Half of pumps are broken. Register inside not working so remaining pumps are blocked by people who are parking trying to buy stuff inside. What an embarrassment. Go to either of the two other Shell stations on Hickey if you absolutely need Shell.

The car wash broke down one night with 8 cars in line. the attendant laughed when I asked for a $9 refund. I'm glad she finds that funny that I was late picking up my kid because I'm stuck in a car wash line

The credit card reader at the gas pump locked my card, but it cannot read my card. The screen still asked me to insert my card. I suspect skimmer was installed there because my card info was stolen after using the pump.

Everyone is fine except for the older lady. She was rude and almost refusing to communicate or even answers any questions. Did I mention that she was super rude? Everyone else is pretty normal /helpful, all excepy this lady. (2/8, ~8pm)

Clean station, fast pumps, new car wash and a brand new fully stocked convenience store. The location is super convenient right off the 280 freeway at Hickey so it is super quick to drive in and be on your way again. Unfortunately, this means the prices are a little higher. Last time I checked the gas station just down the street had about $0.20 less than shell. ITs the price of convenience

Came here to grab a Cup of Noodles. The lady who worked behind the counter was very kind. Gave me a fork and showed me where the hot water when I didn’t even ask her.

This gas station is relatively new so everything looks new and shinny. In general the staff is helpful and friendly. Since this gas station is not too busy in the evenings, I don’t have to wait in line to pump gas or to use the car wash.

Unfriendly service from night staff or early morning. They never notified customers that they were changing over the registers and were not available to ring up any transactions, aside from putting up "this register closed sign" so you walk around to the other side, and you see the same sign. One customer was upset as he had made tea in the back counter area. He was obviously heading out to work. I don't blame him for getting upset. He left his items and walked out. I chose to wait until they counted the registers. So the cashier rung me up finally. I hand him a 50 bill. Then he tells me that they have nothing to break the my bill. I just had to laugh.

The cashier lady does not know how to treat the customer. She answers in a brude way. This was my second time that I encountered. She should be friendly. I was asking her if she found a phone. She answered I started @ @2pm. I did not see any phone in a rude voice. I also noticed the way she talked to other people. She is very Unfriendly. I will not come back there. It happened at 2 pm July 19, the 2020s. Tell her to be friendly.

Credit card readers here were recently changed. The last three times I've been here I've had to switch pumps because the card reader on at least one pump is broken or doing something weird. Big time waster and pretty annoying especially given how crowded this gas station can be.

Pretty sure my credit card info was stolen here. It was a card I rarely used and only charges put on it are online purchase which don't require me to swipe the card. Someone tried to put a $5000 transaction and another $1000 through. Beware!!

No signs or other notice that their car wash closes at 8. We happened to pull up at 7:40 pm and were told we couldn't use it. Wasted trip. Post accurate hours (not 24hrs as advertised), and honor your hours.

Make sure you speak clearly and loud. Just gave away 80$ to someone else and they were able to blame me since I didn’t speak loud enough for their cameras. At least someone got a free tank of gas. Or just pay card or be safe. Lesson learned.

Update 2/11/20: Spent another 30 minutes waiting to get a car wash only for the machine to stop working. There is no phone number or signage posted anywhere for this type of situation to try to get in touch with a team member to let them know I’m stuck. I I asked the person behind me if they could grab a team member and 5 minutes later he peered in and disappeared without a word of notice of what I should do next. I felt terrible for all the people waiting behind me as they all pulled out one by one after they also gave up 30 minutes to not get a car wash. After five more minutes I finally pulled out and spoke to the front desk to speak to a manager… to then followed him out side to see if the car wash was working again… To then follow him back inside and then speak to another manager. The manager was quick to pull out that this was all my fault because I had pulled in to far and then pulled back to far. I do understand that may have been the case with the machine shutting down and then not offering further instruction at the beginning didn’t help situation. I had zero interest in waiting in line yet again for the car wash so asked for a refund and received it. It was dumb of me to even consider coming back here to wait an eternity for another car wash and I won’t be back. Original review: Received a .20 per gallon discount for getting a car wash but, wish I was joking, spent 30 minutes waiting to go through the 3 minute self service automated car wash. The line was incredibly slow and I wouldn’t have prepaid or waited had I known for slow it was. The car wash can only handle one car at a time.

A Star just for Amy, rudely burns badly it is not cuts for her what the client asks if it is not in sight there is no service attitude and that is what the store sells excellent productby good service not only happened to me I saw as an indifferent treatment a man who even had to help him, everyone else tries to understand the clients, I BELIEVE THAT IF YOU DON'T LIKE HIS WORK YOU SHOULD LOOK FOR ANOTHER, do not serve to be in front of a store and give good service

Omg, I just wanted to grab a coffee and ended up burning my hand. The cashier just stared at me while I was in pain and asked me to pay instead of offering burn cream from the first aid kit. Be careful when buying coffee—there are no sleeves, and the cups aren’t durable

Theres always a long line for the car wash which isn't the worst. The worst is you get to the front of the line and the code is "declined". It happened to me and the car behind. Please note that they do NOT give refunds if you pay for another car wash because your code is declined. You have to leave your car at the line and go back to the station for them to print you a new code. Which would have been nice if they put a sign indicating so at the front car wash.
