Car wash attendant does not understand English, neither does the manager. Did not dust the dash nor clean the trunk. Didn’t wipe the windows properly still soap on the windows.

Guys don’t go to this place. They will scratch your vehicles badly. After I washed my car here. Numerous of scratches appear on my vehicle.

Disgusting. Payed $ 19 just for basic car wash because I think they will do by hand but it was just a drama. Their machine is even so bad. Don’t go there

This is the worst car wash to ever to go your car will be left dirty. When I went to the cashier she was so aggressive and didn’t even come to look at my car . She instead said it’s cause I paid 30$ for THE BEST that’s the reason i got the worst washed . When someone paying for a service you have to make sure the customer happy with the service instead they take your money and don’t care if your car come out dirty everyone so rude and act like they don’t want to work ! DISGUSTING AND WASTE OF MONEY

Really horrible service.It was my first and last time here.They were so busy and rush with the cleaning which they don’t even do properly.Some parts inside they said they don’t clean but i paid $31 for inside outside with mats.They even put the mats back wet.Still had to leave with alot of stains on the car.I had to do some part by myself by taking the cleaning cloth from them.Really disappointed.

Have to wait in a long line even when I'm just getting the Exterior done. Don't think its fair to have to sit in line when the cars in front are getting the insides vacuumed, wiped etc. And theres only one person doing it, while the guys inside are waiting for a car to wash.

I am very disappointed to report that my car wash today 7/22/2021 was sub-par. I have been going here for the past 20 years back when it was called Colony Car Wash. It used to be the best wash in Queens. I remember having to wait a minimum of 15 minutes after the car came out the wash because the staff used to spend time and care for your car like it was theirs. Sad to say I went today to give my brand new-to-me vehicle its first wash. First thing I noticed was that my car was given back in under 3 minutes after coming out the wash. As I walked to the car I noticed water still dripping from all 4 door handles and both side view mirrors. That is like basic carwash 101 "things not to do" for a $22 wash. Second thing I noticed was that the marks from my windshield wipers were still visible on the top left and right edges of my windshield. Third thing I noticed was my lower front chrome trim looked like it wasn't even touched. Fourthly, they vacuumed the cargo area but it looked like it wasn't even touched. Lastly, and most annoying thing I noticed was that the backs of my driver and passenger seats still had dust marks from my 2 and 4 year olds feet. Now I know I didn't pay for a full detail but those are the small, meaningful details that used to set this establishment apart from the competition. Writing this in hopes that it helps bring back the Colony of the old days. Also hoping today was an off day. Wasn't busy at all and I was one of 3 cars in line for a wash. UPDATE: Went back in August 2021 and had a better experience. It was just before closing and I was one of three final cars. Happy to say they took their time and car was spotless.

Shitty rushed job. Car looked the same after the wash. Barely vacuumed inside had dirt still all over the exterior, seems like they just moved the dirt around. Wouldn’t recommend unless absolutely last resort.

**I DO NOT RECOMMEND** I paid $28+ for this low class car wash. As you can see how they clean wheel rims and how they scrap body. After that I saw soap on my window (passenger rear). Few spots I had to clean again.

Worst car wash ever … they scratch your car here and leave lots of swirl marks on your paint.. also the wash mitts they use is really dirty full of dirt they never change it in months and they scratch your car.. also the lady that works the register is very rude what a waste of $30 never going back there again…

I paid $27 for a car wash, but the inside of the car wasn’t cleaned at all—not even the dashboard. When I asked the worker about it, he told me it would be an additional $60 to clean the interior. This was never explained beforehand. Very disappointing experience and poor communication. I won’t be coming back.

I'm regular customer here and i get my car washed here almost once or twice a week and I have a brand new 2023 Escalade I just had a ceramic coating done about two weeks ago. I did not wash my car since then and today I brought my car to this car wash because it's a hand wash and safe for a paint Basically you get a hand wash because you don't want swirls and stuff on your car so as you can see in the picture, my car had no swirls literally no swirls and look what did happen to my hood and when I tell the manager to at least see it, what didn't happen to my car and he literally ignored it. He didn't listen to me after saying multiple times and he said other cars don't get scratches only yours get scratched because it's a black car why wouldn't it it clearly shines swirls you can see it and deep scratches I don't know what happened there things wasn't clean or something happened but this is totally ridiculous. I would really like to tell a owner that this is not a good way to do with the customers. You're a guy did not handle it good he didn't even saw it

Honestly I thought this car wash had potential to be great but it’s not the case what so ever , i came here before and i always had to clean the interior cause they leave it dirty still . I get the $65 wash , yesterday this is how my car came back . I know when they dried the car the seen all those black spots . If you can dry a car see it dirty even after a “ wash “ and return it still you’re unprofessional at your job . I will never go back again , I’ll rather wash my car out in the cold lol , then to top it off they wash your mats forget to put it back until you tell them , then after you remind them they throw it in however , getting water all over your seats lol save your money and go some where better

**Disappointed Regular Customer - Poor Service & Communication** I've been a regular customer at Rocky Car Wash for months, visiting monthly with my dealer coupon. Unfortunately, my recent experience was extremely disappointing and has me reconsidering whether I'll return. Without asking or informing me beforehand, the staff washed my car mats and then charged me extra for this service I didn't request. When I used my dealer coupon, I expected the standard wash I always receive—nothing more, nothing less. The communication barrier made the situation even more frustrating. The staff primarily speak Spanish with limited English, which made it very difficult to understand what was happening or to explain my concerns. Clear communication is essential in any service business. What really pushed this experience over the edge was the management's response. Instead of attempting to resolve the issue professionally, the managers were rude and even resorted to using profanity. This is completely unacceptable behavior, especially when addressing a loyal, paying customer with a legitimate complaint. I understand mistakes happen, but the way this situation was handled—from the unauthorized extra service to the unprofessional management response—has left me extremely dissatisfied. I hope Rocky Car Wash takes customer feedback seriously and works on better communication with customers and more professional conflict resolution.

Old man that vacuums is rude. The car wasnt washed right. High prices for low quality work. Work rushed and dont care. I recommend Shine on Car, a few more blocks up. They work way better, polite employees and lower prices !

I’m very disappointed with the car wash service I received. There was still dirt and residue on both the exterior and interior, and the interior appeared to have been only partially vacuumed. My side mirrors and windows were dirty and still had water residue. I also had to ask them to wipe under my bumper and running boards, as these areas were still dirty. I don’t understand why they have to be told how to do their job, especially for something that is done multiple times a day. It wasn’t even busy it was a Wednesday morning with barely any cars so there’s no excuse I expect the price to match the quality, but unfortunately, the quality has declined with each visit. To make matters worse, my floor mats were not placed back in my vehicle, and I had to call afterward to confirm whether they were still there. When I returned to retrieve my mats, they were still dirty, and I noticed another set of floor mats from a different customer’s vehicle, which suggests this issue occurs frequently. Given the inconvenience of having to go back, I was not offered an apology or any compensation. Due to the ongoing poor service, I will not be returning.
