Stopped in for lunch a couple days ago. Had 25 minutes before I had to meet boss at job site (2 minutes away). Order placed at 11:56 (on receipt from order machine). There was about 5 people in front of me. Walked out at 12:15. If they worked on orders in the order they were placed, there was still 2 orders ahead of mine coming out. There appeared to be 2 people working on orders. If they did them one at a time, it took them 4 minutes to make an order that was 2 hot dogs. Basically paid $14 for a fountain drink. Had to walk out without food and no time to even try to argue for a refund. It was leave or get fired.

Not many places are open late if you get the munchies, but Sheetz is open 24 hours, and you can order food there whenever!

Rude short big white lady working night shift with blonde hair. She clearly saw me standing waiting on her to hand me my mobile order and didn't say anything. Had to walk back to register to get it. Don't work in customer service if you don't understand the basics of greeting a customer.

I made an online mobile app order, but never received my food after arriving five minutes after the time my food is supposed to be ready, because apparently the power went out right when my food was ready. I figured since they already had the bag ready before the power was out it would be fine to still pick up, but instead of making any sort of effort to fulfill their service, the employees locked the doors, looked at me when I knocked on the doors and just ignored me. I understand the power going out suddenly, but I was on time for my food, I paid for it, it said it was supposed to be ready and then the employees stole it from me with no compensation or even notification whatsoever. The phone lines are down with the power and I cannot even reach anyone with customer support. That is some of the worst service I've ever seen.

Love it. This place is always immaculate, smiling staff, very helpful and amazingly friendly. The food is absolutely awesome. I would eat here rather than any fast food place in the area. If you are lucky, you walk when Chris, Lynn and hunter are working , those 3 are the best people you can ever deal with. Awesome customer service, friendly and sooo helpful. They are simply amazing. Again, and again, I walk in and feel welcomed. Lynn is absolutely the best.

Great gas station. The gas prices are most of the time lower than neighboring gas stations. The food options are great and service is pretty fast. I love the free AIR. The pumps are well maintained. Easily noticed from the road. Plenty of Peking space just in case you need to run inside to get your food.

Great gas station and convenience store! Magazines, custom slushies, snacks, soda, beer, sandwiches, made to order food, pretty much everything you need! Very clean store, bright lights, and friendly staff. It’s a gas station, but one that has everything you need in one stop. Won’t go wrong here!

I went in wanting to grab a quick breakfast and had no idea that they make breakfast to go. Let me just say, what a treat! it was so good and speedy and tastes great! The staff were also super friendly. I’m not gonna lie, this set up my day for success. Coffee also really good. I will be going back!

I usually have a decent experience, but today at 1:40pm, when going to pick up my mobile order there was an older lady in the kitchen actively talking very loudly saying rude things about the customer and clearly should not be in the kitchen especially if people can hear her. Complaining very loudly and getting into arguments with customers, while being professional and rude. This disturbed me to the point of making this post, which I never do. Hope that is a problem that gets fixed, maybe will try them again later.

This place is so convenient. It has everything you need for a late night snack. The staff are super helpful. The food was tasty. Come on! A gentleman opened my Fanta bottle with a lighter. Legend!!!! Will be back fo sho!
