This place is a disgrace. Their staff was a nasty and their manager Antonio is an idiot. I had my windows tinted about a week ago went in for a wash and their guys used the same towel they used to dry the outside with inside. All my tints got ruined. Plus they scratched the outside of my windows too. Now I have to have it repaired professionally. I went in trying to talk to Antonio to let him know what they did and he didn’t want to even hear it. Beware of taking any car to this establishment. Don’t expect any kind of professionalism.

Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT take your car for a wash. The employees are careless and dont take care of your car as they should. I took my new car for a wash and they scratched it. When i went to get the manager to show him he laughed and said this didn't happened here…he is as dum as they come and doesnt acknowledge what was done wrong at the place. By Far the worse CAR WASH

In all my many many years of going to Car Washes all over the city, no one does a more thorough job cleaning your car in and out than Colony. For the price, $12. You get your car cleaned in and out. It's almost as if you paid to get it detailed, minus Armor All in the interior. The guys who dry your car work on tips, so they hustle hard, giving your car detailed attention Great service for the Price:)

I brought my brand New Lexus for a wash and after I did an inside inspection, they scratched my interior with their vacuum hoses. I told them not to touch inside but as soon as your car roll out from the wash, they start wiping and vacuuming all around. Honestly if your about details in your car this is not the place to go. I absolutely have no intentions of ever returning and I’ll tell everyone of my experience

Excellent service!!! My car had got some pollen on it or tree dust whatever it was ? Well I Hosed it down without wiping the water off and I apparently stained my car by doing that ! I took it to a random car wash and it was still there !!! The guy told me I needed a detail done ( buff and wax ) to get it out ( my car is new )so I was freaking out . I took my car to another car wash /detail and they quoted me too high and the guy pretty much said he wasn’t positive he could get it off 100% , I def didn’t want him trying on my car if I’m spending all that money , so I came here and Antonio gave me a great price and He also told me that he was 300% sure that he would get it all off !!! Well I Gave him my business and he was 300% right !!! Beautiful job !!! I’m so happy I came here !!! I will now and forever get all my car washes and any further detailing done here , I will bring all my business here !!! Oh and I will tell others too !!! Great job Antonio!!!

This place has turn from beeing one of the best to now been the wrost car wash in the area i have been a cust here for over 14 years 2 cars a week lately car wash have got wrost this guys do not want to clean cars inside dot even want to clean the windows you have to dry up your car if you want it to look clean do not comolaint when you have illegal car washer stealing your clients maybe this is the reason your guys arent doing there job at all 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

This is the worst car was in NYC. I Paid Almost A $100 for a wash and it was the worst wash ever. They don't take their job seriously. My car did not clean properly. Did not vacuum my car good. The boss have an attitude and the worker are the same. They rushing to clean the car and did not do a good job. Totally waste of money and my time. Very upset!!

Took my Infiniti Q50 to wash today. They did a great job with the exterior. But the animals that worked inside my car. Didn’t put my mats in properly. Also left a loose plastic cover under the driver seat. No management that really cared about the issue. Workers just said that happens when they vacuum the inside sometimes. Dude talking to me like I never took my car to wash before. And that’s never happened.

Great prices. I always get "The best" for like $20 and everything included. I love that it is hand wash to not have machine bristles scratch my new car. All staff is on top of things and provide really good service. My friends keys were locked inside the car and the staff managed to have a special kid to open a door without denting or scratching the brand new vehicle.

I sat waiting for my car to be cleaned. When I noticed no one was still wiping my car down I immediately asked one of the workers are they done with my car, pointing to the dirt that is clearly visible. And the worker informed me that they were. So I go to speak to the manager, and he basically doubles down after using his hand to wipe the visible black spots on my car door. He then proceeds to say “that is grease on my door and that has nothing to do with car wash.” I said excuse me, are you telling me that grease on a car will not be cleaned off at a car wash. He eventually directed one of the workers to clean the spots off the car. What kind of car wash leaves your car dirty after paying $25, dollars plus $10 in tip bucket. Insane!!!! And the manager was serious. I wish they had a corporate office to make a complaint to, because that is horrible business and customer service. They should Be ashamed. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Worst car wash ever. After paying for the best my car is still not clean. They didn't clean windows or interior at all. Car was not dried properly service has gone down hill lady working front desk is very rude and disrespectful. Everytime you ask to speaknto a manager there is no there. Bottom line no customer service dirty car wash with rude nasty employee. Not worth your time or money

BE CAREFUL WITH YOUR CAR BC SOMEONE CAN STEAL IT . The way they have this car wash set up is kind of weird because you pull in you get out the car and they vacuum your car and there’s a driveway where you have to exit to come onto the street and turn back into the car wash for someone to bring it in there While they’re moving cars around and you go inside to pay for your car wash. They’re not watching your car and your car is running and someone could just jump in and steal it. They don’t have nobody really watching the cars because they have so many other cars to attend to and vacuum them so be careful with this place with your vehicle Might get stolen Also on the wash I got the expensive wash. I believe it was like $30 and they didn’t even put Ammon all on my tires. It was kind of busy. I did see workers running and trying to you know keep up but still it’s like you’re paying $30 for a car wash mostly everybody was at when I was there. They should have more people on staff so it feels like you’re getting your moneys worth and not getting half a job done on your car

Got a carwash and one of the employees used a rag that had something on it and ruined the paint on 2 doors. Didn't realize until I left because I was in a hurry. Check your paint and doors before you leave
