“Wow! “Why didn’t we do this sooner?!” was my husband and my immediate reaction after Robert was done working on our 11 year old SUV. Robert was right on time and spent 5 hours cleaning every nook, getting out piles of tiny dog hairs, sand from a recent beach trip and buffing off all the marks and debris from years of cross-country road trips. The small hairs are the hardest, but I couldn’t find a single one left in the car if I tried. Not only did his work speak for itself, but Richard who was our contact via text and Robert who was on site were very polite and communicated clearly. Overall, very impressed and will be booking again! Update: We booked again for my husband's 10 year old car and had the same fantastic experience. He picked up a friend in the car a few days later and the friend remarked (completely unaware of the cleaning)..."Is this a brand new car?" Enough said. BOOK THEM!

Sponges did a great job on my car. It was covered in dog hair, had food spills, mud on the outside and now it looks brand new. They were completely self-sufficient I didn’t need a thing from me. Richard explained about the products they use and why, And was willing to spend a few minutes, educating me about how he gets gunk out of little crevices. I will use them again.

Outstanding service and results — truly above and beyond! I reached out for help with an extremely stained and moldy backseat — years-old milk spills had made quite a mess. The team put in over 6 hours of deep cleaning, and the results honestly blew me away. The seats now look and smell like new. Their communication was excellent from start to finish — clear, responsive, and friendly. They explained everything up front, kept me updated, and didn’t rush the job even though it turned out to be more intensive than expected. On top of all that, their pricing was incredibly fair for the amount of time and effort involved. This is hands down the best detailing experience I’ve had. I cannot say enough good things about Sponges. I’ve had my 2013 minivan since it was new. Hauling kids and dogs, road trips and just everyday driving made this van filthy. From dirt, dog hair, crumbs, stains, etc everywhere. I can’t believe how good my vehicle looks. Amazing. The employees were so nice and professional. This was worth every penny. They spent about 3.5 hours on the details and were extremely meticulous throughout the entire process. The cars look and feel brand new inside and out. Robert came to our home today to detail my wife’s Genesis. This was a valentines gift and she was quite excited.Robert showed up promptly at 8:30 and stayed quite a while. We do have a white lab, so that may have been part of the reason. In the end, my wife is ecstatic! There is not a dog here to be found in the car. They did an equally good job on the exterior. Amazing work, affordable service, and outstanding customer service and flexible scheduling! I traded my car in November for the current one I have and the dealership said that they would wash my seats. Horrible stains were on them during the exchange. The gentleman that came today got everything out!! He came to my work and made my car look amazing!! Highly recommend. Inside and out look stupendous. I got the full car wash, interior cleaning and interior shampoo. (It wouldn’t let me add photos so I added them separately. Red Mazda with STAIN FREE FRONT SEATS!!! 😃)
