$6 For the basic wash. Done in about 3 or 4 minutes. My car doesn't take gas but if you buy gas you can get a discount...

Possibly the sadest wash i have ever seen. The scrubbers at most just drag along the car and there is almost no water pressure.

Was not a touchless car wash like the staff claimed. One of the soaps used smelled like cherry cough medicine. For $11 the wash was only ok.

Do not go here and certainly don't sign up for the monthly plan! I unfortunately made both of those mistakes. I stopped going tot his car wash after I noticed scratches and dings appearing on my car. On 7/7/2020 I emailed the email address listed on their website stating that I wished to cancel my account and never heard back, now 2-weeks later they charged my card another $30 even though I followed the instructions on their site to cancel. This is a scam and a poor quality car wash!

"Spa" lol. Its just a gas station drive through unattended car wash. It is only 6 bucks for basic, but it flipped both of my mirrors forward and my windshield wipers were left sticking straight up. I drive a forester so its not like I have some fragile little thing. Above all it didn't even clean that well. Still some dirt spots on the side and back.

My car sat under a tree for a week and was covered in dirt, sticks, and bird poop. This wash did a better job getting my car clean than other washes do when it’s not even that dirty. Will definitely be coming here from now on.

First time through the car wash just shoved my car through without any spray or brushes turning on. Went inside and the employees there took me through the wash again. This time it worked but the wash doesn't rinse the soap off your car or dry it very well. Had I just driven off and not hand dried my car I would have been left with soapy water drying on the car and making it look worse than when I brought it in.

Paid $20 for the "best" wash and it didn't clean my car. It looks better than it did, but it's far from clean. A waste of money. I should have known better than going to an automated wash.

Worst Car wash I have ever experienced. I had searched high and low for a wash with a carpet track vs the standard wheel track near me and this one came up. Its cool and fancy but does not wash your vehicle very well. Very disappointed in the results as my vehicle is half washed, I will be taking my vehicle to brown bear hand wash station and will be requesting a refund as I paid 16.00 for the wash.

Terrible.I bought the groupon with great reviews. But I can't trust the reviews after done for my car washing. No towels. Nobody for car wash guidance. It didn't wash my car. The big washing brush pushed my side mirrors back and forth. My both windshield wipers standed up by dryer wind. I worried it might break my side mirrors and windshield wipers. It didn't wash my car. So...I went to brown bear car wash near my home

I was forced to find a new, local automated car wash that'd service my cars' special needs. I think the vintage outside payment kiosk is in desperate need of a fix/upgrade; the vacuum kiosk as well. I would have preferred the stations attendant to speak/understand English when asked questions regarding the car wash instructions. I really liked the bumped treadmill, tire pulling method of slowly and safely towing my vehicle through it's process. The instruction signs inside the machine are old and hard to see. If you've never been to this station, it's quit frustrating. The overall $11 wash was sufficient and thorough; even the spoked wheels were cleaned! I did notice residual product/wax smears on my car while chamois'ing afterwards. I think the final black curtain wiping phase of the machine is impregnated with other cars wash+wax selections and never gets rinsed out. Knowing all this ahead, I'll likely use this station again for its convenience, location and cost; at least until my Brown Bear opens back up.

This car wash is not worth the money. It did not really clean much off of my car. The kiosk was simple to use. Once I was inside, everything seemed to be doing what it was supposed to. I rolled out and drove over to the no charge vacuum nearest the intersection by the gas pumps. I needed to vacuum my trunk, opened it from inside and noticed the tail lights were still dirty when I got there. I thought maybe that was a spot the car wash had missed and I went about trying to vacuum. There was such little suction that the Douglass Fir needles were not getting picked up without a lot of scrubbing. Placing my hand over the nozzle really didn't give a strong suction. When I finished and closed my trunk, I realized that no rear surface of my car was touched at all nor was the top of the trunk. Looking closer as I walked around, the hood was not cleaned either. I went inside to ask for a free pass to go through again. The person working the register asked for my receipt, said he needed to see my car, followed me outside, mumbled something looking at my car, saw the dirt, then walked back into the store without a word. I went back in thinking maybe I missed something. There was another person at the counter, the employee printed out a receipt and held it out kind of to the side of the other customer without looking at me. I wasn't quite sure he was helping me so I asked if that was for me. He just waved it toward me. I stepped around the other customer and took it. When I went back through the carwash the second time, it still didn't clean the same areas it missed the first time. Two stars because at least they let me run through a second time for free, and there is no a charge vacuum 'almost' cleaner, but this place did not earn my return business. After going through twice, there are still dirty spots on our truck that were never touched, and soap spots covering the entire vehicle. We're giving them 2 stars instead of one because the guy managing it at least tried to make it right by letting us go through a second time for free. (Unfortunately with the same results.) Now we have to go wash it ourselves or pay for another wash at a better place.

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE FOR A CAR WASH. On the expensive car wash ($20) Half of the stuff they offer is not actually being used (might just be water????). Tire shine is not a thing and doesn’t dry the car. Save the money and go to the another that is worth the money.

Do not go to this carwash!!! Be forewarned. Attached are pictures of my wife’s car after the wash. Here’s the kicker. The owner is telling their insurance it’s my wife’s fault and they’re trying to deny the claim. How?!? Why?! My 4 year old was on the passenger side so you can imagine how traumatic this was for both of them. Thankfully we have a witness and video surveillance. Being an owner of a carwash I can tell you this place does not service their equipment regularly and it’s constantly malfunctioning. Instead of admitting liability and doing the right thing, they’re being shiesty con artists. In addition to this review they will be investigated by the AG office. I urge you not to support this business!
