coined 5 quarters into vacuum machine, when i put the 6th one, wouldn't take it. so i wasted 5 quarters. at the same time, i saw couple of spanish car washing guys were working on their customers cars. i will always not trust sp****h area and its business. scammers. according to lots of my terrible experience. be aware this location vacuum machine.

Gas is higher for the area. No discount for getting a car wash. Only discount is if you want to pay cash. Wash with attendant and brushes. Similar to others in the area like Mr. Wash. Rewards card for 7 washes get one free, given by the attendant.

I used my giant points and it showed my giant points at first 70 cents per gallon. The person at the register said it didnt show and cancelled my transaction. Then had me re-enter my number and my points were taken and didn't show up. I informed them I have a long 5hour drive and I was informed it may show up or it maybe gone. No adjustment or alternative I even showed them the app with the amount of 60 cents that was supposed to be taken off in addition to the 10 cents. Please have my points reverted back to me.

I picked the $13 Works carwash, after which, the car as well as the tires were still dirty, there was also soap on the back of the car dripping down the hatch window. This was after the car had been rinsed (barely!) and blow dried. The attendant was no where to be found as I tried to look for him. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone, you are much better off hosing your car off on your own.

I have never been to the gas station part but the car wash is great. There is an attendent to do the pre wash and get you set up. The full service wash is $12 and the soap during it is all different colors. Afterwards our car was sparkly and clean.

Finally! A gas station with a car wash has been so hard to find around here. I was surprised to see it had an attendant to wash the wheels first. He then provided guidance on getting the wheels into the rails that move the car along the wash. Quality service and quality wash!

The worst car wash ever don’t go the machine is not functioning and the people are washing cars manually, they’re super rude yelling on their customers. They don’t speak English horrible experience. Simply they ruined my day.

Excellent car wash. Gas prices run 6 cents high for the area, even against other Tier 1 stations. Unlimited car washes are limited to the next to top of the line wash, and do not include a towel final dry, inside window cleaning, or vacuum for $40. You can get everything they don't offer for the same price elsewhere. Good car wash, bad package.

This place knows customer service! My tire valves flew off while in the car wash. Mr. Mahmoud put my spare on, took the tire to a shop nearby and put a new valve on for me. I came back, he put my tire back on and gave me another free wash. Truly appreciate their service; they could’ve easily said it’s not their problem.

I've been going here since this gentleman opened shop over 15 yrs ago when it was a little shack station. The car wash is great and the overall focus on service is the best. This business strives to improve things every time you go there. They improve every section every year. You get a discount on carwash when you fill up, plenty of vacuum and perfume options, even a place to eat inside, and low gas prices. You will frequently see the friendly owner involved in daily operations. Great place to go! Great owner! (Big Guy, Former Nissan Owner, Now own black Toyota Venza )

Customer Service 10/10! I have a large 2014 Nissan Titan which recently was used to haul mulch. Got out what I could, I asked the car wash attendant if he could quickly spray out the bed and not expecting much if he was able. My man got into the bed and spent 5 minutes cleaning it out with the high pressure hose! Will use their station again, keep up the great work folks!

I frequent this place often since it is in my route to work. I've tried different items off their food menu and the steak and cheese was specially great. Their self service car wash does a good job, it is a bit slow as other reviews had noted, but for me, that is not an issue since I choose a good time when the line is not long. The staff is friendly, they always greet me and are easy to deal with. The place is clean and well lit at night, I feel comfortable shopping there

I give it only one star because the system imposes it on me, not because I want to, because if it's up to me, I wouldn't give it a star. gas price is extremely expensive, car wash is extremely expensive. I came to gas up to see if the prices had improved and to wash my car again because I wanted to know if the service had improved, to use their services again, but I see that their price increased and the quality of the service decreased... upon entering the car wash before for whatever wash price I chose they would pour water on my car before entering the car wash. this time they didn't and when I went back to ask why there wasn't, they told me that I chose the cheapest option and that's why they didn't. I prefer to pay 25 dollars every three months to wash my car as many times as I want at the car wash that is a block away on Columbia pike. So if you want good treatment and excellent service whenever you want and at an affordable cost, change to another gas station or to another car wash.

If I could give a zero, I would. My husband and I went to the car wash and the truck was in neutral, as always. The truck felt like it came off track, so I put it in park, open the door to see what happen. The mgr had to roll the footage back because he said I put the car in reverse. It's no way a truck can move fwd if it's in reverse. We were half way throught the wash. I not once had my foot nowhere near the pedals, until it felt like it came off track, twice. This car wash has had issues and been broke since I tried to come last wk. (I come to this location all the time.) But dont accuse me of something that I didnt do. YOU MESSED UP MY TRUCK. NOW I HAVE TO GET IT FIXED. I will find another location to go to. Any time the cashier comes out and tells my husband that this car wash does things like this on the regular, it's a problem. No reason why this happened and you dont want to be accountable because YOUR machine caused damaged. As a mgr, you were very rude and disrespectful. Quick to deny liability. It's what they teach you to do. But understand, when it dont make sense, and the employees side with the customers because they know the game, YOU WRONG.
