Stellar service! Got my bimmer looking awesome, they treat you right regardless of if you bought the car at Lee Johnson or not. Great pricing on all the wash packages, needless to say I was satisfied with my Extreme (it came with a ceramic wax and I was so stoked!) Left my car so shiny!

It does not clean your car very well and still leaves areas of “foggy” films specially on the rear glass for a hatchback vehicle. Bird poo on roof top was only cleaned half. Worse of all, car wash tunnel usually have dry towels at the end for you to wipe off the water drops on the car. But they don’t have any.

Poor wash quality with no free vacuum. You have to pay with coins for vacuums (no credit card). The extreme wash option gives you a free vacuum token though I got only one and it lasted 3 minutes, not enough to vacuum the whole car. Vacuums don’t work too well. There is also no good space to really detail your car. The wash quality was not good - I had many dirt spots left. This was the worst automatic car wash I’ve had, sparing the car damage. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I don't feel the car wash does a very good job. The lower panels on both sides of my car were still dirty and I didn't have time to go through the wash again. I've never been impressed with the result of their car wash (5+ years), but it is free if your vehicle was purchased by them.

This is a reliable and convenient location with good customer service to have our cars washed. Our Mazda was purchased here so we have free lifetime washes, but the package pricing for a punch card to clean our other vehicle is comparable to Brown Bear's pricing. We've not usually had to wait so it's a pretty quick stop after getting gas at Costco nearby.

The basic wash was not thorough. There was plenty of dirt still on the car (especially around the edges of the windows), the soap hadn’t rinsed off, and the car was far from dry. I’ll have to get a wash somewhere else.

Really good car wash. I got the extreme wash which was very good and cleaned my car completely. They give a token for vacuum but it only lasts for 3 min which is not good. But would definitely go there for regular car wash.

First time using this car wash (was given a free voucher from their Nissan Dealership) Was assisted immediately upon arrival in a welcoming manner. Bought an upgrade for 3 dollars more and was astounded that out of all car washes, they are the only ones that treat their water quality seriously. No watermarks post-car wash. Upon entering the actual car wash itself, two employees thoroughly prep my Jeep before the cleaning making sure they get the hard parts out (bird feces, front end bug residue). Only suggestion is to have a vacuum station with a credit option, better “wait/go” indicator at the end of the wash and a better way to stick out so people know there’s a good car wash in Kirkland. Thanks for a great service!

Friendly staff, good car wash. It didn’t get completely clean but then again my car had many layers of filth on it, so that’s not the car wash’s fault. If I kept up on washing it at least once a month it would have turned out better. I’ll definitely go back! Thank you.

This was by far the worst car wash experience I’ve ever had. I paid $22 for a car wash and vacuuming, and I expected at least a decent level of service. I thought I’d get the whole free session of self-vacuuming, but the vacuum station only lasted 3 minutes, which was a complete joke. Then, when I got to the vacuum area, it clearly stated that you could insert $1 for 3 minutes of vacuuming. So why the heck am I paying $22 for vacuuming when it’s not even properly included? This is completely ridiculous.

I paid for the most expensive wash, expecting my car to come out spotless and shining. Instead, the hood still looked like it had skipped the wash entirely. I showed the attendant, who was nice enough to offer a second run through — free of charge. Unfortunately, after the second wash, the hood was still looking pretty dirty. Definitely not what I expected for the top-tier wash.

Disappointed for sure unfortunately. Better than flamingo car wash however. Staff was friendly which is why I rate 2 stars. Just not a good touchless wash. I have soap all over my car still??? Regardless of the quality of clean. I did the extreme clean which is the “best” they offer.
