They always put a note on male bathroom..out of order. They don’t allow you to use other one. The cashier is very rude. He must educated about customer service

Would give them zero stars if I could. They have the RUDEST employees. They did not honor my T-Mobile free coffee reward (even when I showed them the code) they needed a barcode which is ridiculous because I can’t control what T-Mobile gives me. Plus the coffee is $1.69, don’t think that hurts circle k too bad in the big picture…. They were so nasty and rude!! I went down the street to 3610 Davis drive circlek and they honored the free coffee! Shows what bad vs good customer service is.

Update, 4/30/24: I tried this “24 hour” Circle K once again, this time at 10:25pm. Doors locked, nobody inside. No sign regarding closure. Previously (9 months ago): This location does not need your business. Despite claiming 24 hours and a person standing at the register, the doors were locked at 12:30 Friday night. Go to the Circle K at 3610 Davis Dr. They don’t lock you out and the staff is friendly.

One of the cashiers (Michelle) was super helpful and showed great customer service when she explained the rewards program to me today. I’ve been to multiple locations and nobody had ever mentioned it but at this particular one Michelle really helped me save a couple bucks by just taking a few minutes to explain the rewards! Very much appreciated!

I went there to get air filled in my tires. The machine couldn’t even produce a little bit of air. Ended up deflating one tire even more. The lady at the counter completely disowned the problem. I told her that the equipment is on their property. She totally ignored me. Didn’t even bother to offer a refund of $1.75 and worse, had no idea how to address the problem. Zero quality management. They just want your cash. Very disappointing.

I got the most expensive option car wash this past Saturday. I was only half paying attention but it seemed like when the rinse was supposed to be happening there was no water coming out of the system. There was nothing visual on my car so I went home and sure enough, when the car was dry it was covered with spots and streaks of residue. I went back yesterday and they were actually very nice and gave me a number so I could take it through again. Towards the end when my car was covered in foam the drying blowers came on and it told me to leave! The rinse cycle was not going to happen at all. I immediately drove over and went in to tell the clerk (who was very nice) and told her to look at my car! She said that since there was no manager there to approve anything, there was nothing that she could do. My car was covered in foam! She told me to come back the next day (today) and they would issue me a refund. I went home and spent 10 minutes hosing down my car. When it dried it was really spotted and streaked and much worse than the last time. I took it somewhere else to clean it since I had no idea what was left on my car. I went back today to get my refund and was offered another free carwash. No way! I asked if a manager was there and he said "no" and that MAYBE he would be here tomorrow. I guess I'll keep going back until I can speak with a manager. I can't believe that my car was left covered in foam and they wouldn't do anything. 1/24/17 I did go back the next day and they refunded the entire amount. Unfortunately they are still open and I have heard from several people that the same thing is still happening. As an example: someone went through yesterday and still had soap on their car. He went in and they gave him a free one but the second one didn't rinse his car either. At that point he was so annoyed he just left. I also drove by the place on my way home last night and saw a car pull out still covered with soap...this was about 30 minutes after the incident above. I can understand that there can be technical difficulties but I have a problem with them keeping the thing open when they know it is not working properly.

Even when it's in service, it doesn't work properly. There are times where the arm will go front to back and then back to the front again, without spraying anything. The tri-color treatment barely comes out. The "spot free rinse" only sprays one side. And one of the dryers doesn't work, so the driver's side of the car doesn't get dried. The only reason they get 2 stars is the employees have been nice every time I've gone inside.

Pump buttons / menus not functioning. Car wash added to gas both times I tried to choose gas (I canceled the first time) and even though I pushed NO to car wash there was a $13 car wash on receipt. Asked for refund on car wash and was accused of buying car wash on purpose for gas $1.05 discount on total; not true, but I was treated rudely by cashier and manager. They would not refund car wash; then, finally they refunded it after 5+ minutes of debate. Check your receipts, or pay for gas inside to avoid car wash fees added when you didn't choose to get a car wash! Won't go here again because of rude treatment, and the annoyance of having the buttons not functioning.

I used the car wash. I paid $17 for their best wash. Pulled out, went home which is literally right up the street. Noticed that there was still mud on my car and the back window didn't get clean at all. So I went back with my car, and I asked for a refund. I was told by the manager that I'm the only one that had a problem and I wouldn't get any refund. So because no one else said anything or didn't have a problem, that means I must not have had a problem? Funny thing is, I was considering a subscription to this car wash, but definitely not anymore. Do yourself a favor and go to Car Wash Lodge. My car came out spotless.

Honestly, this place is a nice place, but the pumps are almost ALWAYS broken. Half the pumps have broken tap to pay modules, and it's been like that for years now. Are those every going to be fixed?

found out circle k has a touch free car wash so tried it out. what a joke. they dont filter the water so i paid 8 dollars just to drive away with water spots all over the car. complete waste of time and money.

The manager really sucks! He's a jerk. He's always outside, standing around smoking cigarettes. The place is an ashtray. The smoking area is trashed. Beer cans and clothing everywhere. The gas pumps are also filthy.

My husband had gone to put gas for me but had left the keys in the car while accidentally locking it while putting gas. The front desk had given him a tool but when it didn’t work and he needed extra help they had been extremely rude. Whoever was working front desk lacks human kindness and morals. And I quote “You ruined my tool that I was going to use I don’t have anything to help you with”. So unbelievable. What happened to kindness around the world? What if he had our child in the back seat. Seriously miserable people like this should not be working in customer service..

Something is wrong at the 4019 Davis dr Circle K. I was treated nasty by a employee. I spoke to the manager, Nick or Mick. Nick said he was gonna make this right, he was suppose to give me a gift card but started accusing me of lying. The owner need to be made aware of Nick. Please forward this to the owners

This car wash has both touch & touch less which is really cool.. Tesla recommends touchless only hence I come here regularly.. I have taken a monthly plan so I get unlimited washes and the wash does a good job.. since I use touchless only some times there is some dust left but looks like that how it is.. I have not tried the brush wash, but I’m pretty sure the brush wash will do a very good job .. Very easy to use. I don’t need to swipe a card or anything my app communicates via Bluetooth and connect to the car wash. Which is really really cool technology. The only thing I think should be improved is the vacuum. It only gives like 85 seconds. .. maybe they can do like hundred seconds or more that will be.. as the given is not sufficient, and I’m having to wipe down my car after the vacuum.
