Honestly came here because they seemed to have good reviews. The clean was decent and okay for the price. They quoted us 45 minutes and it took almost 2 hours and we watched the techs just sit there and take photos with my friend's car and make us wait....would definitely recommend having extra time to spare if you go here, and if you're want a super thorough clean you'll have to pay for a pretty expensive package. I did "the Boar" package for $60 and see photos of what was left behind.

Last time I had a wash, my car went off the track, the driver-side side of my bumper was dislodged and the bumper liner ripped. I did not realize this damage happened until I got home. However, the gentlemen who came out to get my car back on the track must have seen it and did nothing to tell me about it. Two of the men where older guys who looked to be managers. I do not find that to be a trusted business practice.

I tried the service due to a promotion. I was able to get the wash quickly. Service came with free vacuum use and all purpose/window cleaning solution. Also towels were clean and free to use for detailing interior of your vehicle. I really liked the car mat vacuuming machine. I would consider using them again in the future. FYI you vacuum and detail yourself.

Shout-out to a great employee, Justin! I was washing my rubber mats with the pink solution you have there, and to my surprise, Justin came by and offered to rinse them off with a hose. I gladly accepted, and he did it with pride and great attitude. Give this man a raise!

A great experience at Car Wash Lodge! JC, Jaylin, Eric, and Banning worked hard on my car and did an amazing job! It was covered in dog hair and slobbered windows, from my puppy. They also did a head light restoration, to make them look brand new. I highly recommend this place!

My car had sea salt residue and dirt from being at the beach recently, and it was gross! Not to mention I had let the inside go a little longer than usual, so it was pretty crumby and dusty. Today was my first visit to The Car Wash Lodge. I paid $80 and the team worked my car for 90 minutes. I watched the employees and they were very meticulous. I had my carpets shampooed and the fantastic thing was that they didn't smell like wet yucky rugs but they were definitely clean. The outside looks like a new car. Clearly, I had a fantastic experience. That's my 2¢ now you decide.

EDIT: Brought my 1.5 year old to see the car wash and Erik made sure he was comfortable and had a great experience! They always have friendly and accommodating staff!

Everything you love about a quick car wash! The staff was super friendly, the line was organized even with it being super busy. They have a variety of packages at different price points which is nice. The wash tunnel has colored soap and led lights which is honestly my favorite part of any automatic car wash. At the end they have a self serve vacuum station with microfiber clothes, multiple purpose spray and glass cleaner. I am leaving in a great mood with a pretty clean car.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I have a subscription at this car wash, and after going through it recently, I noticed hundreds of brush-shaped scratches all over my car while drying it off. There was no manager on-site, so I reported it to one of the staff members. He took photos and assured me I would receive a follow-up call within 72 hours. I never heard back. A week later, I visited the office only to be told that my claim would be denied. The manager was extremely rude, and it seems like this is a common issue here—many customers report the same problem, and the company consistently denies responsibility or makes excuses. If they don’t fix the damage to my paint, I will be taking legal action. I’m sharing my experience so others are aware of how poorly they handle claims caused by their faulty equipment. Take photos of your car before and after using this wash. I do not recommend this place at all—read the lowest reviews and you’ll see the same pattern.

Wish I could give them a -0, I would . I visited there premise for the first time last week. As I finished washing my car. I noted there was some marking on my vehicle from the car wash machine the does the swirling they tried to tell me a week later of running me around and playing phone tag that they are sorry if I believe their machine did this to my vehicle. But if you look at the markings it’s definitely from there machine. Micheal Barrington extremely not professional and then having someone call me who felt extremely happy to do the job you was supposed to. Wrong is wrong I never had markings on my vehicle. I work extremely hard my things. Please before leaving this premises let your car dry completely and inspect your car throughly.

I went 30 mins before the closing nut the lights were off. After they confirmed that they are still open, I requested them to scrub my car grill for the bugs which was not done properly. I used their ceramic car wash which was expensive but not worth. The wash was less than a minute and the car was not clean at all. Even the tire shine was not applied. Don’t waste your money here. Better take the car to other car wash in the area..!

For a long time, I had been using Autobell, paying $50 a month not including tips. Recently, I decided to try Edge’s promotional offer, but unfortunately the promo codes didn’t work. Ravshan handled the situation flawlessly. Instead of making it complicated, he immediately resolved the issue by issuing me a ticket on the spot. I then asked if they offered a membership, and he explained that it was only $20 a month. I signed up right away. Employees like Rashaun are rare. He solved an internal problem quickly, professionally, and with a great attitude — and he also brought in a new loyal customer. His service was truly exceptional. Rashaun, I wish you a fast promotion to manager. Your professionalism, initiative, and customer care deserve recognition.
