The line was short and the machines were easy to use. On the car wash the foaming tri protection hose was not that great. The stream was too small and was really difficult to cover the car with.

I love brown bear car washes! This one is just down the street from my job and it's easy access in and out. Has a one way threw the vacs n to the self serve tunnels. Then loop around to exit. I love that they have Debit/Credit card readers at the terminal. So $3 gets you 5 min then .25 cents a min after that as long as you hit the button before it runs out. Every week I go n do a "Touchless" wash. Doing warm high pressure soap, then 2 rounds of triple foam, rinse then the Envirogaurd is AWESOME!! Do about 2 rounds of that. I drive a 4 dr compact and live on a dirt road so its really dirty by the end of the week n it comes out really clean!

This is for the owner, I got my car keys sucked in by the vacuum, and there's no employees that can help.

They recently changed from charging you a set amount and then you push a button for more time (usually would be charged around $7) to now counting up with no more beeping that you only have one min left. You have to turn off the machine to be charged. Now it costs me $15!?

I love cleaning out my car, it's so therapeutic. This place is always clean. However it's kind of odd how they don't have a dryer option to blow the water off your car like other self serve car washes do. They actually don't have a ton of options period, but I guess most of them don't do much anyway.

I have been going to this location faithfully for the past 1 year every month (I used to go to the one in Bellevue Crossroads before this). I was drawn to this location since there is usually less traffic and the cleanliness has been consistently good. Due to my positive experience, I had also recently left a 5star review with some photos on Google Maps. On my recent visit on Apr 14 however, I was truly displeased. The washer did not have any war/hot water at all. This meant that I had to rinse my car with cold water and the high-pressure soap was also with cold water. I did not think about it too much, however after returning home, I noticed that grime that would have otherwise been washed away was still sticking to the car and there were some scratches caused due to remaining debris that would have, again, been broken away if the water was hot as usual. I know this because I have been doing the same procedure every month for 2+ years with consistent results. One thing that I would like to point out is that the location was unusually busy when I last visited. All the bays were occupied with half of them having one person waiting. I have not seen such a crowd before at this location perhaps because I usually visit later in the day. It is my belief that either the water heaters at the location are not designed to handle such traffic or something was wrong on the particular day. Hope the owners are able to fix things so that people can continue to have wonderful experiences at this location.

First experience of manually washing the car. Except for a dryer, which was either not there, or we just could not find it, this car wash was just what we needed on a long drive. Windshield was shining and the entire car was spick and span in under 20 minutes. Had to keep tapping the card to extend the session, but with two people it was a cakewalk. The best part is that this car wash is open 24 hours and it has large vacuums to clean the inside of the car, but we did not use it. I definitely recommend this location and would happily go back again!

I stumbled upon this 24-hour self-wash not far from Kirkland Way, a welcome find after my car fell victim to a drive-by 'egging' incident. The facility is well-lit, user-friendly, and spotless. Just drive in, tap-to-pay, and you're ready to wash. For optimal use, I recommend hitting the vacuum stalls before the wash, given the linear setup (enter, vacuum, wash, exit). The vacuum's tap-to-pay feature gives you a generous 5 minutes of cleaning, with a long hose that reaches all corners of a mid-sized car. Once in the wash, tap-to-pay initiated my 3-minute wash. Clearly labeled nozzles (primary wash and triple foam conditioner) and a brush eliminates guesswork, letting you maximize your time. Note: If you need more time, press the button on the card reader. I, admittedly, struggled with this, attempting to tap my phone for extra time - a possible 'user error' moment, but it's worth noting since I may not be the only one who experienced this issue. Overall, it met my needs perfectly: a swift, straightforward, after-hours wash.

Regarding the brown bear in Kirkland, that's the most expensive car wash I have ever been to in my life. I used a credit card at the slot where you pay to use the facilities and it led me to believe that the prices were lower than what they were. When I left there they had taken $45 off of my card and I was absolutely shocked that they taking so much for so little facilities use. I will never use that place again. But hey if you want to get your car clean, it's a car wash but it's an expensive one and they didn't even have attendance to help out for that price. I expect at least that

It’s only as good as you are at cleaning your car. That being said, the facilities themselves are alright. I do think that their new method of charging people seems a little scummy. There’s the tiniest warning about how the charging works. All in all, it’s alright though.

Put about $15 worth of tokens in and when water turned on for sprayer it was leaking out of the hose. The guy who services this location had just left in his Mercedes apparently without checkingnthe equipment or putting an out of order sign and cones in the bay. Had to get more tokens and move to another bay. Feel bad for someone else who would have had the same issue since no sign or cones.

Great spot - location is great; it's usually nice and quiet, equipment is well-kept and is easy to use. Pricing is reasonable and the area feels safe. It does get pretty busy at times.

Powerful do-it-yourself car wash! I was pleasantly surprised how strong the high pressure water was and suds were very foamy, which is kind of rare at this type of car cash. 10/10, would return

Clean and well maintained spot. My mail box key accidentally went in to Vacuum cleaner? What is the best option to reach the location manager/ retrieve keys?

I came to the car wash at 11pm so it wasn't very busy, only 2 other cars which was nice. It's a tad expensive, but if you wash fast, it's not too bad. The location seemed nice and was well lit, also quite clean. Exit may be a little difficult if you own a large vehicle. Overall, I had a good experience, and I plan to return in the future.

Beware: Timer don't stop! Update after seeing the reply from owner: What is the point of the selector for different foams that has a red stop section when the timer don't stop. That is misleading and scammy business practice. Cash is not accepted and there is a $5 minimum for 5 minutes, which would have been fine if the timer stops when you toggle the switch to stop, but nope the timer keeps going! So I panic hit the stop on the credit card part, which stopped my entire transaction while I only used 2 minutes! So I wasted $3 dollar worth of minutes and had to swipe a second time to finish washing. I don't like business that tries to play tricks to earn more, like why put a stop side when the timer don't stop.

Came to this car wash spent $20 washing. Car was left with this murky residue. Now I need to go wash the car again. How do customers request refund? Response to response: I did follow the turn dial one by one. Hence why I’m shocked this happened. Seems like there’s no refund process? To everyone - try this at your own risk.
