Excellent service. Easy to schedule online and easy to communicate via text. I have had my cars detailed professionally and this was a better level of service. The cars looked like new when done. It was also so much more convenient to have this done at home then take it to be serviced given the number of car seats we have to remove. I couldn’t have been happier with the service and professionalism The Detail Dude provided. Kerry responded to my initial request for an interior car detail request promptly, and the communication from that point on was wonderful. I received confirmation and appointment reminders via text, which helped me remember the details, and he arrived very promptly on the day of the service. I drive a minivan that had been ravaged by my children’s snacks, dirt, sunscreen on the seats, etc., and I honestly think Kerry left my car looking cleaner than it did the day I drove it off the new car lot. I hired Kerry to do an interior detailing on my husband's Traverse, which had been used as our main family vehicle with 3 kids under 4 and a dog. We had also been using it extensively as our "truck" when we were renovating our cottage last year. It was a hot mess. The job he did was absolutely amazing! He is so detail oriented and cleaned every small plastic button and seat track. Also with said children and limited days off, I was stressed about having to take the boys somewhere and having to wait or arrange a ride home until I could pick up when I originally started looking around. Him coming to my home to do the job here and his availability made it quick and easy to schedule and way less stressfull. I would 100% recommend Kerry's services.

I couldn't be happier with the experience. Every inch was cleaned properly and all dog hair removed perfectly (it is super hard to just vaccum it). They removed all the stains from seats. Also very flexiible about the appointment, so as a mother with 4 kids, they were able to accomodate my needs.

I didn’t think it was possible to get my car this clean again. I’m a smoker and the smell just settles into the carpets. After their detailing, the carpets didn't smell anymore. They removed all the gunk from cup holders and the dust from hidden spots. Their fees are great compared to quality. I tried once Delta Sonic once but they skipped a lot of details and charged more than Detail dude. I will always use detail dude for sure!

Kerry was extremely responsive and shared fair pricing immediately after I put in for a quote. He was kind enough to squeeze me in right before the holidays, which was such a relief. His email confirmations were so professional and I was able to connect directly to his mobile if needed for text/call. His detailing is unmatched. It's your typical kids' car - sticky crumbs, etc. I think he went above and beyond and took more time than he'd planned because we were his last 2024 stop.
