I had such a good experience here today and my car looks amazing. I paid $78 ($68 with taxes and tip) for a VIP full service wash which included exterior wax, tire shine, interior detailing and rug cleaning. My car went in looking like it was in shambles since I haven’t washed it all winter. It came out looking brand new again. I think I found a new car wash place!

I used to come here often but haven’t for three years as I moved to the Bronx. Back in the area and visited 2/20/2024 and not pleased at all, paid for “the works” ($25 with tax) the outside of my car was subpar but I accepted it as my vehicle was really dirty and this is a machine doing the washing. But the real issue was the interior. The works is supposed to include interior cleanliness and protectant. Nothing was done to the interior, it was still dirty as I entered my vehicle. I asked the employees if my service was finished they said yup and tended to another car. I’m not even remotely sure how they figured this is clean. I inquired about full detailing but now I think I’ll go elsewhere if this is their standards now.

Please go talk to your employee at night. The old white guy with the glasses cursing customers out constantly. I come in the day time usually someone moves the car in for me. First time I go at night so I didnt know how to go in. All he had to do was walk me through it without cursing me out and he just kept cursing at me the entire time he was washing the car

Less than 2 mins wash for $24.50 better just clean the inside yourself and just wash the outside. I understand the dog hair it’s not a detailed I’m getting but just how I left it and clear everything out for a simple wipe and vacuum it’s left the same. Total rip off these people. Just a few basic pic dont even let me start about the floor or back seat and trunk. Just go somewhere else y’all

They had to wash my car twice. Poorly washed and after the 2nd wash I still had to hand clean it. If you come here, make sure all parts are dry and cleaned. Be warned.

My recent experience TODAY lower rating.. I been coming here a while went today and was very disappointed. The crew was new and for some reason my car had a lot of stains dash and cup holder still dirty my cards were thrown in my seat that were in my visor. Previously my experience The local car wash spot!! I been coming here for years. There great. I truly like they’re mini detail service is about $40 they spend about a hour on your car and it will look brand spanking new. They also team up with enterprise that’s across the street so if you ever rent a car and it’s dirty complain they will send it across the street real quick lol. Been a few times where i was slightly disappointed with just a wash like i went there today and my trunk wasn’t too clean. The owner is nice. I didn’t bother to let him know was in a rush but if your unhappy he will sort you.

HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE !!! I took my 2016 Cadillac Escalade (which I take very good care of), to this car wash. When my truck came out of the car wash, the paint chipped off from the hood. When I came out of the car wash to vacuum my car I saw the paint chip. I immediately showed this to the night manager who even said that this was not there when the car came in. He was very professional in handling the situation. He told me that he would have the owner call me on Monday. (This happened over a weekend). Then some other guy (who was drying the cars as they came out) came over to see what was going on and he said that the truck was like this before I got to the car wash and dirt was covering it that's why it was now showing. The night manager was very professional and told the other guy to go back to what he was doing that he has this under control. When the owner finally called me, he was making every excuse he could come up with. 1st it was my body shop guy. I told him that I was the 1st owner of this truck and it was never in an accident. Then he was saying that his blowers that dry the car blows at over 100 MPH and this is why the paint blew off. Then it was Cadillac, again I explained that I bought the car brand new and never had any damage done to my car. He then try to say that in a dealership, sometimes things happens and they just paint over it quickly to cover it up to make a sale. Believe me, I would have noticed if the hood was repainted. Then when I took the car to show him, (after visiting his body shop guy) he says it was a defective paint job from Cadillac. Every excuse in the book but would never take responsibility. He's then telling me he had to go to court for someones bumper that fell off in the car that's not his fault. I told him that has nothing to do with me. He refused to take any responsibility for this. This happened in his car wash. I even offered for me to have it painted and we split the cost 50/50, which I thought was more than fair. He still said no and if I wanted to, I could take him to court. Talk about a $600.00 car wash. NEVER COMING BACK !!! and will be sure to let all my friends and family know about this.

These guys suck. Pay more and tip still they do the bare minimum. No effort, no pride into the work. Machines will scratch up your paint. Tip & they won't even dry your car. Makes NO sense no one wants to do their job what they're paid for & even with good tip they'll take your money, refuse todo anything else. Lazy!!!

Honestly, this place is so busy there is no way your car is getting properly cleaned. Mine wasn’t. The front was still dirty and so were my mats. All of them. They need to manage the line too. It wraps in front of the exit so cars can not get out either.

I brought my car to this car wash over the weekend, and I’m extremely disappointed. After the wash, I later discovered scratches all over my vehicle. Since I’m currently on maternity leave and haven’t driven the car since Saturday, I only noticed the damage recently. My car hasn’t been anywhere else, so I know this happened here. This is completely unacceptable. I trusted this business to care for my car—not damage it. I expected much better. Very disappointed.

Earlier today I went to this car wash to inquire about detailing prices since I wanted to wash my car and get it detailed. I was standing near the office of the cashier and waiting for her to get a second to answer since she was very busy. I waited a few minutes and then cashier told me I had to leave the store. I asked why and she said the owner said I looked like a criminal because I had my hoodie up but I also think my skin color played a role. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. I work across the street and send a lot of business to this car wash so I did not expect this treatment and profiling. I was also wearing my work apparel when I was in the car wash so it was identifiable I was no criminal. This experience was very disheartening to see and the owner should treat everyone equally. This is the first and last time I’m ever coming to this car wash for my personal vehicle.

I’ve been coming to this car wash for years and always get “The Works” — sometimes multiple times a month — so I’ve spent a lot of money here. Unfortunately, the quality has gone way down lately. After my most recent wash, the entire front of my car was still full of stains and spots (as shown in the photos). It’s completely unacceptable, especially after paying for their top service. The attention to detail just isn’t there anymore — for what they charge, the car should come out spotless and properly cleaned. I’m really disappointed because I used to recommend this place, but now I think ill be taking my business elsewhere.
