I would give this place 0 stars for service if I could. While the workers remained professional the service itself was horrible. I ordered a super wash which is mainly exterior wash and vacuum and rubber mat wash. My car was filthy with debris and crumbs AFTER the wash and vacuum. they do a rushed job. I spent more time waiting on line (20+) minutes then they actually did cleaning the car. i circled back around and asked if they could vacuum they said they would. I literally had to cover because after one minute of running the hose on the carpet he said he was done. I gave up after asking 4 times to please vacuum other spots that he clearly missed or purposely ignored in plain view. I also had to clean my side mirrors myself that had smudges immediately AFTER the wash. . The photos posted are of dirt crumbs after he said he vacuumed again. A waste of money and time and I won’t be back.

Be careful going to this place. I went for an oil change only. I asked for Honda oil specifically. The guy then calls me and tells me that my Honda HRV did not have any transmission fluid and that the plug was off which caused the liquid to spill and burn. The guy also removed the air filters to show me one was dirty. I said I recently replaced it at a nearby Pepboys not even two months ago. He said if I drove away without replacing the transmission oil my car was not going to run any further. I was hit with a 400 dollars bill when I went only for a regular oil change. Don’t trust this place. I have a feeling they purposely removed the plug to the transmission and flushed the fluid to then tell me the car did not have much fluid left.

Just came off the Belt and decided to my CX 9 SUV washed. Pulled up cleaned out the front of some trash looked over the dashboard and got out of the car. Tipped the guys and got into my car. I noticed a crack on the top left corner of my Navigation. Went back in side and talked to the manager (Ruddy). He told me he was the one who vacuumed my car and he is not going to take responsibility for something he did not do. I understand, but this happened from the time I got the car to when i got back into the car. We went back and forth, he came out and looked at the scratch. Can i have your boss or owner number. He refused to give it to me.

I went there at 6 PM for a car inspection. The guy was looking at me with attitude like he wanted to kill me. I don’t know where they find these people, but I don’t recommend this place. He told me to leave and he closed the gate at 6 meanwhile, here it says that they close at 7 PM

I've been going to this car wash for years on and off, my car wasn't vacuumed and cleaned properly I pointed it out to one of the personl that was cleaning my car and was asked to go back in line and redo it. The line was long at this point in time so I just left. This is after being cleaned. On a positive note my tires were shiny from the armor all.

Be very careful when coming here for an oil change. I have came here multiple times before and spent $70. when I came in today I asked for the same oil change I’ve got previously. The gentleman working on my car called me over and asked about a cabin filter and a motor wash. I explained I just need an oil change when it was time to pay. I had a bill of $185.00, I understand they’re in business to make money but making a customer pay for something they didn’t ask for is absolutely insane.

Don’t know how its possible, but the interior of my car came back dirtier than when I brought it in lol. Exterior wash was fine, nothing crazy but it doesn’t even look like they touched the interior with a vacuum at all. For a package called “The Best” it seems like the machines cleaned the outside and they just stepped inside the car with no vacuum and left more debris.

BE WARNED DO NOT GO HERE. OWNER LISTS ONE PRICE ON THE MENU AND THEN CHARGES EXTRA WHEN YOU GO TO PAY IN PERSON. WORST PART IS WHEN THE CAR CAME OUT THE PAINT WAS DAMAGED FROM THE SOAP MIXTURE. IT WAS GLUED ONTO THE CAR AND THEY REFUSED TO TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE ITS A WADTE OF TIME, MONEY AND DAMAGE TO YOUR PROPERTY.

I would give this car wash zero stars if that were an option. Unfortunately, I will not be returning and would recommend others avoid this location. After the exterior wash, there were still leaves left on my windshield cowl, showing a lack of attention to detail. Additionally, I was overcharged—initially I was told the price would be $19, but I was charged $21 instead. Even $19 feels excessive for an exterior-only wash. Overall, very disappointing experience.

I wish I could leave it ZERO STARS!!!! I had one of the worst experiences ever at this car wash. I went in for a simple exterior wash, & extra detailing of interior and when I got home, I noticed my spare tire was missing from my trunk. When I called to report it, the staff were incredibly dismissive and refused to take any responsibility. No apology, no offer to review security footage, nothing. Just a lot of attitude and finger-pointing. If this is how they treat customers, I seriously question their integrity. A car wash should be a place where you leave with a cleaner car—not missing parts of it. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Avoid at all costs.

A complete just. He was putting his hand in my car and he refusing to give his name. Because I want to complain to his boss. I came here for car wash and then I told him if he takes cash or not and then. he says no then I check my wallet and I was saying out loud oh I had only $12 cash i need $3 more. Then he says what u want me to do put it in my pocket? With such a rude attitude. I come here all the time to change oil and car wash i never get this kind of rude behavior. My family and friends also come here i never get this type of behavior. He also say bad this about me with f words.

Horrible service I asked the workers numerous times to dry these areas that wasn't wiped. They just looked at me like I was asking them to buy me a car. I asked for a towel so I can do it myself and they just walked away and started drying another car. No Armor All shine on my tires. They didn't vacuum correctly and vacuum up all the dirt. Half ass job. I paid $35 and change plus a $5 tip what a waste of time and money. They know how to rip you off. That's the only thing they do right. After driving about 5 to 7 blocks I pulled over and took paper towels to dry my car and took these pics.

When you pull up the people that greet you great customer service when you finish your car with the people that drive your car and stuff like that. Terrible just knock it down instead of getting five stars. I gave him one because terrible service. They don’t drive your car they don’t care about driving your car. They wanna get you out or can you move the car? We got more cars coming they don’t take the time to drive your car. My car came out and it’s like they don’t give a shit. I just paid $34 and for what they didn’t even drive my car my car wet still.

Terrible terrible car wash ! They charge you extra and give you the regular/basic car wash. Save yourself the headache and the money. Would not recommend going here..

Absolute trash! Do not recommend! Massive gouges on my brand new car - on the back bumber! Not to mention the scratches! My first wash since getting the car and wow I was so disappointed! Plus nothing done on the inside - dust everywhere. Mirrors, windows, windscreen all streaky. Do not recommend at all. All they did was damage my car! Had to go home and literally wash and clean the interior.

Not what it used to be. It's no longer a "good deal" to go after 7pm and get a quick wash where you don't get out of the car, no vacuuming is done, no interior cleaning. Just a fast exterior wash to get the city grime off your car after a snow storm. That service now costs $15!!! That same exact wash used to cost $5 just a few years ago!!!!

Bad experience at this car wash! I came here for a super wash, but they 'washed' my car with just water and soap - no soap dispenser worked, so I got a free rinse other 3 liquid 😒. When I complained, the staff (see pic) was super rude and refused to take responsibility. Won't be back, and wouldn't recommend either 🚫

I don’t come to this place often but when I do, there’s always something. Stuff like this has happened before but I would just let it go because it would be busy. But this time it was not busy at all, so I assume this is a regular thing for this place. Overpriced for the type of service they provide, I had multiple bird droppings and I even mentioned it to the guys and there is still some on the car. Streaks being left from what I believe are dirty rags. Ridiculous.
