This is the only car wash in Johnson city that I trust! Very friendly staff, especially Patience! The monthly subscription I chose is the same price as the one wash, saving me tons of money! The attendants scrub the front and rear carefully, and the wash covers every single inch of my vehicle. The vacuum station is always stocked with supplies to do the interior as well. Great place, great deal, definitely recommend!

Take 5 gets 5 stars all the way around! It was my first visit here on a whim. Affordable and friendly service. Many thanks to Treston for helping me select the right service! Another customer told me I could even have my rubber mats sprayed off! They haven’t looked this good since I drove it off the dealers lot! The vacuums were SUPER powerful! They have compressed air to blow out all the little crevices, no apparent time limits and stocked with everything you need for a DIY detail! Mr. James even came around with his microfiber cloths and wiped down anything the spinners missed! Give that man a raise! Signed, your local Dolly fan ;)

I purchased the second from the top wash and it didn’t even clean bird poop off of my truck. It almost looks like I didn’t even go through the wash at all. I talked to the attendant and he agreed to let me go through again with a free wash. After the second pass, my truck was still dirty and still looked like it had barely been touched. I would save your money and go to another car wash that will actually clean your vehicle. I added a few pics to show the lack of cleanliness after 2 washes.

I’ve been coming to this car wash for a couple years now. This car wash does a good job and doesn’t leave scratch marks over time. I hit a bear last month and have been afraid to get my car washed because I have damage to my front bumper. I have been coming to use the vacuums and to wash my windows/windshield only. One of the employees came over and let me know I can retract the front bumper part in the car wash. Awesome customer service! Highly recommended!

I randomly came across this place and was so pleased with their washing! I was nervous at first since I wasn’t familiar with the place, but Tapaienga demonstrated excellent customer service! She was happy to assist with me in the billion questions I had. She had so much patience with me and made me feel so comfortable in following through and getting my car washed. It looks brand new now! I took these when I got back to my house. I also have to give a thanks to Chad! He helped walk me through all the washes and I ended up doing the pro 5 plus. Because of Tapaienga and Chad, I will absolutely be back for a membership. Knowing how well they worked with me and how good they cleaned my car, I couldn’t be more thankful for them. My car is like my child, and knowing they treated it with so much care makes me soooo happy. Thank you guys for everything!

Excellent customer service. Trey directed me on exactly how the wash process works. Made sure my windows were folded in and my wiper was protected. He sprayed extra soap on my bumper and even scraped some bugs off with his freshly manicured nails. 10/10 would recommend.
