I always have a good experience here. If I order the food, it comes out right and fresh. Fully stocked drinks and snacks. Not to mention they are the only I've seen in my area carry my favorite Wise Salt & Pepper chips. Oh and this spot is always clean when I'm there. Everyone is friendly and will greet you, most times once you walk in. An extra sprinkle of kindness in this community.

wasted 15 mins of my life waiting at the pick up line when my food was ready the entire time, but the staff just did not acknowledge me or the other people at all. there were at least 4 of them who saw me and other people waiting. take your business elsewhere.

Ordered online - which is NOT user friendly. When I placed the ordered the time for pick up jumped back, showing that the food would be ready in 5m. When I called the store “Tay” who said she was a manager was CLUELESS to the online ordering process. She lied to me, and hung up on me. If this is the caliber of person that they hire then their manager hiring process should be revised. TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT on this night!!

I ordered a sausage biscuit and a hash brown and the order says on the side i put ketchup and grape jelly, but i ended up with loaded ketchup on my sausage biscuit, and as i went inside the manger was ignorant and rude and said i was wrong. I did ask nicely for it to be remade and it was. The problem is who eats ketchup on a morning sausage biscuit anyway lol.

I was so excited to try the place for my morning stop. I was very disappointed that there was no hot food available. Not a good way to start the morning. Other than that, the place was clean and the staff greeted me when I entered.

I only ever visit between 10pm to midnight after getting off work and it's almost always a mess, especially the bathroom, and the employees don't even seem to care. I'm not expecting super star customer service, but at least do what you're being paid to do. Out of the tens of times I've come, I've been greeted maybe twice.

But I really would like to know why I have to pay for ice when I bring my own cup in…I only get ice, no soda, no juice. But yet I still have to pay $1 like I’m using one of you alls cups? This location is always clean with staff who are eager to help. Gas pumps can get busy depending on the time of day, but that’s anywhere. It’s super convenient, only 3-4 minutes from my residence, and is very accessible. Sheetz is a really great spot, and this location is immaculate!

Today my Husband and I were at this location we made this our second primary location to come to. We stopped going to Glenwood Ave due to bad service and for months we loved coming to the davis Mooresville location but the servers that make the food seem to always have bad attitudes when I try to get retrieve a missing sauce I'm always polite and say thank you but they always gawk with a nasty attitude and today I asked for my missing boom boom sauce. My husband I and our 9 yr old always come here Sunday night for dinner. Today a white make with brownish blonde hair wearing a mask was really rude when I tried retrieving my missing sauce for my snack wrap 3 pack. I understand you get busy I asked politely for the item he looked at me with a stare and I thought he put down or hand it to me but he didn't he placed it down with a throw which was really rude I don't understand why service cooks have such bad attitudes. Probably will not be returning to this location. I thought this would be a better change from the Glenwood raliegh location but seems I may need to go to another Sheetz location. Just wanted to express my frustration. Thanks

I'm from the midwest so this was my first time shopping at a Sheetz convenience store. This particular one was very clean, nicely laid out with plenty of room to move around and was well-stocked. I really liked the selection of frozen and fountain drinks especially the Pepsi slushy! The employee that checked us out was friendly
