It's clean and well organized. Sales staff is nice. No one in the jewelry dept, but I've been to at least one store in 4 states and it seems to be something that's normal, so it was expected. They do always call staff over quickly when asked.

The store doesn't have many nice clothes, it always has the same expensive, very expensive stuff and the staff, well, I'd rather not say anything, so sometimes you prefer to buy somewhere else where there are nice clothes because there aren't any there.

There is so much available here. The housewares sections are usually a little lacking, but HomeGoods is close-by, and they make up for it. Great selections in clothing and shoes. I love the kitchen section.

They were very nice to me and took the time to help me. Find an item and then return it when I could no longer use it. And on one of the busiest days of the year. People, we're everywhere.

Out of 6 stores I found the perfect pet bed and cheaper than the others I almost settled for. Love this store!

I had a return on a pet pajamas and it had tags, but not the TJ Maxx tag as it was missing when I bought it so they used a similar item. They wouldn’t return the item due to no TJMaxx ticket. Also said it had ware on it, but it was only tried on my dog and never worn. There was no wear and I did have receipt. Very unfriendly and just kept stating it was their policy. Very disappointed.

I love the selection of perfumes they have. There are brands I have never even heard of. Definitely check the clearance aisle carefully

It is a regular tjmaxx. Prices aren't as good as they were a few years ago. Great rang of products. Men's selection a little limited. Service/help is wonderful. Grab a cart on your way through the parking lot, there were none available the last few visits.

It's like a treasure hunt trying to find all the Harry Potter mugs around different stores. I love all the unique items you'll find at each one.

This store is always wonderful. I have one constant issue, but it lies within the company and its values. I really dislike being asked and feeling pressured to sign up for your predatory credit card every time I shop at your stores. It’s very evident that leadership is on the cashiers about pushing those. Even when you say no thank you, you get asked “are you sure? It does x, y, z”. This makes my shopping experience unpleasant every single time. I don’t want your predatory credit card, and I’m sure most customers feel the same. The way it’s worded and “sold” to customers makes it sound like it’s just a rewards program. Quit making your cashiers push these on people. Why don’t you set up a table at the front and schedule someone to work there? If someone is interested, they will approach the table and sign up. I don’t want to feel harassed about signing up to go into debt every time I come in.

Busy store with lots of merchandise. But even though it was a warm evening there was no air circulating and a set of doors propped open. Very uncomfortable and stuffy.

Even though the narrow rows and the overfilled racks can often make for a bit of a chaotic shopping experience, T.J. Maxx is always the first place I go to search for clothes. I know there will be, at the very least, one article of clothing which will fit my taste and my budget.

This location has improved presentation/stocking wise so so much over the past year or so. Always very neat in the beauty and apparel sections, shout out to that! -2 stars for the constant ask about the credit card it’s becoming ridiculous at this point. Nobody wants a 34% APR credit card! This looks more like a credit card company disguised as a department store. I know it is not the cashier’s fault. I use to work at a TJX store 8 years ago, so I know they get heavy lectures and warnings by management if they don’t get sign ups, which is so unfortunate, but there’s got to be a better way, please stop being so pushy about it. The end of the customer visit is what will be remembered, customers don’t want to remember being aggressively pushed into signing up for a credit card.

Neat, clean and well laid out. Items are nicely displayed. The aisles aren't too narrow. This store lends to an enjoyable shopping experience.

It has gotten so expensive in here! I used to never leave empty handed and now I just go in and browse mostly. The clothing selection for girls is terrible! It’s the same brands no one wants. Then they make their way to the “clearance” which is really $2 off - not clearance. The hair supplies have increased so much in cost. I used to get Amika stuff at a great deal and now it’s the same price my hair lady can get it for me at the beauty store at cost! I do think the store is clean, organized well, and plenty stocked. The stocking is probably due to the pricing! Hanging fake plants for $59.99 the other day - found the same ones on Amazon for $39. 🤔 Also - can the cashiers please stop asking about the credit card?!?! The girl the other day was really pushy and would not take NO, to the point it started feeling like an awkward exchange. At this point, everyone knows you offer a credit card - just give it up.

I had not been here in so long. I found so many things I wanted to buy. I did only buy a couple of them though. That's not a store problem though. That's a hoarding problem for me, lol.
