Car wash left foam on my hood. Upon showing this to clerk, they said they won't do anything about it and encouraged me to post it on social media and everywhere else I could. All I was looking for was a rinse.

Absolutely hate this gas station!! The lady attedent working there is extremely rude!! She's constantly picking fights and gives you attitude cause she can't understand common sense!! ZERO STARS!! 😡

AVOID this Chevron Station, employees just don't appreciate your business and seem upset you came into the convenient store to buy something while they are on their cell phone. Thus, the low overall Google rating.

Don’t use this gas station because you’ll regret it. Pumps often don’t work correctly (credit card system is from 1980s easily) and staff totally not helpful or polite 😡

Equipment at this station wasn't working, it was visibily broken. I let the woman know who was sitting behind the counter, and she was so rude for no reason. I wasn't asking for my money back, I just wanted to let her know so it could be fixed or replaced. Needless to say, she was beyond rude and I will be letting others know...

Just spent 20 minutes in line for the car wash with my 2 kids in the car only to have the code from the gas pump not work. After calling from the car wash to the gas station 3 times with no answer I had to leave the car wash to notify the attendant. Their proposed solution was to give me a new code and go back to the end of the line, which was even longer at that time. No thanks.

The gas station is 24 hour but the car wash is not. No sign and no indication it is closed and the attendant is an ass who seems to think that it's your fault there is no sign posted with car wash hours, screw this place.

Nothing but strange qnd unnerving experiences with this dump. Some nights it's the manic cashier who talks so fast that you have no idea what he's saying, but he's always pissed about it. Rhen there's the times where you swing by at 9:00 pm and you're told that you can't pay with cash because "the last customer used a $100 bill and we're out of change." I wanted to spend $30 of $50 bill but ended up taking my money to a more professionally run business.

I like the place but they have a bad customer service. The cashier old man with the glasses was so disrespectful to me. I only asked for cash back and he said to me why I never told him from the beginning. Excuse me why you having an attitude. I hope the owner of the gas station see the comment. Because this guy is very rude. Also he don't smile and he was playing with his phone all the time.

Ive came here on multiple occasions and the clerk is always rude, this time around i couldn’t find my debit card while looking for it the clerk comes out demanding that I leave because I am holding a pump up, there is literally nobody else there. The clerk is beyond aggressive. The reviews are as expected this place is not professional at all.

Great customer service and even met the owner today and he was very kind! The store is stocked up on your favorite snacks and drinks, who needs Safeway when they’ve got the Chevron in Juanita! I will definitely be coming here to get my snacks, gas and car cleaned!

I go here most often because they fortunately take Safeway gas points. I usually don't have a problem, and it's easy to get in and out of. The only time I've had a problem was when I purchased a car wash but the receipt did not print and I had to go inside for it.

Dirty place with very poor service. The floor in front of the car wash payment column is so disgusting that I dirtied my clear carpeting because I had to step out of the car to pay with my credit card and then had to complain because the car wash wasn’t working. The clerk in the store was incredibly rude. Just handed me a paper and said “here, put in code”. Didn’t know what he was talking about.

Stopped by and purchased gas, then my friend and I went inside to use the atm. We quickly finished our business then left. Before leaving the parking lot, I remembered I needed to get a little more cash and went back inside to use the atm again, went straight to the atm, then realized that I needed to transfer the money from my venmo account to my checking account and I needed to grab my phone. I went outside and grabbed the phone and when I walked back inside, the clerk told me that I was not allowed to use the atm. That I needed to leave. I tried to explain things to him but he cut me off and told me to get out. And here's my point... The gas prices here are the highest in the neighborhood. They have a tiny selection of snacks and beverages. And very unfriendly staff. I live right up the street and I will no longer be giving them my money!

The older bald headed clerk is just rude and impatient. If anything goes wrong with your gas pump or car wash, he will not work with you to resolve the issue. Instead, he’ll try to make you feel stupid and he becomes defensive very quickly. Go here to fuel up (even though they are always expensive), pick up some flowers from the nice family in the lot, grab some tacos from the food truck or coffee from the coffee stand. But try to avoid any interaction with that man.
