Total waste of money. $40 for a car wash, they made no attempt to clean the windows. Didn't wipe the hood. There is still dirt and bird residue all over the vehicle. Water spots everywhere .I highly recommend you go someplace else. Anywhere else.

I have a newfoundland and a great Pyrenees that shed and drool all over the inside of my jeep gladiator. I got the full clean and a couple hours later it looked like a new jeep just driven off the lot. Inside was spotless

I’ve been here multiple times and disappointed each time. I purchase the higher level car wash, $40 so my rubber mats can be washed… and at least that is done correctly. I just had my car washed and I have smudges all over my rims (not present before the wash). Every time they fail to clean and dust any of the cup holders and dash. They never vacuum the car seats, which I pointed out today and the surface of the car seat was finally vacuumed but they didn’t bother to clean the cupholder or vacuum any of the other seats at all …. There is a piece of cereal in the backseat still right after the car wash… the only piece present before the wash that I figured I wouldn’t need to reach back myself and get bc the vacuum should cover it. I completely emptied the car before the wash to make everything easy for them, and still am left disappointed. I love the location of this place, and everyone is very courteous and hard working. I have wanted to love this place but at this point I don’t think I will be going back. For $40 these are basic things that should be done. My car is only a year and a half old so it’s not like it’s covered in grime. Should be pretty easy to clean. See pics for reference

This is the second time I use Secar Auto Wash. The first time I had an amazing experience. The lady at the cash register was nice and explained everything properly and the work that was done was amazing. The second time which was yesterday 9/17/2022. I had the worst experience ever. The trunk was not vacuumed , the seats were not wiped properly even though I asked them to do it a second time. the worst part is that the lady that was wiping the car when asked to clean the trunk which has some milk spilled. she used a poppy pin to scratch it. the surface was made out of plastic and she scratch the surface of the car. when the manager was called he was so rude and started yelling at me. when I asked to have my money back he refused and this other guy had to tell him to give me my money back. The manager is rude and was unprofessional. I will never go back there again. please make sure you know who is taking care of your car.

My go to place to bathe my cars and hands down the best Car Wash in the town! Their Ceramic package is amazing. And if you need a deep cleaning service Secar is your best choice. Once my car was smelling really bad because of water spillage. I had their carpet shampoo and they did a fantastic job like the smell wasn't even there in the first place. 10/10 Recommended.

I recently visited this car wash with high hopes of getting my vehicle cleaned thoroughly. Unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The first disappointment came when I was handed the bill, and to my surprise, they charged a whopping $33.00 for their services. Despite the hefty price tag, I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt and assumed my car would be spotless after their cleaning process. However, upon inspecting my vehicle, I was shocked to find that all the dirt and grime that had accumulated on my car prior to the wash were still very much present. The car wash's failure to deliver on their promises left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I expected better results, especially given the price I paid for their services. It's disheartening to see such lackluster performance and a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. I had heard positive things about this car wash, which is why I chose to give it a try, but it's safe to say that I won't be returning anytime soon. If they cannot ensure a thorough and effective cleaning, then their exorbitant charges are simply unjustifiable. I hope this review serves as a warning to others seeking a reliable car wash service. Steer clear of this establishment unless you enjoy wasting your hard-earned money on subpar results. I'll be looking elsewhere for a car wash that truly values their customers and delivers on their promises.

What a shame this was one of my first time going to this car wash. I brought my Escalade 2020 to get a detail. The guy suggested to I pay $50 for the Car Wash which I did. I’m very disappointed not to mention that the customer service there is bad that one of the either owners or Manager’s Chinese Asian guy short old guy Really rude really disrespectful. Don’t get things done they supposed clean wipe down rings but didn’t I will never go there again

First time I went there they they were decent so I gave them a second chance, but it was horrible. Never going there again. I paid around $60 then I gave them a tip before seeing the results bad mistake. They rushed cleaning my vehicle. I paid for them to clean the mats but all they did was use the vacuum. The wheels where’s still dirty. They half wiped the seats as well. Now I gotta find a new car wash or just do it myself.

Happened to be in the neighborhood. Was in need of a good car wash. The weather is beautiful, so why not?! Well I was totally wrong! 😩😡 I did get just a “Regular Wash”. Didn’t want or need extra at this time. Waited inside to see my car get vacuumed then pull up to the line to get hooked on for the auto to process through the wash. My car came out next in line to get dried. As I’m now waiting outside for them to finish up. I noticed a not clean car for a regular wash. Meaning there were still dirty spots. I asked for a rag, the guy comes up and asked where. I showed him and still did an ugly job. I get in and decide to pull away and get to a close by parking lot to only find out I paid way too too much for this very, unreasonable price you pay at this wash. (Few pictures to prove why this place is not worth a penny!!) Just for a regular wash and you get the basic vacuum before the car goes in. This is my experience and only mine. But I will never come back and I will never recommend this place to anyone. I paid way too much money for this place to not clean the outside as they should have. You will be wasting your money as I did. If you’re okay with that then by all means GO FOR IT!

I recently visited this car wash based on recommendations, but my experience was extremely disappointing. My car wasn’t even very dirty, yet I requested an interior cleaning. Not only did they fail to clean it properly—leaving stains on the rims,but they also scratched the rear passenger-side door. The staff appeared unskilled and careless in their work. To make matters worse, the cashier was dismissive and disrespectful when I asked for clarification. Instead of offering an explanation, he rudely replied, “It’s up to you,” which showed a complete lack of professionalism and customer service. After the wash, I inspected my car and found multiple scratches that made it look much older ,scratches that were not there before my visit. This level of negligence is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company’s service standards. If you value your car, I strongly recommend avoiding this place.
