Awful. I saw a groupon and wanted to try getting my car detailed before a 3 day road trip ending in moving out of state. I called and made the appointment /before/ I bought the groupon because I wanted to be sure that he would have time to fit me into his schedule before I left. I was told he didn't have his book on him, but that after deciding on a time he would put me down. When asking if he needed any kind of confirmation or extra steps from me, I was told no. I clarified that I would be sending my partner, and we hung up. Yesterday when I sent my partner, he sat and waited outside an empty shop, called the phone number, both he and I left messages, and after half an hour of no-show, he went home. This was a waste of my and my partner's time, and I am very upset to be out $50 because groupons are non-refundable. I had high hopes, he sounded nice on the phone, but if I could give 0 stars for a no-show, I would.

This man came all the way from Rochester to Hamlin to detail my Dads who passed away motorcycle. The plan was to make it look right and take it to the funeral home park it in memorial next to my father’s coffin it was a little dirty and needed to be squared away because Dad would want it that way. James came all the way out to Hamlin at night did an excellent job he’s going to get my future business I would suggest you go there as well he’s a professional.

James and his staff were very professional, and did a very good job on detailing both the inside and exterior. The price was very reasonable for all they did! I wish it didn't take so long, about 4 hours, but I'd rather have them do a complete job than cut corners, which they didn't do. Not the best waiting area, but I would certainly recommend James and the Touch Of Perfection!
