Looks like someone has made huge great changes here. They have a brand new car wash and I was amazed by FREE VACUUM AND AIR TIRE PRESSURE. Great place!!!

Took BART all the way to Daly City and walked 20 minutes down the road on a cold and windy afternoon, just to puchase a few packs of JUUL pods, only to learn the manager stopped ordering them. I'll give you 2 stars instead of 1, but only because your cashier was so freindly and apologetic Ps, you might want to take down the JUUL promotiin signs if you are planning to drop the product

Thus station, well, stinks! Credit card readers don't work. They dont't answer the help button at the car wash. They don't answer their phone. They might be convenient, but their customer service, well, stinks! Go elsewhere! πππ

Don't come here to wash your car, i paid $12 and all i got was quick wash with water, and when i told them that there is no soap in the machine they said with the one you chose you get just a little bit.

The vacuum machines are almost always very poorly maintain (and the air pump also). For a station with that traffic volume, the machines need to be cleaned and checked (thouroughly) daily or they will have a lot of un-happy customers. Whenever you have problems with those vacuum machines and complain to the cashier who would then answer you with 'those are not our's' makes you want to put them in a 'nut house'. Hey, Chevron, you have an image problem right there. Why can't we fix the GOUSA, starting from these xXxX gas stations.

Pump No. 12 went bad. Gas spilling out of my fuel cap. Had I not paid any attention, it would have made a dangerous mess not to mention how bad gas can do to my car's paint. More than likely I got over charged too considering I calculated 23mpg which I should have gotten ~28mpg. Time to go back to Costco gas.

ZERO stars for the "store" that closes at 10pm on Saturday nights. Sign says 24 hours but the store isn't. If you need anything other than gas, don't bother. Have to give one star for the pumps. Actually working for a change and will accept Safeway rewards cards.

Why sell scratchers when you can't even make a purchase when you want to? They take 30 mins to count out or whatever it is that they do. And then they're out of a lot of them most of the time? Smh Also, the car wash is ALWAYS broken. But then when it is working, be ready to wait in line for 45 mins.

If I can give zero star to this place I would!!! I went to pick up my order for UberEats and noticed that my bag was very light, while I was in the store, I checked my bag and noticed that my order of AAA battery was missing, I asked a woman worker about it, she came out very rude and say we don't sell batteries here, she was very loud, unapologetic, unpleasant and very unprofessional! If they didn't have AAA battery then they should've cancel my order and take it out from the UberEats App! She didn't even let us exchange an item for the same amount when I asked! I had to contact UberEats to get a refund! Simply not worth coming here and deal with rude customer service! What a waste of time!!! Beware!!!

Loyalty Car Wash has a deception. You can not choose CW 15$. It doesnβt matter if you spend 15$x5 for get free Car Wash. You can get 13$ CW only, and you can not added 2$+. You can not read the policy of this action because Manager has day off. Very disappointed.

Miserable mediocre experience with long line for car wash that seems to give more trouble than itβs worth. By the time I got my refund code and sat in line for a second time I couldβve washed both of my cars at home for free with bar cleaner cars and greater sense of self-worth and satisfaction than using this place.

Donβt use the car wash here. Waited 45 minutes and then I watched the brushed miss my car the entire time. Itβs miscalibrated and a complete rip off. Literally wiped dirt off my car with a napkin immediately after leaving because it did not touch my car with the brushes at all.

Car wash here should be a NO-NO. I did the $16 one. Literally no water was used. A series of soap wash and the brush work. My SUV was still dirty after the wash (the car was barely dirty when I went there..went in for a regular wash). Tire wash did not even work. The Shell car was in SF Harrison does twice better wash for $13; and takes half the time.yeah the Car wash here was very slow too.

Waited an hour for a car wash. The drive-through only cleaned the car in one spot. Went in and asked for a refund but was refused and told my only option was a rewash. I let them know I didnβt have another hour to wait and I didnβt want that same spot cleaned again. Theyβve then looked at my receipt and said βoh, you only got the $10 wash! You should get the $16 wash if you want your car cleaned. β Why would they offer level wash that doesnβt. Not only a terrible car wash but worse customer service!

I went to this gas station at 11:20 PM looking for propane. I asked the attendant if they had any, and he said no. However, when I checked the storage cabinets outside, I found several sealed propane tanks available. When I questioned him again, he said he couldn't sell it at that time. I felt that the attendant, besides being dishonest, showed a lack of interest in serving the customer. Itβs unfortunate because I always bought propane at this station and occasionally fueled my vehicle there. Due to this experience, I decided to go to a competitorβs station, where I was promptly assisted. I hope the owner becomes aware of this situation, as the poor attitude of one employee can drive loyal customers away. A disappointing experience.

Went to get a car wash with discounted gas, manager Rowena asked me to enter my rewards number. I had discounts for CTR but didn't want to use it. She yelled at me and told me to hit yes. I said no you can't force me to say yes. I would like to use my rewards when I do an actual fill up. When I pressed no, it looked like yes was pressed. I told the manager that my rewards were used but she assured that it was the car wash discounts. After pumping the gas I noticed that my rewards were deducted. When I told her about that she then told me that I hit yes on the CTR discount. Such a bad experience there. I wouldn't go back.
