Got the simple car wash and basic vacuum for $23 before tax. They did a good job of scrubbing my back windshield before the wash tunnel because it was very dirty. Then a team of folks vacuumed it out for about 10 mins (there was A LOT of dog hair in there). The nice gentleman also found a bracelet I had lost under a seat years ago. And he kindly wiped off my dusty bumper sticker magnet. All and all, I’m very happy with it and I’ll go back again when my car is gross.

Second time trying this place, first time was disappointed but thought they were extremely busy so give them the benefit of the doubt and try again. Today they were definitely not busy but my experience was no better. I didn't get the most expensive wash but not the cheapest either ($30 plus tip, definitely shouldn't have tipped) I immediately noticed the back seat floor had not been vacuumed at all when I brought it to the guys attention he claimed due to carseats they couldn't get it (?) I said its very easy to access , I wanted to grab the vacuum and do it myself but he jumped in and proceeded to vacuum, so I thought. After leaving I noticed it was the same and there's dirt all over. I was unable to stop and go back as I had an appointment to get to so I called and was informed that they really don't vacuum that well underseats or do a good cleaning because what I paid for was a lower level wash. I was unaware that what I paid for was a lower level wash that gets just a quick once over due to the fact when I pulled in I specifically stated I needed a good vacuuming and interior done. Theres so many other carwash places in Austin that really care about the quality of the work at all levels, this place just makes excuses for not doing things right.

I left my neighborhood and headed into Austin specifically to come here because it provides a full-service wash. And I was not disappointed! First the price point was awesome. I’ve been to other full-service places in the area, which were both expensive and unsatisfactory. First, arriving and paying was a breeze. Starting the wash was easy. The employee pre-scrubbing the window did a good job. I didn’t notice anything in the wash that was unique, but I don’t know how I could, not being a car wash connoisseur! However, the star of this service is the interior and tire cleaning. Three employees attacked my car, cleaning the dust off my dashboard, gunk out of the edges of my cup holders, and remnants of a Christmas wreath in my hatch. I left with a beautiful car; it felt new. I couldn’t be happier! My only disappointment was that I wasn’t given a receipt for a 3-day rain guarantee like every car wash has ever given me. I asked if I was getting a receipt and was told no. I found it odd. However, I am absolutely coming back to get my car cleaned!

I have been using their services for a couple of years. I receive excellent service each time. I have my car washed weekly on one of their plans. Josh checks me in and he is a fun and friendly person each time. Michelle at the attends to my needs also in a fun and friendly manner each time. Both of them are very knowledgeable. I also get excellent care from the men that hose down my car before the wash and the person that dries my car at the end of the wash. My car was detailed once after shrimp had been left in my car overnight. After the detailing there was no trace of the smell and the car had been detailed in an excellent manner. I really enjoy going every week! You really cannot beat it. Hands down.

This is the typical situation where a bad experience eclipses everything good that a company can give you. If you're only reading the beginning of this review, be very very very very very careful with what you are offered and what you get. The service is not bad, but the communication has a lot to improve. We had an unlimited plan for the outside cleaning. I requested a clean inside and outside and they informed me of the extra fees without asking me about the specific details of the cleaning depth that I was expecting. I paid and the car was still dirty when I got it back. That's when I was informed about the different layers and options. I was handled a paper with the different prices (not a description what's included in each one) as it wasn't available in any sign at the sight. The communication is not only bad because I didn't get info about the different options BEFORE I paid for them, but also because the way they answered to my complains, making me feel like it was my fault not to know what I was getting with the limited information that I had received previously. I'm a customer, I'm not an expert in their service details, and their priority should be the customer satisfaction, not the customer quick uninformed payment. So the service may be good or at least as good as other car wash services, but you have to do extra due diligence or it will feel like a scam even If it's not their intention.

Their $22 wash is the “highest quality”. No wheel cleaning/tire shine . All my windows were pretty dirty as well. And you can’t even vacuum here without paying more. Do not recommend.

So I came to the automated wash plus hand clean, there was also a comfortable place for me to wait while my car gets washed. Nice people too. Got a good deal if you subscribe for the monthly wash, you get the first month almost free and start paying the next month and you can cancel anytime. The wash itself is a 2.5 star, but cos they are really courteous they get 4 stars!

Avoid getting your car washed here. They took $35 from me and claimed they would clean my car inside and out. They didn’t clean my car at all. They scammed me. You can see in the pictures whether they actually cleaned my car or not.

Let me preface my comments by saying I have been coming to the car wash for 20-years. Never had an issue. Had my Chevy Suburban detailed by them today. Driving home I noticed some odd discoloration on my hood. I get home and see there are all kinds of scratches on my hood and even more above my windshield. They look like scratches from the spinning brush in the car wash but what do I know. I go back to ask what happened. First, they say it's not there fault. It's a common issue with Suburbans. Then they look at their security camera pictures, you know the ones that are all dark and grainy and you can't tell if you are looking at a guy or a girl and say all these scratches were already there. Seriously. They make it clear that's it's not their problem and don't plan to do anything. Fix it? Buff them out? Reimburse me? Nope. Not a thing. Twenty years. Unbelievable. I strongly suggest you take your vehicle some where else. Everybody friendly until theres a problem. Then they just walk away. Looking at their average reviews on this site. Clearly I am not the only person to have issues. Never again.

They damaged my folding mirror, caused a big dent. The manager showed me how the machine is clearly hitting the side mirrors for low cars and still would not take any sort of accountability. Avoid this place at all cost they will damage your vehicle and not care at all.

Easily one of the best car washes in Austin. Super efficient, accommodating, and friendly. Price is fair and the monthly subscriptions are a good value. Most importantly the job always gets done well—the interior cleaning is high quality.
