The service was superb! The employees were also so kind and hardworking. And you get a lot of snacks, ice cream and even Mexican Cola drinks. (A variety to choose while you wait)

I was not satisfied with todays wash. When I pulled car in seems like no was interested to get car details.. I told them I need Indy 500 option and before that they started washing top with wet broom while door was open.splashing that water on my seats .Car is fairly new and I didn’t not need too much cleaning yet they failed to clean car . Cup holder crumbs were still there floor mat have still mud scuff. My car seat got new wrinkle with there abrasive vacuuming on my seat .. no shine and proper wipe down . Center off Windshield still have bug scuff. I asked lady while giving tip why it not clean but she said it’s clean . There is distinct difference in service and quality between this and car wash on 5th downtown.I will not return to this center and will definitely not return to this place and I don’t recommend this place.

Don't go here to get your car washed! They don't offer the Lightening Lane like their website describes. You must pay full price just get the outside of your vehicle washed. I believe they won't offer the Lightening Lane so that you are forced to pay for a higher priced detailed wash. Very shady business. Don't trust the guy taking your money!

I’ve been using this business for years, the quality has completely declined…. I’m watching them take a car ahead of mine and being blown off since I brought my “basic” instead of “luxury” car to get washed, night and day how I’m treated when I bring my fancy car in Your manager is inconsistent and rude and treats customers differently based on the kind of car they have

Not the experience I was hoping for. Typically this spot does a good job which is why I drive across town to go to it. Today that was not the case. It looks like they washed my truck with a dirty rag, I pay for the hand washing, and today I even asked for it to be waxed. Very disappointed in the result. Dirty water smears on the mirrors, the dirt on the back windshield wasn’t wiped off all the way, the step on the side of the truck had dirt in it from where someone stepped on it, the bumper was dirty, there were water spots on all the windows and throughout the body, the grill had been cleaned on the face of it but not across the top so you could see all of the dirt, the wheels were not cleaned and many other deficiencies including left over bird poo. Will not make the trip over there again.

BEWARE! I paid for a regular turbo detail, I should expect a basic cleaning from a full crew like the finish line right? Unfortunately that wasn’t the case, I had to argue with few staffs and telling them what did they EXACTLY do to my suv? I don’t see it being clean or whatever. I even tipped them well and this is how they treat their clients? What a such lowlife company this is? As you can see couple of pictures I’ve listed.

What happened to this place?? I used to come here all the time when we lived in the neighborhood years ago, and it was always great. Brought my vehicle here this morning, and man I wish I had checked the recent reviews before I did. This was by far the biggest waste of $50 in my life. I can literally get a better car wash from the Chevron station down the street for $11. The inside is still super dusty, they didn’t wipe anything down, it looks like they just took out my rubber floor mats, threw them on the ground, and then threw them back into the car without even cleaning them or properly fitting them back together. They hardly even wiped down the outside. There’s dripping water all over the vehicle, smears and smudges on the windshield and the windows. I had a couple of microfiber towels in the car that I use to dust things off between washes, which are now gone. I guess finders keepers! I’m very disappointed and definitely will not be coming back. How sad.

Took my brand new truck there about a month ago because I had a first date. They left my passenger window down, flooded my truck . Had to cancel date, truck started to smell a bit over time. Emailed them , checked email for weeks and to my knowledge they never cared enough to even get back. Worst experience ever. Just for reference when I was driving away I picked up my water bottle and the water was about 2 inches deep in the bottle holder..

Under previous ownership, their brushes scratched my wife’s brand new Porsche. That’s on an earlier post. Been hand washing both my car since but Was in a hurry one day so I thought with the new ownership it would be different - like maybe they’d know that the old owners went out of business because they have faulty machinery so they’d replace it. Anyway , I brought my Tesla and they took a paint chunk off the door. Not sure if it was a person or the machines but when they brought it out after drying, there was a 2 x 1” scratch with the paint missing off the driver’s door. Talk to the manager who gave me the runaround and told me he’d investigate and never got back to me. Keeping my legal options open but urging everyone to steer clear of this car wash. Thx for the response (1) I never said a machine did it. I think it was done by a person when they were loading it into the auto wash. Also it doesn’t make sense bc you never saw the damage, unless you’re Juan Solis (manager) who l, when I complained l, gave me his number and said he’d investigate (look at cameras). In other words he suspected it was damaged by staff. You’ll be hearing more.

I asked them to wash the outside of the car, the seats and rugs. On the inside they did a good job. On the outside though...The mirrors have water stains, the windows and the windshield too. There are still bug spots on the whole front of it. I was in a hurry and didn't check on spot to point it out. For $114 the car should have been spotless! Never going back again!

Took the car in for a car wash and put the kid's apple headphones in the center console. Not surprisingly they were gone, but the car was mostly clean. Would not recommend.

Absolutely terrible service. We had our car washed/cleaned today and here are the results of the "best" Indy 500 program. Total degradation of the company - we will never come again. Update after 2 months: So it looks like that the owner has recently updated their response from the initial "sorry that we messed it up" to something like "well, it's your problem because you chose a cheap package". Funny. Updating your responses to bad reviews will not improve your reputation. And no, Indy 500 is not a basic wash. It's your most expensive Full Service wash you offer.

