especially if you’re a customer service representative. One of the two employees on shift at 4:00 pm, Feb 14th, 2025 was walking in as I was walking out. So, I stood to the side to let her in. While passing by, she said “you don’t know how to open the door?” I stopped and said “excuse me?” She said, “I said, you don’t know how to open a door? Keep moving” and waved me away. Again, I don’t expect much. But insulting somebody for getting out of the way?
