I washed my car there 1-15-2020. My car is New. There are chips in my paint All over the car. After a 11dollar wash my car is still dirty and now I have to see if they will pay for the damage. I do not live in Austin so I have to drive back up there to get it taken care of. I'll give another Report once I get the results. Today I talked with the manager about the suspected damage and he was very positive about the whole situation. It just so happens that it was raining and I decided to wash my car and take pictures just in case it was dirtier when I got there. I hand washed it and found that All the marks on the car rubbed off if you put pressure on them. It took awhile but they All came out. . I called HIM back and let him know that The spots washed away. . I just got a bad Wash. On my next visit the wash is on them.

They advertise a discounted rate of gas ($0.20/gallon off when you buy a $16 car wash), but the the pumps turned off after I’d put in $59 worth of gas (before my car had been filled up). When I went inside to ask how I could continue to fill up my car at the rate I was promised, their answer was to “buy another car wash” (which is absurd, bordering on insulting). I don’t know if it is false advertising or a tech issue with their pumps, but the bigger frustration (and why they earned 1 star from me) is how disinterested the staff is in helping sort through the issue - zero empathy or concern for my incredibly frustrating experience.

Been stopping here for years for breakfast tacos. Not always a great experience but it’s convenient to my work and when they do have everything available they are very good. However, a simple thing as pico which is a standard topping listed on the menu is only available maybe 2 days a week if we (customers) are lucky. My last straw was today, not because of the lack of options but the service. I asked for 2 tacos and without saying a word the lady behind the counter just pointed to the rack of food. Well I’m glad you decided to go ahead and make a few tacos, at god knows when so you wouldn’t have to make any fresh, but I’m not into heat lamp tacos. I asked the lady about getting fresh tacos, because low and behold there was pico today, and she just grabbed a paper container and scooped pico into it and said here. Because I visit your store nearly everyday for years I’ve had the displeasure of having this same woman as a cashier many times and she is never friendly, so I was not at all surprised by how inconvenienced she acted when I wanted fresh tacos. She then turned around and acted like I wasn’t even there. This was point where I had to walk out and decided I’ll find another business to support. No one wears name tags so I have no idea what her name is to report. I know this review will not change things or will change how your customers will be treated but I felt the need to make you aware anyway.

Stopped here Monday, February 6 , 2023 @3:19 am on my way home from work , bought gas at 3:19 am. Made it home , and since I got home now at 3:38 am, "someone" has attempted to use my card 7 so far. The clerk behind the counter and myself we're the only two people in the entire block at the time I was I was there. Long story short this locations in Forest will take your card information and try and buy whatever they can. Luckily I turn my card off if I'm not using it. Unbelievable . To the stores management team, since you seem to be very active with the ridiculous amount of negative reviews on here, I'm reporting your location for having card skimmers both to Austin Police Department and the Better Business bureo Update: Feb 20, 2026 stop by to just get a pack of cigarettes and the clerk was more than rude recently became handicapped and physically disabled and was walking with my bike to be able to just get a pack of cigarettes and be on my way and wouldn't even let me through the threshold of the door saying you can't bring that in here you can't bring that in here so I can't walk and I also don't have a lock for it he wasn't trying to hear it was dismissive as if I was a piece of trash on the side of the road

Scammy behavior. They don’t give you car wash code at the pump, hoping that you will forget to get your wash. You will not get a receipt with your car Wash code printed at the machine. Never. Then you have to go in and wait in line to get your code because they are chronically understaffed. It seems like a good idea, but trust me, you could find a better car wash somewhere else and the price discount ultimately is not worth it for the mediocre wash and horrendous customer experience

I’ve been going to this car wash for years; and unfortunately this time around was not good. I paid for a basic car wash and went about my evening not thinking anything was wrong till I saw what happened. The top lining of my car was ripped off while in the car wash. When I drove back to see if it was there, one of the workers was walking out the car wash with it. They were a super big help in trying to get it on, but unfortunately it was damaged enough that screws were gone as well. I was given the email and phone number to the HR representative; I have reached out numerous times and still have not heard anything back. It’s been almost a month since the incident (August 8th) and still no word. It’s frustrating that this hasn’t gone anywhere and I would like my car to be fixed from the damage this car wash caused. This whole incident has made me want to never go back.

