I’ve been coming to Rose Hill Car Wash for years, and they’ve always done a good job—but after their recent major remodel and equipment upgrade, the experience is even better! For under $60 including tax, they go far beyond a basic wash. Not only do they wash and wax the exterior, but they also dress the tires, clean the windows and dashboard, vacuums thoroughly (including under the seats), and even cleans the mats. What really impressed me —they even blew out the pine needles and debris that built up inside the rear hatch area. Now don't get me wrong, this is not a $400 professional detail. The mats for example were much cleaner, but not perfect. Bottom line - with their upgraded wash tunnel and improved service and for 85% less than a professional detail - this is the best, most affordable mini detail, you'll find anywhere.

I stopped in to have my car detail before I took it to a dealership and was impressed. I had been planning to do the detailing myself, but was driving past here and thought I would see what the price was. For me, the cost was worth my time and the job was just as good as if I had done it myself, if not better and less hassle for me. Usually my husband and I will do our own detailing so I don't know for sure that I would be back , but if I wanted to go somewhere quick and simple, I would come here. Being able to drive up and have the car done quickly was fantastic. I had the interior plus service with no add ons. One note is I did not like having to tip prior to the service and tipped small because I wasn't sure how it would be. If I would have been able to tip on card after the service, I would have likely tipped more.

We had a very positive experience. Good value of cleaning for the money. We loved the cafe and that you can watch the cars coming through. We ordered the smoothie and iced coffee and played games while sitting in very comfortable chairs. Great family date idea and a hidden gem! It was a busy Saturday and we only were there about a half hour.

Pay for the basic. DON’T pay for the most expensive wash. I paid $70 and it was mid at best. Not worth the $70 at all. My car had a bird poop stain on the front windshield & water spot marks. Tacky. Pink liquid was running down the side of the passengers seat. How do you miss pink liquid when you’re “drying” the car? The employees need more time to do things right. Save your money and do it yourself or pay for the cheapest wash.

It's been a few years since i've been to rose hill car wash. My cadillac loved it!. I totally went out of my way to bring my new car here. Not only disappointed but utterly dismayed. I had to pull over on I 90 to get my wand and clean my windshield. Because I am unable to drive. With so many smears. I happen to glance back at my other windows and they are hideous. Needless to say that I will not be coming back.

I was very disappointed in my $54 car wash (after 10% tip). They present you with an offer to tip before the car is washed, so I tipped thinking that for $49 they would do a good job, but no - they did a very poor job. They did not wipe down the dash board or the console which were both to be included for that ridiculous price, they did not vacuum the trunk or wipe down the side panels of the door interior. My car looked no different when I left than it did when I arrived other than the fact that they ran it through the car wash which can be done at any local spot for $10-$15. Do not waste your money on this car wash - it’s a huge rip off with very poor service.

They revamped this place and it’s SO great. We’ve been coming to this place for a car wash for many years. Always great and friendly service. Car comes out sparkly clean and they are very detail oriented and careful with your car. Inside the store now is a cafe/waiting area!! SO beautiful with nice comfy seating areas and they made a play area for kids! My baby loved watching cars and lights moving through the window and loved playing with the toys. Their coffees and bakery items were delicious too. Great place!!

I have availed basic exterior car wash for my car yesterday. It was quick, that's the only positive. Overall car wash and the outcome, is below average. My car still had multiple stains all over the body after the car wash (see the pictures). I have expected a better wash when they charge 80% more than other premium car washes in the area. It's disappointing.

Their Mini-Detail was fantastic and I love that they offer full service washes. Their staff is very friendly and didn't complain that I had stuff left in the car that they had to move out. The cafe is a nice environment to hang out while the work is being done, but the quality of the coffee could use improvement (though I have high standards).

Full service wash inside & out, surprisingly quick given additional services received like interior windows cleaned, hand dried & tire dressing. Nice indoor waiting area with coffee & restrooms. Gas tanks were removed during remodel. Tip can now be added at time of payment, more convenient so you don't need cash on hand to tip.

I booked an appointment with detail cleaning and pet hair removal. The car wash was very detailed and everything came out super clean—I’m really satisfied with the results. The price is on the higher side, but the quality matches it. The only part I wasn’t happy with was the management. My appointment was at 1 PM, and I was only told it would take “a couple of hours” and that I’d get a call once it was done. After waiting three and a half hours without a call, I went back on my own and found the car was already finished, but no one had notified me. Overall, the cleaning and attention to detail were excellent, but the communication and management could be improved.

I'm honestly very disappointed. I was looking forward to the interior cleaning and paid for the most expensive option which said it included a wipedown of the dashboard/console/cupholders but it doesnt look like those were even touched. Adding insult to injury, it looks like they sprayed my windows from the inside with cleaning solution and just let it drip down to air dry on my doors. I can't speak to the exterior wash since it was a very rainy day when I went, I'd mostly just wanted an interior clean. Lesson learned, next time I'll clean the interior myself and avoid this place altogether. I wish I'd read more of the negative reviews. Would not recommend. All pictures were taken AFTER

Mini Detail Service here was better than the full detail service other places I've been I checked a few tough spots when I picked it up and they were perfectly clean. Experience booking: I used the website and had no issue dropping off the car. I received a reminder email and text with their contact information ahead. Raul was a good communicator during the 2 hr detail. They also didn't try to upsell me. I asked about shampoo carpets and seats and Raul preferred honesty and told me he didn't think my car needed it. Atmosphere: The team is very gracious and I noticed they all speak to each other very kindly.

I lived in Kirkland for 20 years and would go the rose hill car wash all the time to get a subpar wash for $30. I relocated out of state about 5 years ago. I am visiting and took my son’s car in to get a wash. Under new ownership, I was optimistic that now $71.50 I paid would result in a great carwash to surprise my son. When complete, I had to ask if wiping the dash board was included. They wiped it with a dirty rag - what it friend - filthy. The widows were wiped with dirty rags - dirty streaks all over the windshield. Simple dirt just left all over the car. See pictures. For $71.50, my expectations of a good external wash and dry was simple - clean the dirt off. I got the best wash they advertise. Save your money and use a hose maybe? I am do disappointed. Need to find another car wash to do it myself now.
