Scheduling is really easy through the website. Jeremy was really nice and did an excellent job with my car (I have a 1 year old and a 3 year old, and the car literally looks brand new). They came to my apartment on time and really easy to work with. Highly recommend!

He was super attentive and thorough in his work—really put the “detail” in detailing! Had a really good experience with Winston as well, who I spoke with on the phone to get the appointment set up. Long story short, they did an amazing job. I looked at several detailing businesses in the area, and they had great reviews, an easy reservation system, and quick availability. I chose the express detail because I didn't really need shampoo so the price was great compared with other places. They came to my work in DC and arrived early. They spent three hours on my car. I've had my SUV for five years, and it was my first ever detail. It's been a week, and I keep noticing how great my car looks. Everything is spotless. I would definitely recommend them.

All in all these guys are absolutely solid. It was super easy to schedule, management was very communicative and they were super flexible with scheduling. My initial appointment had to be canceled due to the person who was supposed to detail my car getting injured. It was an unfortunate situation and yet in response they gave me a discount and helped me reschedule. If you want a professional, convenient and all around solid business to go to for getting your car detailed, these are the guys to go to

Just had a Five Star Detail service yesterday. Right off the bat, I was very impressed with how easy the online scheduling was. Then came the very prompt confirmation and replies to my questions. The day of the appointment, Elvis came to service my Tesla Model X. The car wasn't overly dirty; I just needed a thorough detailing, because I just took over ownership from family member and might consider selling. Elvis set to work 4 hours straight even though he said it should take just 2.5 hours. He was courteous to me and careful around the car while he worked. I was thoroughly impressed. Would definitely use Orion again and highly recommend.

Had Terrence out from Orion to detail the inside and outside of my Tesla. He showed up in the arranged window and was meticulous in cleaning the inside and outside of the vehicle. I had an exterior detailing done today by Orion Auto Detailing, and I couldn’t be happier! My car was covered in tree sap, and I was honestly worried it wouldn’t come off but Jeremy did an amazing job. They came right to my home, worked for about three hours, and left my car looking shiny and beautiful. I had checked out a few other places beforehand, and this was by far the most affordable option. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for professional detailing.
