This is the Tommy’s up near Food City on State of Franklin. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. One young man, Landon , came over to see if we needed any help when we pulled over where the vacuum stations were and was so nice and helpful. He asked if he could take our floor mats to be cleaned and brought them back when they were completed. In today’s world it is hard to find good employees, I think they chose wisely hiring Landon. We will definitely be going back to this car wash again. Thank you for your kindness and a great wash.

Kiysahwn was so very helpful to me and my husband. We are 70 and 80 years old. I can barely walk. Young men like him are hard to find.Helped me dry my car. Treated us with respect and courtesy. We got the car wash with the most options. Thank you

Tried this place today. The car wash seems to do well. But the vacuums are very weak and don't pick up the crumbs my kids leave. I even moved to a different vacuum. Still weak. No one came out or said anything to me.

I have used Tommy’s before but when I was given a coupon for a free wash, I absolutely had to cash in on it. Well turns out that coupon was for a free MONTH of washes and today when I visited Charlie offered to take my weather tech floor mats and scrub them for me! I’d been meaning to do it myself for a little while now, but having that offer was a task off of my to-do list. He did a great job and was super helpful! Highly recommend Tommy’s

Not just a car wash, it's a whole experience. I left part of this review earlier, today. I came to Tommy's car wash and a young employee named Charlie came up and offered to scrub my floor mats for me. I live an hour away, but I come to Johnson City to Tommy's because this is so incredible over here.

I went through Tommy’s Carwash with a my brand new vehicle and (embarrassingly) couldn’t put it in Neutral quick enough. The attendant Kiysawhn was so quick to stop the wash and help me get Readjusted. Once through the wash, Jeff came out and offered to wash my mats and brought me a cleaner and a rag, and then noticed my tires still had mud on them. He offered to let me go through the wash again to make sure everything was cleaned properly. Kiysawhn, Sophia, and Jess were all so kind and helpful! 10/10. I will definitely be coming back!

I love this car wash! Exceptional cleaner, great perks and awesome staff. I love how members can just drive up and have automatic entry - feels very exclusive. Again, staff is always available, friendly and attentive. Shout out to Jeff (who did a wonderful, professional job cleaning my rubber mats) and all the young, friendly staff at the counter. I used to love coming here to get my car washed. This week will be my last time. Not only did their wash not clean the salt and grime off my car, it left huge scratches in my roof and trunk. That has never happened before. I never noticed the sign that said they are not responsible for damage, so that’s a lesson learned for me. Guess I will be hand-washing from here on out.
