No showed after confirming I was on the schedule for early afternoon…then went dark on me. Probably would have done a so-so job anyway, commutes to/from Houston so unless you’re scheduled early, don’t waste your time.

This is the way to go! Finding a place to have your RV washed, or even wash it yourself is hard enough. Having a mobile wash service come to you is awesome! After spending a month on the gulf coast, we needed a wash badly to remove all the salt. TMRS showed up on time and did a fantastic job washing and waxing our motorhome. They made it clean and shiny again. Price was great and the service was fantastic. I'd highly recommend them and will use them again when we're back in Austin!

I used Texas Mobile RV spa in 2022 and they did a great job but when I made an appointment this year it was clear that I made a major mistake. I should have known better after the RV park I was staying at had removed their cards from the recommended vendors options in the lobby (I’m definitely not the only unhappy customer). Not only did they increase their prices by over $150 they didn’t actually clean my RV as they claimed they did. I made an appointment for Saturday 2/18/23 and they called me back to let me know they had to move the appointment to 2/25/23. I already had plans so wasn’t able to be present but was assured they would do a great job even if I was absent. I received photos via text of a far away shot of the RV when they were “finished” detailing it. I got home 3 hours later and did a walk around and found that they clearly didn’t clean the exterior as they claimed they had. There was an obvious layer of dirt along one entire side as well as dirt in the front that I easily wiped off. I immediately texted them and showed them the photos/video evidence that the RV was not detailed as claimed and they responded that they would come back and re-do it. The days ticked by and I hadn’t heard anything so I enquired about when they were coming back because I wanted to ensure I was present this time. After some time I finally received a text telling me they would be there 3/11/23. I cancelled my plans and stayed home the entire day awaiting their arrival. They never showed up, no one called or texted. I texted and called and no one even bothered responding. I called twice more and left messages over the following week and sent more texts and no one ever responded. I then contacted my credit card company to report them because I have evidence they didn’t do the job I paid them for and magically I received a text message (not a phone call which is an obvious red flag). They offered me $42 back for a service I paid $454 for. I told them that I wanted my money back because they didn’t complete the service I had paid for and they wasted an entire Saturday of mine waiting around for them and they never showed. They never showed any remorse or embarrassment for the complete lack of customer service. The response I got was honestly the most unprofessional and weirdest I’ve ever received from a business: “ I will pray about it and let you know tomorrow morning”. Needless to say I never received any other communication and I have submitted all my time stamped messages and photos to my CC company who will recover the funds on my behalf. After speaking to the management of the RV park I stay at I was told that this company is no longer used there because of the unprofessional conduct that other customers have complained of and the fact that they charge people completely different things without any justification. There are MUCH BETTER options in Austin for reputable people to clean your RV so don’t waste your money or your time on these guys unless you’re hoping divine intervention will apparently give them a conscious…wouldn’t count on it though. ** Edited to add that although they publicly claim they are giving me a refund…they have not! Even more unprofessional and untrustworthy behavior from these guys! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