I come to this store all the time to buy lottery tickets. When I approached the counter to purchase lottery tickets, the cashier asked me if I had enough money to pay for them. She ran my card once for one ticket, which my bank approved. Then, she wanted to run it several times for the rest of the tickets. If I had run my card several times, my bank probably would have thought my card was stolen. I think this is unacceptable, and I felt because I was black, she (white female) questioned if I had money. If you don't think customers have money, only ask for cash, not debit cards, because that will alleviate any issues. Also, I won 78, which she shortened me by $6. I was so upset that I did not realize it when I left. I asked to speak to a manager, and the cashier stated she would come in later. I called the store to find out when the manager would arrive, then said 5 am the next business day.

I came to get some items and there were 3 people ahead of me cashier said hello and started the conversation with everyone ahead of me as soon as I got up there she said nothing to me and tried to get an attitude when I didn't see the item that I wanted she didn't ask for anyone's ID but mine's she just asked for their date of birth I felt very profiled as a fellow African-American another shouldn't treat one like that

Guy that works night in the beanie needs a new job. Very disrespect and insults you under his breath if you inconvenience him at all. Dudes always smacked from the looks of it. People in the daytime are awesome but he ruins it.

I actually used to really love the Taqueria inside of this place. The staff was always extremely helpful, and the food was delicious and reasonably priced…. I went in today and while I was waiting to be helped, the manager took time to berate her employees for accidentally working .7 hours of overtime. Only when she finished her rant was I actually served. I ordered a side dish and was instructed to pay first.( Not a problem) When I came back, they had put my “side dish” in what was a cleary marked 2oz sauce cup. The same manager who had been yelling at her employees was the one who served me. When I asked if this is really what was considered a side dish, she insisted it was. I don’t know if this is new management or what but it’s definitely made me not want to go back

They have this really inefficient way of locking up the whole store at night just to count their till. The guy takes his sweet time. No urgency. And actually He’s just rude all The time. Seen like 7-10 customers walk up and leave because of this. Happens around midnight - 12:30 because he’s trash and so is this store. Just go to the gas stations on airport

Don’t get a car wash here! Not only did it NOT clean my car hardly at all, but it left large scratches all over the hood and side. I paid $12 for this place to cause $600 worth of damage to my car.

I've been coming here for several years and most of the stuff is extremely nice and helpful. There's a few of them that haven't been and kind of have attitudes but all in all pretty nice. I am so happy that one girl is not there anymore because she was extremely rude, I made you feel just kind of bad like you were interrupting her time. She'd be on her phone while you would ask her questions and just attitude 100%. I'm not sure what happened to her but I'm assuming that she got fired because I wouldn't know why anybody else would not complain or say something I just never did. But there was a few times where she was just so bad that I almost complained I just didn't want to be the cause of anybody losing their job. There's this one new girl that just has the best attitude she is the sweetest thing in the world with the like pink / red hair. Do not let her go pay her more she deserves it she is just a delight when you go in. Thank you for getting rid of the other one she was horrible absolutely horrible worst like customer service person I've ever met in my life honestly. Thanks all in all for being such a cool place with cool like employees that are extremely nice and that's it:-)

Good location prices just a little bit higher than others stores like 7 eleven or circle K but we found it in our way home so gas yes is cheaper 👍

Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at a gas station. One particular employee here is consistently rude and unprofessional. Every time I come in, he has an attitude and clearly acts annoyed that customers are even there. On multiple occasions, he has been outside smoking, and when I approach the door, he angrily tosses his cigarette as if helping a customer is an inconvenience. He does not treat customers like they are valued at all. I am a Speedy Rewards member and have spent hundreds of dollars at this location alone, yet I’ve never received basic courtesy, a smile, or even respectful service. Instead, I’ve been yelled at and told to “hurry up,” and his mood is always negative. I genuinely don’t understand why management allows this behavior to continue. One employee like this completely ruins the environment and experience of the entire store. I will be taking my business elsewhere unless this is addressed.