I've been coming for over a decade but service (not the workers, but those managing) has gotten worse and now they charge an extra $10 for oversized vehicles on vehicles that do not have a 3rd row seat. The cubic footage of my SAV is equivalent to that of a sedan -- nothing oversized about it. They used to work with you on it, taking it off if you disputed it. But now there's none of that. If you have an SUV, even a tiny one, it's considered oversized. Supervisors no longer check the workers work, so it now falls on me to check for misses before I go. Passing the task onto the customer is not what I call "full-service car wash." On the plus side, their express detail package has actually kept on pace with cost of living increases, so I can't complain on that but man it still hurts to pay for what used to be great service for the price -- the gap between service quality and price is too large now.

I've been a customer for years! Somehow they locked my car with keys in it when it came out of the wash line. I missed an appointment due to the delay. I was not offered any kind of compensation for the lost time. Just a free was would have been nice.

Not a big Google Review guy, but this was the worst “car wash” I have experienced. It’s pretty easy to do a bad job at washing a car — a few wet wipes on the seats and mats, etc. These guys didn’t even bother to fake it (photos)! The awful car wash is one thing, but to not even give a cursory wipe to act like you tried is a new level of poor quality! (2 stars because it is a nice facility; I purchased the $39.99 option for reference.)

Got the Turbo car wash - $40. When I got the car back nothing in the inside was clean and the back window was covered with dirt still. I asked one of the employees if they forgot to do the inside and he said for $40 they clean the outside and vacuum the ground. There was still a ton of loose dirt on the ground. They do not touch the seats or clean the dashboard or doors. $40 to drive your car through the automatic wash and vacuum the ground (which they didn’t do) is absurd. Also, when he cleaned the back window he used a dry rag and it just smeared the dirt. Don’t go here.

I have been a delighted customer of Finish Line for 20 years, so I hate leaving less than 5 stars. However, with the new ownership, there are serious problems and no communication. I took my car in to be washed and waxed. When they finished, I looked it over and noticed a large series of scratches on the roof that were not there before. Multiple areas still had dirt and grime around my car. Finally, they did not finish buffing off the wax, particularly on the rear of the roof. While the manager on duty was professional, they could not get the scratches off the roof, and they did not get the remaining wax. I emailed the addresses on the website and heard nothing. So I completed the form on their website referencing my email address. It has been two weeks, and I still have received no email or phone call. Concerning the scratches, I informed them that I was aware that without video evidence, there was no way to prove that it was them. I would have expected some kind of response, at least in regards to the wax that they left, and the concerns about just how much dirt and grime was left before they went around and cleaned most of it up better. I am very disappointed in the work and the total lack of responsiveness. I've only needed to have things checked once or twice before, and they always got back to me quickly. The new owners and the new staff must not be of the caliber from before. This is unfortunate. At this point, I do not believe I would feel comfortable returning. Sadly, I would not suggest going to the finish line with your expensive vehicle. I'll update this review if I hear back from them. Pictures: wax left on rear roof. You can see where i put touch up paint over the scratches on the roof to prevent rusting. (**The metal floor panels that gear sits on are removable, so the scratches were not from gear sitting on roof**

*edit since the company replied: I'm just dropping this to 1 star because of the double-down and very quick defensive reply. I no longer recommend their services. I'm not asking for anything, not an excuse, not a reimbursement, and would've preferred no reply to this; I just wanted to share my thoughts with people looking for reviews. I paid $50 for a full service wash and ended up with my car sent through a slightly longer gas station wash with people drying it afterwards. It's barely worth the low-end $30, definitely not the $50. TLDR; I'd recommend this place with a caveat. Go with the lowest package of the tier you choose. Why 4 stars? We chose the Indy 500 package in the Full Service tier, and I don't see how there could possibly be any difference between what we received and the base choice. They did a quick vacuum, ran it through the tunnel, dried it off, sprayed windows with Windex, and wiped off the wheels. This was essentially a top-end automatic carwash with people drying it off afterward. Why 3 stars? I'll admit, our car was pretty dirty on the outside, but there were very obvious areas of dirt still on some windows, window trim, paint; there's even still bird poop. The package supposedly includes dusting of dash and console, but there wasn't even an attempt at that. Why 2 stars? I pointed out these things to the guy that handed off the car and he said "oh that's taken care of with a detail, those are cracks and crevices." Sir, some of this is just straight up on a flat, painted panel. This was our first time visiting, and we were really hopeful this could be our go-to spot. It reminded us of the place we would visit when living in Los Angeles, Bluewave Carwash. Bluewave is everything this place claims to be, but actually delivers. Oh well, I guess we'll continue the search.

The reviews are accurate and fair! First time trying the place and should have listened to the reviews. They used oily rags to clean windshield so lots of visible smudge and streaks. They also don’t dry the side mirror glass which seems pretty basic for the prices they charge.
