The location is really the only great thing about this gas station. They don’t take cash and the employees are very unfriendly or too busy on their phone or gossiping with each other to greet you when you are paying. There seems to often be one person working hard and multiple others standing around.

Definitely not always 24 hrs. To add there's literally someone inside standing there. And I went up to the door and they're both locked. The employee is just standing there looking at me. Like why are your doors locked? What a joke. I'm not filling out some bs form. Fix your business

Terrible experiences every time. This morning the attendant was behind all the refrigerators when I walked in for a long time. The entire time blasting music so loud he could not hear me shout for anyone to ring me up. Once he took his time ringing up what I needed, I walked out in a hurry and he chased me out of the store! Then proceeded to shout at me and lock the door afterwards with other customers inside! Dangerous behavior like this is unacceptable.

Circle K in South Kirkland is an amazing store. Great selection of everything. I often stop in here for an 87-cent large fountain drink on my long walks. The young woman behind the counter is very sweet and friendly, and it's always a pleasure to see her.

Someone is almost never inside. I've NEVER been to another store that had locked doors and wasn't closed for the night, but this one HUNDREDS of times. I'm done. Edit: you told me 11 months ago you'd address it, while you still have only one person on the clock at a time.. Marcus is single handedly saving your business. You better give that man his flowers. I won't know if you did or not, because I'm never stepping foot in your poor excuse of a business ever again.

I never like coming to this gas station specifically because of how often they are closed due to employee breaks.

The morning worker is consistently rude. He will just point to things instead of using his words and always appears like he doesn't want to be there. I get it working sucks but attitude is everything. Always ruins my mood every time I go and finally learned my lesson to never go here again. edit: also based on the copy paste response from for all the 1 star reviews nothing is going to change

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel I have to share my experience with an employee named Marcus at this gas station. From the beginning, his attitude was extremely unfriendly — he rolled his eyes and communicated in a way that made it clear he didn’t want to help. After I slightly moved my car, I noticed the nozzle was still on the tank, and I immediately returned to put it back. It was my mistake, but nothing was damaged. Instead of calmly explaining, Marcus came out, started yelling, and threatened that I would never be allowed to fill up here again. This was completely unacceptable. I believe his behavior was not only unprofessional but also racist. It is unacceptable to treat customers this way

Used to not come here bc they'd be closed for their one and only employee to be on break, but it's been more reliable lately and the newer guy, Marcus, always has kind words!

Their air pump straight up doesn't work. I paid twice thinking I just didn't operate the machine correctly but there was no air coming out at all, no matter what I tried. Also, at $3 it's extremely expensive. Went to the Chevron 2 mins away & they don't even charge.

The two numbers displayed on both sides unclear to pick big one or the small one. Neither they don’t know said small one is number three. I am able to see the numbers. I didn't ask for that. Neither ignored the disconnected gas pump. They are not serious about their job

This place was amazing when they opened. Now the gas pump area is absolutely filthy. They are out of stock on so many items it’s unacceptable and I think I’m done with this place which makes me sad cause I love Circle K

This store is a mess. The isles are always filled with inventory. They are closed constantly for employee breaks. It seems like they cant keep employees around. I would assume its partly because of not paying a living wage and the main cashier who works there. He is the one with the dreads. Very loud and flamboyant. Always talking crap about other employees to customers and the staff while customers are in the store. He even went as far as to sign circle k gifts they were handing out one day as if he was a huge deal for the store. Another time he was bragging to the customers about how he told another customer who was frustrated about their business practives to just never come back. He then proceeded to brag about how he was going to become a manager... i dont see how he could be a manager when he cant even handle criticism. You use some criticism to help make improvement so your business can thrive. You would think someone who wants to manage would understand that. They can't keep up with replacing items that have sold out. The fountain soda is always a hit or miss on whether or not it actually tastes like the soda you picked. The coffee is almost always out of stock when I go. The drink tops are always nasty and dirty. Plus they dont always taste good. Probably from letting their inventory sit outside for hours on end. I have never been to a convenience store that has had this many problems. I would not recommend coming here unless you absolutely had to.

Circle K located between Kirkland and Bellevue is conveniently placed, especially since it seems to be the only gas station within about a mile. It’s easily accessible from all directions, making it a convenient stop regardless of where you’re coming from. It has the basics which includes: car wash, vacuum, and an air machine, which makes it a solid one-stop spot. The store itself is small but stocked with essentials for a quick grab-and-go. That said, the gas pumps feel a bit sketchy, so I always double-check for card skimmers just to be safe. JY review
