This location is the most convenient option in Beaumont. It's not perfect but I see improvements being made. The biggest one being that there is a separate line for members which makes this a lot faster. I've had issues here and there since they opened but hopefully they are done switching owners/companies. The vacuums are super duper strong, don't get anything near it that you don't want sucked up. The towels are nice just make sure you pick a super clean one. Guessing some have black from rims being cleaned.

Mid level car wash, but 1,000% not worth $27. Sure they wanna sell you on the monthly subscription, but some people just want a 1 time decent wash. I would have had much better luck doing it myself at the DIY wash for probably half the $.

BEWARE – Poor Business Practices at Take 5 Car Wash On July 31, 2025, I went through the Take 5 Car Wash at 6045 Folsom Dr. in Beaumont, TX, and the machine ripped the secure, undamaged cover off the spare tire mounted on the back of my 2012 Rav4. As I pulled into the vacuum area, I noticed the cover missing, only to see another car rolling over it and dragging it, causing further damage. I immediately reported the incident. Tyrone, a kind and helpful employee, took a report and stated that he felt that there was no reason why they wouldn’t cover the damage. He also mentioned that a new employee had been working the entry and probably failed to press the code indicating that my vehicle had an external tire cover, something that should have alerted the system and prevented this exact issue. No one followed up. I returned on August 5 to request a claim number and was told a manager would call. No one did. Today, I received notice that my claim was denied based on the age of my car, claiming "rust and deterioration" were the cause, not their equipment. This is simply not true. The tire cover was in excellent condition with no rust, no metal involved, and it fit tightly. I have photos, and I still have the damaged part. According to a local Toyota parts department, the replacement cost is approximately $380—money I’m now expected to pay due to their mistake. Shame on Take 5 for poor follow-up, false claims, and refusal to take responsibility. I will not be returning, and I strongly urge others to beware. Ellen King

Employees were not knowledgeable of the different deals You guys had. I didn't feel confident in the information. They were telling me, and the car wash was mediocre. At best vacuums were not strong. And I had to ask for an air freshener. He didn't offer it to me. Overall, just a horrible experience. Even though I did get a membership for my wife's car, I didn't get one for mine. I wasn't sure if it was a better deal. If I added to, they told me it would be cheaper. If I got separate plans, which to me didn't make any sense.

Car wash is good, so I tried to purchase a year membership for my dad for Christmas. I went to their online website and bought one. I got charged 172 dollars and when we went to pick up the pass they said we didn’t purchase a membership. We showed them the receipt the charge and the bar code they sent us. Still wouldn’t give us the sticker. They were not helpful at all in the matter and told us we aren’t the only people this happened to. So instead of fixing the issue they are letting people get charge then not helping. We went to different locations to talk to their customer support and they all basically said “sorry, want us to do it in store? You’ll just be double charged.” So whatever you do, don’t buy anything online. Now I’m fighting with the bank to get back money that just “disappeared”.

For $22 (and change) for a Car wash (Basic Selection), I'm a tad disappointed That There is still bird duky Residue and Other dirt marks still left over after the wash. I only Went today for the first time because Heb's Car wash was unavailable today and I needed my car cleaned. Heb's Car wash (although also not the best but the price is cheaper so it's fair). So My honest Review for the price and Quality I'm not very satisfied. For 22 dollars I would expect it to look nice In the end and as advertised since I didn't pay more (around 25) for the service that guarantees my clean car would be clean a little longer because they add protection to help dust slide off faster, I would at least expect the bird duky that I came to the car wash in the first place would be gone, right? Anyhow, A little disappointed. People were nice so it's not a 1 star but not happy with end result so it's not a 5 star. Thank you for your time.

Recently cancelled my monthly subscription to this place bc of how dirty it was leaving my car. Every time I came through it would leave soap on my car and a lot of dirt spots even though I use the prewash station… my biggest complaint has to be that the drying and detailing rags were always and I do mean always wet. After about 5 months I never found a dry rag at the place… even on days that were slow the towels were still damp.

Absolutely unacceptable… came through and the car was NOT clean, missed an entire 5-6 inch strip on entire car, the front spoiler wasn’t even wet, it didn’t clean the back of car, mirrors dirty. Went to nicely complain and was told use bug station, no refund. Said we could take it through again but it wouldn’t make much difference, use the bug wash…..

Made my first visit to Take 5 and what a delightful visit it was. I hate car washes I am terrified of them. My husband had major surgery, and our car looked a hot mess so here we are. Anyways Tyrone was superb. I am in one lane that I did not find out until I was all the way up there that it was for members only…Ok news flash I do not backup worth a darn. Not only did Tyrone kindly directed the other car to not continue driving forward but helped me to safely back up and get in another lane. Then he walked me through all the steps of how to select which car wash I wanted…even handed the transaction for me and handed me my receipt and card back. He talked to me about becoming a member but all I could think about was getting this car wash over with. Thanks Tyrone for even saying “Mama, I got you”..truly made me feel like family. Just when I thought things could not get any better I met Chris. Chris was there to guide me through the (dark tunnel where the big mechanical thingy was certainly going to crack my window fall on my head and kill me), well that’s the way I view car washes. Even with a long line as he was telling me to approach, I was once again terrified. He was like Ma’am no need to be nervous I am going to tell you everything you need to do, which he did. By the time he finished giving me instructions I was in a full panic attack and was shaking. He stopped before hitting the magical button that would guide me through and was like “Ma’am look at me, breath in and out…ok do it again, breathe in and out. We will stay here until you are calm enough to make it through the car wash. His spectacular calming demeanor calmed me down. I was shocked by this time the long behind me was not honking their horns. But obviously they must have known there was some kind of trouble ahead. Although this story may sound extreme and totally hilarious to some….it is very true. Thank you, Tyrone and Chris, for making my day brighter and showing just how far kindness can go. You are incredible young men….stay that way. I hope this review will get you guys employee of the month or a spot bonus…you are very deserving of both. My Black Beauty looking fabulous again!

Bug station: This is the place they really need to improve. Brushes are not replaced in time. Water becomes dirty. If they improve this, this place would be unmatched.
