Not bad not great. I come here pretty often so feel comfortable making an accurate review. I don’t like that the guy at the start does not guide you in left/right. He just waves you in and if your wheel isn’t aligned their contraption is not smooth operating and I’ve heard weird metal to metal sounds on my wheel. I don’t love that the guy that hand dries is inconsistent. Sometimes he’s great, sometimes he misses spots and they dry pretty quick and leave spots. Sometimes gunk gets stuck on the car that I can only assume was left behind on their cleaning wheels by dirty trucks. All in all not terrible but not great either. Also, their machines/gates at the front are constantly having problems.

Do not take your vehicle here for a detail. Twice we have had to return our vehicles for the job to actually be finished. We experienced the following on both vehicles….after we were charged $300 for the service. They will try to upsell you on services like “buffing” when a mark or scratch can be easily rubbed off with a microfiber towel. The detail service is not very detailed. They lightly wipe everything down with a heavy coat of armor all not actually cleaning the vehicles surfaces, just covering them with too much armor-all making the surfaces extra slippery. The console areas still had spots left from residual spray and did not get shined or wiped off while other areas of the console still had dust and debris in crevices and corners because of the lack of attention to “detail”, ironically. In other larger area spaces such as seats, you can still see the wiping strokes from using cleaning cloths that were too wet or had too much product in them. Many areas such as chair bases still had debris that could easily have been vacuumed up, they were missed. They clearly did not take the time to simply take a rag and clean up and around the license plate area and vehicle placards, leaving residue and dirt surrounding those areas. Like I said to the supervisor there was no attention to detail in this “detail” job.

Went in to get my car a full detail, I paid for the complete detail which is about $250. After my car was ran through the car wash I was not sure where to go since the kiosk did not give any directions (IE where to drop my car off) for the detail. I went inside and spoke with the receptionist told her that I purchased the complete detail, showed her my receipt, and asked what I need to do. She told me that I just need to park my car out front with the key inside and to leave my door slightly ajar so that they could get in since my car autolocks (not a huge deal but a little sketchy). She took down my information, told me that it would be three to four hours, and that they would call me when they are done. I had dropped my car off at about 1pm so I expected them to be done at 4 to 5pm. I gave them a call at 4:30pm and was told that my car was ready. When I went to pick it up it took a look around and my car was not fully detailed. Per their website, the complete detail includes a hand wax, hand wash, and a full internal clean (seats, floors, mats, ect). Looking at the outside, there were a number of spots and specs that should have come out with a hand wash, the floor mats were dusty, my seats weren't cleaned. In short, I did not get the service I paid for. I went inside to get my key and to ask for a refund. Apparently the detailers did not know what service to give my car, so they just did a basic detail. The refund took about 20 minuets to process partially due to the front desk lady needing to find someone that is allowed to do refunds. Basic communication issues caused me to waste a significant amount of time. Would not recommend at all.
