RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL AND ONLY CARE ABOIT MONEY NOT THEIR CUSTOMERS. WORKERS HAVE ATTITUDE AND THEY THINK THEY CAN TREAT CUSTOMERS ANY WAY BECUAUSE OF THEIR LOCATION. Stopped in to park my truck and come to find out they charge $12 for parking and they allow lot lizards to roam the lot in panhandle on their property and they don't even care the moment I walk out the door with my coffee I get hit up by a black lady and when I told her that I don't have any change she sat there and she goes well I will have sex for money as well just letting you know like I really want that I don't want those diseases and I don't need it so I moved to a different truck stop where I know things are different and things are safe in my truck will be safe the way she was eyeballing my truck was like she wanted to get in it and go

The WORST gas station I have ever been to. Pumps are always broken and they dont mark them. When they do work, they are super slow. Prices inside are very high. The car wash is always broken yet they offer it when you fill up for gas. Cashier has some serious attitude problems too.

Worst shell to deal with. On March 28th, I went there to get gas and use my fuel rewards. So I tried paying at the pump with my card. Tried it three times and it did not go through. So I went inside. The women was not paying attention and was talking to someone who did not need assistance. So I tell her I wanted a specific amount on that pump and I wanted to use my rewards. I realized before I swiped that I needed a larger amount than I stated. So she canceled it out and redid the transaction but my rewards was removed. She goes on to say that it happens to her all the time. So I ask her why did she not tell me this before I cancelled the order. She said idk and shrugged her shoulders as it was not her problem. Everyone behind that counter did not want to help me or show any type of customer service so this Shell gas station will not receive my business.

I very much dislike this station but it happened to me again to run out of gas near it and I decided to give it another chance. Two times my card was declined, third time magical. A handle was so worn out that the clip wouldn’t stay in place. I stood there for three minutes holding it and after that realized (I’m slow) that it only got me one gallon of gas. It’s even more slow then I. I decided that it’s enough (to get to a better station), got into my car, drive away and realized that I was charged for, I guess, air. According to my car sensors, I didn’t get any gas.

Worst store every time I go in there it's like they act like I'm a part of the environment and I'm a nobody or I'm trying to steal it is ridiculous I spend a lot of money here and I tell people have a nice day and they just turn their head and act like they cannot speak to me the employees are very rude and do not make me feel welcome and the prices are through the roof how are Marlboro blacks cheaper than L&M's they charged me $9 for a pack of cigarettes when they're 3.98 plus tax at Dollar general ridiculous place
